My father has been a resident of Whisper Woods since January, and we are thrilled. The place is clean, the food is great, and the staff is awesome. Deciding my father needed more help than we could give him at home was not easy to do. After looking at a few places, choosing Whisper Woods was a no brainer. What really puts them over the top is their terrific staff. Everybody who has visited my dad made a point of commenting on how terrific the staff is. They comment on their friendliness, helpfulness, and genuineness. They all go that extra mile. I am so happy knowing that my dad is in such good and caring hands as those we’ve found at Whisper Woods.

Residents were very engaged. Lots of windows and natural light. Staff were extremely attentive. Top Choice!

Ashland Farm by Benchmark has been a blessing for our parents and for their children that live in the area. We rest easier knowing that they are in a safe environment surrounded by outstanding caregivers who truly care about the residents. Establishing a wider community outreach program would give talented and spirited young adults in to interact with the residents and perhaps even entertain them. The dining facility is fantastic with near gourmet styles of food. The activities director is fully engaged with residents. And the management enjoys the knowledge that the staff members all know each resident and puts their best efforts into caring for them

A Place For Mom was wonderful in helping us contact available assisted living communities to transfer Dad int after his stroke. The Village at Kensington Place is now Home and the staff are wonderful! A Place For Mom made it easy at a stressful time!

She is extremely knowledgeable and competent in presenting the options available at your facility for my mother. My visit was very fruitful in large part due to [name removed].

Really liked this facility. Very homey, welcoming, comfortable. Smaller than some places which actually makes it feel much more cozy. Plenty of activities, definitely seems like the perfect fit for my mom’s needs.

So far so good. My parents both have dementia and did not want to move. They seem to be adjusting to their new home. I am glad I don't have to worry about their meds, meals, and social isolation. Thank you . KMG

I been there many times. The place is so nice. The residents have so much to do. The food is prepared by a professional, licensed chef. And it is out of this world. The campus is secluded in a large tree lined area in providence. You wont believe you are in the city. Well worth the money.

There was a parking spot with my name and a welcome sign when I entered the building and was warmly greeted by [name removed] at Waltham Crossings. She listened attentively and offered some good suggestions for transitioning and downsizing.I felt she understood how difficult the decision would be for both my mother and myself. The experience and [name removed]'s answers to my questions put me at ease...but my mother's follow up visit is crucial to any move, as is the sale of our house and the ability to finance the relocation for the long-term.

Outstanding facility. Very impressed. Will be placing my father there.

Walking into the Branches of North Attleboro I felt very at home. The place is beautiful and the staff seem very nice. The Harbor community looks very well kept. The activities are planned for all to take part if they like. They have everything for my mother ...hair salon, PT,OT, association with a pharmacy and a beautiful room.

Attractive building with many pleasant common spaces, engaging staff, good location near Middletown center and willing to help out in making placement affordable. Location also ended up being more accessible to family.

[Name removed] has had a successful transition. The staff at Middle Brook Farms is top notch - kind, responsive and attentive. It's very clean and the care has been great. Thank you!

The Village at Kensington in Meriden CT is a wonderful place for my mom. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. My mom enjoyed the delicious meals that were served. They always provided any extra requests happily. The activities were wonderful. So many choices for everyone’s interests. All the residents have pendant or wrist call button. A capable staff member responded very quickly when ever the button was pushed. The button could be pushed for minor requests or more serious issues. They were always pleasant and helpful. Safety of the residents is primary. I can’t say enough good things about this “new home” for my mom. It sounds too good to be true but it really is a wonderful place.

My spouse has recently passed. I cannot begin to express how I happy I am that I placed my husband at this facility. The staff loved my husband and treated us like family. How great is that?? !!!! The staff treated my husband with dignity and respect and tailored his care to meet his individual needs. It was the best decision I ever made!!

Mom is very happy with her apartment, the dining room and especially all the fun activities. I'm glad she is in a safe and friendly environment. The staff is great.

Wonderful caring and responsive staff. Very respectful and helpful. Food is delicious. The facility is immaculately clean. The facility leadership has vision and supports a caring, fun, and respectful experience. I would highly recommend this facility.

Looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for your loved one(s), then look no further than Bedford Falls in Bedford, NH. My wife and I invested a significant amount of time researching and vetting facilities within 30 miles of our home for my Dad, who we needed to move from Florida to NH. We had some complexities in our situation (but then again, who doesn’t in cases like this) Of all the places we visited, Bedford Falls stood out in every category. Not only did the facility stand out in terms of cleanliness, amenities and design, but the staff really got our attention. Everyone we encountered during the three tours were welcoming and genuinely friendly. We interviewed several folks our age who had parents at Bedford Falls and all gave glowing reviews. The parent company routinely gets high marks from employees as a great place to work, and this was important to us, as the positive company experience translates directly to great resident care. The high level of care offered by Bedford Falls is what sealed the deal. They are staffed by need, not by headcount. My Dad has now been a resident at Bedford Falls for 3 months and we are extremely pleased. I am continuously blown away with the support we receive from [Name removed] and his staff. My Dad’s situation is complex and fluid, and [Name removed] has successfully adjusted on the fly to meet all our needs. Most importantly, my Dad is happy at Bedford Falls. He is a 30 year veteran of the nursing home industry who has very high standard for senior care (translated: he is VERY picky) . He loves the staff and enjoys the food (this is critical!) We are incredibly grateful to [Name removed] and the amazing staff at Bedford Falls who have helped make this difficult situation as smooth and as supportive as possible. They always go above and beyond what I would normally expect. I am very comfortable knowing that my Dad is in the best place receiving the best care possible given his circumstances. We cannot recommend Bedford Falls strongly enough!
