Beautiful facility. Not at all in a price range that would make sense for us to move - and not a convenient location for me

The staff at Ridgefield Crossing have tried so hard to meet my mother's needs. They are always willing to listen to our requests and concerns. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to health needs and social requests. I would highly recommend "The Crossing" as a new home for your loved ones.

This is truly a wonderful community and my father has adjusted well to it. I am pleased with everything they have done for us. The community looks great and everything looks nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are always there when he needs some help. They are very encouraging with the residents. They are always trying to get everyone involved in the activities. They offer great activities like bingo, movie night, wine and cheese, and many more. The food is great, they have a nice variety of food too choose from. It has been a wonderful experience. I have already recommended this community.

Our experience with The Village at Buckland Court has been a very good one. I'd give them top marks across the board, they've really gone above and beyond for everything. We were in a tough time-sensitive situation when we came to them, and they helped us quickly and guided us through the whole process. It's a nice looking place, and they take great care of the residents, we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Our family was struck by the personal attention we were given here. Putnam Farm customizes care according to what each individual resident needs. The staff is warm, caring, and welcoming. There is a good variety of activities - it just so happens that our dad is not interested in crafts, bingo, pokeno, etc. We are very happy that with our decision for Dad to move here. We recommend it highly.

This is a wonderful community and everything is working out very well for my mother. I was surprised with how well she adjusted to the community. The community is very good looking. I had only one issue with the cleaning and they fixed the problem right away. The staff is great, they are completely open to your suggestions. We are very pleased with everyone here. It has a homey atmosphere with kind people. She is happy and safe, and that provides me with a peace of mind. They are caring for her very well and I would recommend this community.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Greystone Farm! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is caring and professional. They're doing an excellent job taking care of our loved one, and we would highly recommend them!

Our loved one stayed at Bedford Falls for a brief time, and overall I thought it was a very nice place. The staff was compassionate, caring, and attentive, and I thought they took excellent care of my loved one. I would recommend it to anyone looking into care in the area.

Benchmark facilities we visited were all helpful and informative. Dad picked the Haverhill facility over the others since he found a special connection with the staff and the most comfort with the facility. The process was as easy as can be expected making dad as comfortable as possible in a difficult decision. Mom is doing very well and the care she is getting is exceptional. The staff is caring, friendly, and always watching their residents. Guests are always welcome and highly encouraged. I would not hesitate to recommend not only Haverhill Crossing but any of the Benchmark facilities we visited.

Benchmark was very helpful from day one, from touring to answering all of the questions. They do have a lot of activities and my Father does participate. He likes the food, and they do always have other options in case he doesn't want the meal that is being served.

My mother is doing very well at Ashland Farm at North Andover. She likes the food. There's lots of activities. I'd suggest others give this place a good look if they need somewhere like this.

?It has been seven month since Mimi first walked through the doors at Sanctuary Care. We now call it "Mimi's Place" describing not only her location but also her state of mind. She vacillates between being alert and cognitively aware of everything around her and being confused and lacking orderly thoughts. I visit daily and feel totally welcomed by this staff. They are empathic and understand the needs of memory compromised individuals at varying stages. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, positive and masters at redirecting Mimi. I see and appreciate the care she receives and how they try to engage her with a robust set of activities. The internet Family Care Portal keeps my extended family involved in Mimi's daily routines. The staff, no matter what their position, knows the needs of each resident and work together with compassion to provide for their optimum care here at "Mimi's Place"

My mother has been at The Village for some time now and since moving in the experience has been very positive. Mom loves all of the attention from the staff and even though she isn't a big follower there are plenty activities for her to join in on. The staff have been very warm, friendly, and informative! Overall we are happy with the community and the level of care. I'd recommend.

My brother ended up needing more care then they were able to provide at The Village,but it was a great experience with them. The service's they provide here I was very pleased with everything. I would say this community would be perfect for someone who is a little more independent then what my brother was. They have lovely people here that were kind and helpful with everything for us. I do praise the community for everything they did help us out.

Warm and inviting. Spacious apartments. Friendly. Immaculate clean. Impressive. Staff very visible and involved.

Loved meeting w/Gina. She took the time to answer all our questions and show us three different rooms. So far, this is our #1 Choice for our Dad.

My Dad has been there since late December. My Mom is not there yet, she is in a rehab facility, but she will be there in a few weeks. They are wonderful there and they take excellent care of him. It is a great facility and the food is great.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Arbors of Bedford. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff is friendly and professional. They were a big help to us throughout the whole touring and move-in process, and really went out of their way to help our loved one get settled in and acclimated to the community!

Sunrise staff are open and friendly - very willing to help and / or answer questions. The physical atmosphere is like a small country inn. The individual apartments vary in size although even the largest is not really large - I feel that the thinking behind that is to encourage people to leave their rooms and mingle. There are a variety of activities available and they are posted daily. The dining room offers 3 good meals - with choices - each day. All that being said everyone at Sunrise does realize that not everyone is eager to move in and they do offer respite months so an individual can try it out. There are some there independent enough to have and drive their own car. Others need varying degrees of help (4 levels of care are offered). There is also a 'memory' section. The cost is not inexpensive but is considerably less then trying to maintain a private home yet needing to pay for 24/7 help. If you are on one of their 'care' levels then you are given a pendant which when pressed results in an aide arriving within minutes - then as my sister says 'they disappear' - that does make her happy!

My mother moved from a rehabilitation center to Sanctuary Care one year ago. There have been many changes within that year, always with the focus on ongoing improvement as well as growth of every department and function at Sanctuary. My mother has always received wonderful, loving care from each and every staff member and on the rare occasion we have had questions or concerns about my mother or about the facility, I have received immediate support and honest answers. The facility and grounds are beautiful and well maintained, making for a very home like environment. I would highly recommend Sanctuary Care to anyone looking for a home for their parents.
