They are only about 3 miles from our home so it makes it really convenient when having to visit or handle a situation. The community is very clean and everything looks very nice. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. They have really tried to make it a better and easier experience for us. The community landscaping is really pretty and pleasing.

We chose this community because it was in close proximity to family so it made it convenient. Capitol Ridge came to us very highly recommends and we can see why. They allow residents to bring pets during the day while she is there. Actually received a phone call for our loved one the other day and without asking any question she just wanted to tell us that she was happy there, which was worth a million dollars on its own. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Capitol Ridge to anyone.

On walking into Coachman the atmosphere was a feeling of comfort and the people who work and live there were very friendly. The living areas are clean and refreshing nothing like a nursing home. The rooms are a good size. I love the pub and their happy hour and the ice cream bar.

I thought Plymouth Crossings was very nice. I really liked it because it is much smaller, very clean, alot of staff with the amount of patients. The location is great. And the staff knows everyone by name only 19 residents on the memory care side and total max of 50 on assisted living, 70 staff members, really cater to each residents individual likes and dislikes weather gardening, interior design for Mom or whatever. Very willing to have people help out. Met a guy that takes out the trash daily in the dining room because he likes to, another that sets the tables, another that does all the floral arrangements on the tables etc....
