Belmont Village

My husband and I were trying to find a new location for his aunt. We took her with us on our search, and as soon as we walked in to the Belmont, she said this is where I want to be. So far, she really likes living there. The people are friendly, and the food still tastes good to her. We think all of the locations are very expensive, so guess we are just tightwads! The aunt is living in independent living, but we are paying to have medicine administered. This seems to cost a great deal, but it is something we must do to make sure someone sees his aunt every day. Otherwise she tends to stay away from people as she is an extremely private person.

Seems very nice. Liked the executive director. We are considering it. The rooms are smaller than many other places, but it seems like the common areas are better utilized by many people and they encourage people to spend time outside their rooms.

Belmont Village was a nice looking place, the tour gave us a great first impression! We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Clean, smells good, active residents, flex assist living vs memory care. Very nice cottage! Smoking sort of frowned upon.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Belmont Village looked like a nice enough place, and the residents all seemed well cared for. However, it didn't have as welcoming an atmosphere as some of the other places we visited. I'm sure they would have done a fine job, but I thought my loved one might be more comfortable elsewhere.

It was very, very clean. The location was great because it's close to home. The staff is very friendly. There is a lot of activities. Every time I walk in the facility, all of the residents are attending a show. The only issue I had is the communication between the staff members. I think they could definitely improve on the communication. Other than that, I think it's a high end facility. The staff seems to really care.

Lovely facility, knowledgeable staff. Safe and happy environment. Brand new. Only downside - extremely pricy on every count.

This was a nice place and price was similar to Roberta's current home at Atria (formerly Sunrise) in Glen Ellyn.

We are pretty happy with them so far. We just liked the overall atmosphere there. In general there seemed to be more energy here. We really liked the feel of it.

They have been very accommodating. They were able to get my husband in, in a timely manner. The location of the facility is good. They offer activities such as Bingo, Musical Entertainment, and more. The food is also good there. Everything has been going very well. We haven't had any issues or concerns. I would recommend the Belmont Village Buffalo Grove. It was a really good experience. Four Stars.

facility is very nice and appears to be well managed. The patients were eating lunch while I toured and seemed to be well cared and attended too, and the staff was very attentive. Food looked good. I appreciated that the tenants were moved from the dining area and taken for washroom needs and then escorted to the main areas where staff was doing group exercises and games.. Rooms were very nice and personalized.

The physical therapy at Belmont Village Encino has been great. My father cannot walk so there are some limitations in terms of what he can do and get involved in, but he is doing well overall, and my mother is very involved and just loves it.

All in all, it's lovely. It has been wonderful. The problem that we have is that the service is erratic. Most of the time it's good, but there is times when they seem slightly short staffed. Other than that, It has been really good. The facility is always really clean. Everyone is friendly. The staff and residents are welcoming. It has been a pretty good experience. The belmont village is a nice community.

The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the location was very convenient for us. All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional, as well! However, I felt that it was a little too big for my loved one to be comfortable, I really wanted something all on one floor for her. That being said, if it ever comes to a point where Mom needs memory care this place would be my first choice, I was very impressed by their memory care unit!

Saw this one already. It was nice but not a ton of outdoor space and I didn't love the rooms. Seemed to have good care though
