Benchmark Senior Living

I would definitely recommend this community to anyone because it is an amazing place to live in. My loved one's mood has completely changed since she made the move here. The complex is brand new. The entrance to the building is a huge room with a fireplace and has a hotel feel to it. The staff is wonderful, they are very polite and encouraging. They assign a staff member to be the "angel" and her role is to encourage the residents to join in as many activities as possible. [Removed], the head of activities is great. She organizes anything from games to movie nights. The meals are top restaurant quality. The tables in the dining are set very nicely, and the menus have a variety of options. The room she is in is comfortable, just what she needs!

My Mom moved into the Memory Care area two months ago. I was impressed by the courtesies extended to us immediately. My Mom's her own woman, knows her likes and dislikes and communicates those very well. Despite her initial hesitancy about moving into a new community, she has settled in and has made a number of friends there. The staff has been quite helpful, calling whenever any question arises or if they feel I might like to know something. I appreciate the attentiveness and care that is shown by the care staff as well as the back office folks.

It is going very well for my mom and she is well taken care of. The staff are professional and friendly. The community is very, very clean. They let her eat the same meal everyday. The best part is the activities like the music get together, support group, physical therapy and many more. She was recently moved for her safety and to maker sure it is easier for her to find her room. Her apartment is simple and small, just enough for her and her pet. They allow small animals here.

I am very pleased with everything this community has done for my loved one since she made the move into her new apartment. The meals are very well balanced with lots of healthy options and they offer a great activity program for there residents. The nursing team also has done a great job at keeping an open line of communication with me on any progress or updates they made with my mother.

I am very pleased with the care that has been provided for my loved one, they have followed through with everything that has been promised during our tour. The activity director was full of enthusiasm and was absolulty a delight to be around. I have no complaints about this community and would highly recommend it.

Overall I have no complaints about this community, the staff have all been wonderful at making sure my loved one is comfortable and feels safe in her new living environment. They also have a wonderful activity program that helps the residents interact with each other and helps them enjoys some company throughout the week. I am very pleased with our choice of this facility and would defiantly recommend it.

My mom is home now but it was fabulous when she was at the community. They worked really hard with her and now she is able to use her walker and make her own meals. I think the level of care they offer was phenomenal, to be in your own apartment with the level of care. There were only 2 places that could provide the care. It saved her lots of money from being in a skilled nursing. I just worked out perfectly for us.

My aunt is doing very well here. She is safe and in good hands, and I know she is being cared for well. They have wonderful staff here, they are very helpful and kind. They also do a good job with keeping the community neat and tidy. There are plenty of activities to choose from. The food is okay, but they do serve well balanced meals. They are providing her with great care, and I'am pleased. This is a very nice community, and I would recommend it.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this community is. The staff are kind and compassionate. The food is healthy and tastes good. They offer daily activities. I would highly recommend this immaculately clean community.

The staff here has been nothing but great. The employees really do care about my loved one and what the best for them. The dining staff is awesome and they are trained to interact with the residents. The food is really good. The community is always clean and neat. No complaints from here.

This was a good tour. When I walked in they were having a party and it looked like the resident were having fun. I thought this would have been too much for my dad. It is a bigger community with a confusing set up for my dad. This was not going to be a good fit for us. I did not see anything bad on my tour.

I am very pleased. Super nice staff. Very accommodating to ANY issue we had. Very clean. Beautiful grounds. Meals were very good! AND..... THEY REALLY CARE! What more do you need? I would recommend this establishment to anyone-

Their staff are wonderful they report to me everything that happens. I would definitely recommend this place they go above and beyond to try and meet the care needs for my loved one. Meals are healthy and tasty could not ask for more. Activities are offered on site for the residents.

My brother in law really likes it here. He is doing well, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. It was a big move for him, but he is in good hands here. The community looks great, they keep everything very nice and clean. The staff have been more than helpful. There are activities offered. He says the meals are decent. I know he is being cared for well here, they are always checking up on him. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.

I liked visiting this community and the staff were very nice. When touring my mom felt this was not a right match for her. They did present all the information for us to make a decision. Nothing was bad about the tour.

Very congenial place, the residents were happy and talkative. The staff really seemed to know each person as an individual. High staff to resident ratio.

The community at Sunrise of Stamford is very nice. It is a newer community and offers various amenities. The community was very high quality. The staff were very well trained and helpful with our search.

Everyone was very warm and inviting yet professional and helpful, the facility was beautiful and well taken care of, and the food was delicious with great care taken with individual needs in mind.

The best people treating the best people with love and respect. The expansive indoor and outdoor opportunities, the delicious food, and the feeling of home, friends and family made my mom happier than she had been in years. With great programs and available in house services: (dentistry, medical, hairdressing and finally hospice), there was no better place for my mom. Go visit and you will see!

My mom is very happy here at this community. She really likes the staff that is outstanding. Very good food and a nice variety. A great variety of activities are offered to keep her busy and active. We would highly recommend this to other families for great care.
