This place was very nice and clean. The rooms are big. They have great activities to keep the patient busy. I like that they have a nurse on staff. Director was very helpful, friendly, cute and funny! The staff and the patients were friendly. She also understands alot about dementia her father has this horrible disease.

My loved one stayed here for a one-month trial and enjoyed it very much. Community fee waived. 3 floor plans available immediately -could take $500 off rent for one yr if contract signed this month - $2500, $3200, $4300.

I enjoyed my visit to Belmont and thought it had a very homey atmosphere. I arrived as a performance was beginning in their Great Room. The residents were having a great time. I really like their memory care program which was available to anyone with some memory impairment, but was costly. Participation in that program would really be good for Mom

He seems to like this place a lot. We visited today, and he keeps asking about it. Really liked the first Apt director showed us today, but not sure we could afford it.

Knew of and toured previously. Mom toured Chicago site and was shocked at it being too "high end" and cruise-ship like.

this was a very nice place and they seem to really care for their residents. I like that they have a program for their Parkinson's residents. I like that they have assisted living and 2 levels of dementia care. director was so nice.

This community was number 3 on our list. What we needed was that my loved one liked to take walks outdoors so we wanted a community that would allow for my loved one to be outside and enjoy himself. This location had that but it did not work out in the end for us.

This community was nice but there was just another community that made more sense. This community was also a little more expensive than what we were looking for for my loved one.

My mother is in independent living. and she likes her apartment, the building is modern and comfortable, and the food and food service is pretty good. The activities list is quite varied, and the management responds to suggestions from the residents. But all through the summer, they were short-staffed; rooms weren't getting cleaned and they had to cancel various activities. The residents who need assistance to get to meals, etc., have to wait long times to get a response to their calls. Now that it is practically October, this issue has improved somewhat. They're cleaning the rooms, but they're still short on staff for the resident's activities. Today (a Sunday) they cancelled the church runs. What's it going to be like during the holidays when the few remaining staff members start taking time off to spend with their families? Activities are an extremely important part of the social, mental, and physical health care that they are supposed to be providing.

My mother was a resident at Belmont for 1.5 years. The facility was beautiful and very well maintained. Lots of events for the residents. I always felt the facility was safe and secure at all hours. All employees were always a pleasure to talk with. The care and compassion my mom received in "The Neighborhood" was beyond exceptional. I can't say enough about the nurses and the staff in "The Neighborhood". Very caring. I always felt they went above and beyond for all the residents. They deserve a big paycheck. My family visited my mom at least 6 out of 7 days and got to know staff pretty well. This memory care unit was a well oiled machine. Residents followed a daily routine with lots of activities, events, and trips. This was a great place for my mom! My disappointment came with the Administration when communication regarding medical changes affecting monthly care charges were not delivered in a timely manner. Then, after my mom passed (after spending thousands of dollars for living at this facility), the Administration never acknowledged her passing to the family in any form. Very disappointing!! Overall facility and care was great.

My loved one used to live in Belmonte Village. We thought it was a really nice community, and they seemed to have more than enough staff members, especially in the kitchen. However, we felt my loved one was too far away from family, and we wanted to mover him closer to us.
