Belmont Village

A nice property, nestled into a space on busy Ventura Blvd. Staff seemed positive.

My mother is doing pretty well here at this community. She is still adjusting, but I know she is in good hands. They have lovely staff at this community. They are taking very good care of her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend.

Of all of the places my mother has lived, this is the one I like the best. I love the management team and the staff. They are dedicated, optimistic, caring, and helpful. The community is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. They offer the services that we need, and are happy to make changes to accommodate special needs. The staff is helpful by providing timely information about my loved one's care. We are glad to be here.

Very impressed with the comprehensive services. Tour very detailed. Room accomodation and flexibility to have it painted and either carpet or hardwood linolieum floor choice is wonderful! Staff knowledgable and longevity of years worked there was very impressive. I hope they are in the updating stage of their lobby. It needs some attention. Doesnt make a great first impression, but everything else makes up for that!

My friend is adjusting well to living at this community. The staff have been patient and helpful. They use the dining room as a game room and they offer daily activities. The food looks good and she seems to like it. They offer fresh fruit daily. I would recommend this well taken care of community.

The Belmont Village Hunters Creek was a great place, during my tour, I noticed the place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and I didn't notice anything that needed improvement.

Belmont Village is a very nice facility. The residents seem well cared for and the staff is quite pleasant. It is a big facility with lots of levels of care and many very interesting programs. They seem to be improving all the time. Not as intimate as some might like.

I liked this community when I visited. the staff I met seemed nice and the community looked clean. They offer transportation and they allow pets. This community was just not in the location I would have preferred.

This is a small community and seemed to be older and not as big as we were wanting. The staff was pleasant and they were friendly and answered our questions on care. . They did seem to have activities going on for others. We did not see the variety of meals that are offered to residents Families might want to see this care that would be offered for a loved one.

Belmont was a little to far away for us. This community did seem clean and the people I met were nice. They offer complimentary transportation and allow pets.

Belmont Village Community is new to us. Our parents were in desperate need of getting out of their home of over 50 years. The transition from their home was excellent using a referral from Belmont to move them. The move was seamless and we didn't have to do anything. Our dad has dementia/alzheimer's disease so bad he really doesn't understand. Our mom is trying to adjust. She misses her home and probably always will. We know she is in a safe place, eating well and has dad on a lower level floor so she sees him and has meals with him daily. This is very expensive $17K+/- per month. It is worth every penny knowing they are safe and cared for. I am saving for my old days, with hopes that I will be a healthy enough to not need 24 hour care.

I was not even offered a tour due to the management would not want to waste time due to the health conditions. The community seemed to be very clean and well taken care of The staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend this community for families.

The staff have gone above and beyond to help my sister. There is a Registered Nurse on site 24 hours a day. There is also a nurses station on each floor. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer daily activities such as arts and crafts. They have transportation available. The food is good and they have a dietician on site to make sure the food is healthy. I chose this community because of the closeness of the medical center and the quality of care they offer.

My father is doing really well in this community. We find that the staff is very caring and helpful. He is pleased with the meals that are served. Alot of activities are offered to him to participate. We would highly recommend this clean and nice community to other families.

When there is a problem in the community we speak with the director. He does listen and tries to get things fixed, but it takes a while to get things done. The meals are okay there are no problems with it. Now that my loved one has an actual doctor visiting and checking up on them they are doing better. The services have not been very good it has been pricey as well, not worth what we have been paying.

i have toured this community and I had a friend that lived here. The staff is great and caring and take time with the residents. The community is kept neat and clean every time I go in. They offer a variety of activities for my loved one. I would recommend them.

I had nice tour of this community. Everybody was very nice and cheerful. The community looked nice from what I saw. The staff was helpful and very kind. This is a cheerful place. They do a good job caring for their residents. It was a nice tour, I enjoyed it.

The meals have been very tasty and nutritious. The residents and the staff are all very nice. My mother feels that she gets well attended. The community is kept clean and organized. At the moment she is not participating in activities, but activities are offered. Most importantly i feel that my mother is in a safe place.

My mother has a lovely experience here at this community. This is a very nice community, my mother was here for about months. It a nice and clean community. Everybody is very kind and friendly. They took good care of my mother and her needs.

The community is very nicely kept at Belmont Village Glenview. They spent time engaging my loved one with the activities that they offer. The community could use some additional staff to provide more attention to those who need it in memory care. I appreciate the help and concern that A Place for Mom actually put in this search for our loved one, our advisor Marcus went above and beyond!
