Heather's investment in the residents was infectious. The challenge with intake for my father will be his "entourage" of eight adult children spread around two coasts. Heather took the time to get all of it and repeated it back without looking at her notes. I was impressed with the atmosphere, facilities and cost structure.

The staff seem to be well trained and friendly. The staff are encouraging my parents to get more involved in the community. There are a lot of activities available. Mom says the food is good. The community is well taken care of and I would recommend it.

My experience in this community was very positive. The staff was very knowledgeable and very caring. During my tour we got the opportunity to experience the connection that happens between the staff and residents during the activities it was really good. The set up of the community is great. A very recommendable place for a loved one

My mother has been a resident at South Farms for the past few years.The staff have been sensational in her daily care.She now has been able to take weekly bus rides and enjoys the various activities that are provided daily.Not only are their employees top rated but the facility itself is always in "tip top" shape.

Staff extremely welcoming and helpful, very communicative, the facility is open and airy, beautifully done secure outside area, attention to detail, great SNF alternative for dementia residents, well worth a tour...

The Village at South Farms has been home to our parents for three years. While leaving the family home of many years was highly stressful, the staff welcomed them warmly and wrapped them in skilled, compassionate care that invited our folks to see their new apartment and surroundings as home. The environment inside and out is remarkably clean and well kept. The food and activities are well-above average and wisely aimed toward the comfort & familiarity of the residents. Additionally, we discovered The Village offers an attribute that is less tangible. Within its walls, one finds joy... Ice cream, live music, unexpected small kindnesses & laughter...no small thing.

This community has excellant care. and the meals are very good. When brought in not able to walk and now able to walk with a walker due to the staff giving great care. The meals were very good. Community was kept very clean at all time. Very happy with the care, but alittle costly. Over all extremely happy.

I highly recommend it. It's very comfortable, it's clean, it doesn't smell. Everything is positive. My mom wasn't too happy with moving into a new place, and now she is very happy, and participates in the activities. I have no negatives about this community!

This is a very nice community, they are caring for my mother very well. The staff is wonderful, they are always there when we need some help. It is a very well maintained and clean community, my mother's room is well-kept when I visit. There are many activities offered. They have very good food here, the meals are great. I'am comfortable with the care they are providing her. I would recommend this community, everything is working out well.

I was just doing future research, and came for a tour. It was beautiful. They have everything you could want here. If someone came and didn't like it, I don't know what more they would be looking for.

It is going very well for my mom, even though it has been a tough beginning the staff have been more than helpful and accommodating to her transition. They are great to work with and they also keep the community clean and help mom interact with the community and join activities. She is doing okay with the food, it seems good. I would recommend their help.

The staff at this community are nice, friendly and helpful. They are always there when someone needs assistance. The food is good and they have nice choices. My husband does not participate in many of the activities offered. He is in the memory care unit in this beautiful newer community. The location is close to me and I have recommended this community.

My mom is very happy with the care she gets from this community. The staff are amazing and have no issue keeping the community clean. There is plenty to do everyday at this community. My mom enjoys the food that is given to her. I would absolutely recommend this place!

My loved one was only here a short time, but our experience with Chestnut Park was a very good one, I have nothing but positive things to say about them. All the workers were friendly and capable, and the facility was clean and well kept. My loved one was very comfortable there.

Moved here to Indpendent Living apartment 7 years ago after my husband died. Moved from house in nearby community that was too big and too worrisome for just one person. It was difficult sorting through what to take and what to leave behind, but I did it with the help of my daughters and their families. Now I am in a safe, comfortable place with just the things I value most - including a baby grand piano and my favorite books. I have made great new friends and I stay connected to old friends in my former neighborhood. Life is good here; spring is beautiful; I am content.

My parents are settling into Benchmark very well. The staff are very attentive to them and they are good at keeping us informed about their care. I have gotten up and down reviews of the food. They do not really participate in any of the activities offered. The community is well maintained. I did also want to thank A Place for Mom for all the help I received from them.

Everything is going very well for my mother at this community. I looked at 10 different communities and this was the best one for her needs and ours. They are caring for her very well and seem to really adore her. They keep the community very clean. She is slowly trying some new activities. The staff is great, they give the residents one on one care. That was one of the reasons I liked this community, it is a smaller one. You really get the feeling of a hotel type setting here with detailed care so I highly recommend this community.

My parents are getting great care and I could not ask for a better staff. They keep me updated on the day to day care of my parents and when asked by my mom one of the nurses even gave them a back rub. They are quick to resolve any issue no matter how small. The food is amazing and such a wide variety. The community is kept very clean & well maintained. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

My mom was at Sanctuary Care for a little over two years when she took a turn and started spiraling downward. I would like to share our family's experience of the "end of life" process. From the first sign, the nursing staff was on top of things. The staff Dr. was brought in to examine her (with my permission). By the way, he is wonderful. When she was taken to her bed and hospice was called in our vigil was begun. For five full days she was lovingly cared for, sat with and given appropriate medication to keep her calm and comfortable. Although she was mostly unresponsive, she was continuously changed, moved and cleaned. All the staff went out of their way to keep family members comfortable with food and drinks that never ended for five days. I really can't say enough about this staff. They made my mom's last days as peaceful and pain free as humanly possible. Their compassion and professionalism is top shelf. All of them, including the kitchen and maintenance staff were wonderful and respectful. At any given time there were upward of 13 family members there at all hours of the day and night and every one of them were highly impressed with staff at Sanctuary Care and the care given.
