I had given negative feedback because initially I was told they would take a resident with a Foley Catheter, and then they said the couldn't, but now things have been straightened out and they WILL take dad. There is a fee for that care, but it's all straightened out now and we're happy with Atria. [Removed]

During my tour of the Crescent Point At Niantic, I met the nurses and the staff. The place was nice and clean. The tour guide was very friendly and took me around the entire building. We chose another community because of location, but this was a good option.

My dad and I are very happy with this community and what they are doing here. The staff is very attentive and caring to the residents. The community is also very clean and we have had no problems with anything.

For the most part it is going good for my mom, she still has some adjusting but she is pretty happy there. She loves the staff. She is sleeping well, always well rested. She has been eating well and gets out of her room and does a lot of walking. They have a bus comes once a week for outings. I wish she would participate more, she likes to stay on the second level. It has the gym ,cafeteria, arts and craft room and many residents are around. I have nothing but good things to say.

This is a wonderful community, and my mother is doing very well since her move here. We as a whole family is comfortable with her move here, we know she is in good hands. It is a good safe community, and we are pleased with all they have done for us. The staff is great. They are always willing to help. Also they answer all my questions. Everything has worked out very well, and I would recommend this community.

I like the care that my father is getting here with the great staff. He is happy with the meals and likes the variety that is offered. We would hope that they would have more of a group social for residents to get together. My father made the decision that this is what he was wanting for a place to live for good care. We do recommend other families to see this nice place that he calls classy.

I like that my aunt is in this community and doing well. Everything is designed for memory care, from the lighting, to the open spaces and design. We like that they do offer different care level packages based on the needs of the residents. She is happy with the meals and the variety. There are activities offered all day and she does enjoy participating. The community is clean, secure, and well maintained. the staff is always nice and very caring. We would recommend this community for the care and the value.

We really like the care that my mother is getting here. The staff is caring and very attentive to her needs. We like that the community is taken care of and clean. Mom enjoys the meals and the many activities offered. We would recommend this community to other families who are seeking a safe and homey atmosphere.

When I toured all the staff were nice and it looked like a flawless operation. it is an attractive community and has reasonable prices. I would have put my loved one here and my sister thought the same about the community when she toured also.

I am very happy with the care that my mother has gotten here. She likes that the staff are caring and friendly. She is very please with the meals and the good variety. She is always involved with the activites and that make me happy to see her active. I would highly recommend this community for other families for great care and value.

My family and I couldn't be happier with the care my mother is receiving at this community. There was a ruff adjustment process for her and the family, but now things have gotten better. My advice for any family about to go through this would be, to take your loved one with you to view the community's. Make sure you talk to them, and tell them you still and always will love them. We are very impressed with this place. This is a fabulous community. The nurses and staff is great. She hasn't fallen in a while,and that was a big concern for the family. I enjoy the way the staff calls her by her first name, they are very attentive and caring. Her move her has really provided the family with a peace of mind.

When I first started my search for my dad, I called "A Place for Mom" to see what advice/ideas they could give me. I was new to this and [Removed] was my "advisor." Overall they did an excellent job in supplying me several options in my local area, which was my search. What drew me to Benchmark Woburn was it was a new facility and very close to my and children's home. The residents all looked well cared for and I observed a lot of positive interaction between staff and residents. I actually went one day unannounced to observe and on that day saw the Chef come,out of the kitchen and interact with residents, smiling and hugging them. On the day I took my dad for the tour, the staff was welcoming and positive. From maintenance staff- leadership they all were caring and pleasant to be around. There was no "sales" pressure and this is a huge decision, both costly and emotionally. [Removed] did a great job showing my dad his options and we enjoyed a lunch, served by G. He called my dad by first name, which was huge. We met with [Removed] the facilities director, who was helpful and informative about the apartment and facility. [Removed] from activities was positive and welcoming. [Removed] helped with the move, visited my dad's home to measure furniture and the moving company A&A was excellent. Even the movers showed compassion and caring! My overall experience has been outstanding. It is not cheap, but for quality of care and knowing that he is safe and well cared for - it is worth the cost.we looked a lesser cost facilities, this one beat them hands down. Having Mt. Auburn staff on site is another great asset to his moving here.

When I originally spoke with the people from Middle Brook Farms I was in full on crisis mode. I had to find a place for my mom in only a few days and wasn't sure what to do next. Living and working in New York made everything even more difficult. Everyone I dealt with were absolutely wonderful! Although my mom was only going to be there for a thirty day respite they treated my mom and I like she was going to be permanent resident. They constantly called me to ask questions and keep me updated. My mom has been thriving since being there under the their excellent care and is going to miss it when she goes home soon. I would highly recommend Middle Brook to anyone looking for a warm, friendly place to call home and feel safe and well cared for. My sincerest thanks to everyone for all that was done for both mom and I.

The thing that impressed us the most about this community is the staff. The entire staff we met during the tour would greet us, the other staff members and the residents. The person that gave us the tour knew all the residents as well as something about them. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job. The food is good and it was presented nicely. They offer daily activities. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

The staff has been okay with my father in law. They do offer a lot of activities to keep the residents active. The people there are really good and helping make my father in law feel like he is at home.

I am very happy living here. The community is very clean at all times and I am happy with the cleanliness. The food is very good and I am happy with the meals that are provided. They offer me alot of great activities that I would to be involved with more after the holidays. This is a wonderful community to reside in and I do recommend living her for the great value and care that is received to other families needing care for a loved one.

My mother has been at Sanctuary for almost 2 years. The last 6 months have brought wonderful changes to the community. The focus is, and continues to be, improvement in all areas. A new Food Director and a new Activities Manager, to mention a few, are bringing new and wonderful ideas to the home. My mother is extremely well cared for, and treated so lovingly, by everyone from the caregivers to the nurses to the administrative staff. My father, who visits daily, is made to feel very welcome, like a family member. The changes over the last 6 months under the leadership of the new Director have been very positive. I would confidently recommend Sanctuary Care to anyone who is in the process of transitioning their loved one to a community for people living with Alzheimer's.

I can not say enough good things about this community, this place is a top of the line facility. The memory care unit they have there is excellent. The staff are constantly keeping the residents busy and involved in many different activities throughout the day. My mother also was very welcomed by all of the residents and had made a couple close girlfriends. The chef does an amazing job with the meals they serve and they even offered my family to come enjoy the dinning experience with my mother at no cost.

Clean, lovely accommodations. View to river was spectacular. The daily menu choices were great. I was very pleased with the "ageing in place" concept which would only cause one move for my parent.

My Parents moved to Robbins Brook two years ago and loved it immediately. The surroundings are classy yet comfortable, and the staff is friendly helpful and engaging. After my mother passed away, they were right there for our family in every way needed and even provided further attention for my father who required a higher level of care. He has continued at Robbins Brook on his own and enjoys the new friends he forged while there. I highly recommend Robbins Brook at Acton completely and without hesitation.
