Belmont Village

When there is a problem in the community we speak with the director. He does listen and tries to get things fixed, but it takes a while to get things done. The meals are okay there are no problems with it. Now that my loved one has an actual doctor visiting and checking up on them they are doing better. The services have not been very good it has been pricey as well, not worth what we have been paying.

i have toured this community and I had a friend that lived here. The staff is great and caring and take time with the residents. The community is kept neat and clean every time I go in. They offer a variety of activities for my loved one. I would recommend them.

I had nice tour of this community. Everybody was very nice and cheerful. The community looked nice from what I saw. The staff was helpful and very kind. This is a cheerful place. They do a good job caring for their residents. It was a nice tour, I enjoyed it.

The meals have been very tasty and nutritious. The residents and the staff are all very nice. My mother feels that she gets well attended. The community is kept clean and organized. At the moment she is not participating in activities, but activities are offered. Most importantly i feel that my mother is in a safe place.

My mother has a lovely experience here at this community. This is a very nice community, my mother was here for about months. It a nice and clean community. Everybody is very kind and friendly. They took good care of my mother and her needs.

The community is very nicely kept at Belmont Village Glenview. They spent time engaging my loved one with the activities that they offer. The community could use some additional staff to provide more attention to those who need it in memory care. I appreciate the help and concern that A Place for Mom actually put in this search for our loved one, our advisor Marcus went above and beyond!

They gave me good tour of the community and I thought it looked very nice. I also got a knowledgeable tour guide who provided me with good feedback and was on time for our meeting. After looking around the place, I thought it was too busy. We needed a calmer and peaceful atmosphere.

Belmont Village Memphis is a gorgeous property. It is a very nice community and we enjoyed the tour. It is pretty large with lot of amenities. It was very well kept and clean when we visited. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I went to visit the community and I thought it was very nice. The guide was focused on us and answered all of our questions. The staff appeared to be nice. We were offered a complimentary meal but we didn't have time to take the offer. It was a very good experience all together.

All is great here. It was a nice and very clean community. I love how everyone is so nice and treat her very well. There are lots of activities, for improvement, we ask the staff to help remind and take her to her activity she signed up for. They are working on this. I also felt our charge for cleaning was not fully explained and they are working on this too. A Place For Mom Really helped us find the right community.

I took a brief tour of this community and found that it looks stunning for an assisted living community. The staff seemed good and I was offered a complimentary meal but declined. It was a great tour.

We just moved my father into Belmont Village Glenview about 6 weeks ago. Everyone has been very attentive to him and is helping him get acclimated to his new environment. My family is mostly pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. The Pals and nursing staff have all been great. The only negatives I would cite at this point, are 1) the lack of activities after dinner. Most evenings the only activity is a movie, which is just something they stream from Netflix as I understand it and it's poorly attended. 2) My father, who has dementia, is displaying some new behaviors as he tries to transition to all these changes. The management has a way of communicating these issues in a manner that makes the family feel that a) either they've never dealt with anyone with these behaviors before (unlikely) or b) we should have warned them of these issues. Honestly, some of the behaviors were communicated to management prior to and at the time of his moving, and some of these are new to us as well. However, all that being said, things are moving along and my dad seems to be adjusting as well as can be expected.

My in laws have been at Belmont Village for about 6 weeks and they are still in a transition period. They moved from out of state. We have had some small bumps in the road but the staff are trying to correct these. The staff are very nice and responsive. The community is clean and I would recommend it. I would also recommend you spend as much time as you can with your loved ones during the transition to help make it easier for them.

I had the pleasure to look at other communities and found this place to be the one. My brother was going to live here but due to bad timing he did not move in. The experience was good and worked out fine. The staff are very nice and cooperative, the community is really nice and up kept, and overall I was very pleased. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

The staff at Belmont Village is very professional and they try to get my mom to participate in some of the activities offered. I have not tried the food but it looks nutritious and mom seems to like it. The community is clean and well taken care of.

My tour went very well at this facility. The community looked great. The staff was nice and friendly. They were kind and answered all my questions. They showed me everything around the facility. They offer nice activities daily. I wasn't very impressed with the contract, I felt it had many hidden fees. It is a nice community, just not the one for my father.

My mom is still getting settled into Belmont Village Thousand Oaks. The staff are very professional and nice to the residents. I had a chance to try a meal there and the food was good they also have a variety of choices. There is a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. The upkeep of the community is tremendous.

My mother has been there for two weeks. So far she seems to be adjusting. The staff seems to be very caring but it can vary from shift to shift. She has her favorite and less favorite care givers. They all seem to really care, to me. The nurses are very good and the facility, activities are very good. No one wants to be faced with this decision but I am doing what I feel is best for my mother. I would recommend visiting this facility if you find that your family has to make this decision. Do I wish the system was different? Of course I do. It is never an easy decision, for a loved one to have dementia and lose their independence. Check out this location. I compared it to two others and felt it was the best by far. My mom has long term care insurance, bless her soul, for that.

Staff seemed very nice however I didnt care for the groups of residents sitting around a table area in what seemed to be a hallway with a caregiver. It seemed to be not very interactive

So far things are going well for my father at Belmont Village he is starting to adjust well. I would have to say that the community looks nice and clean they do take good care of the community. The staff has been nice and kind and pretty helpful with everything. The food is pretty good and taste good. It been a fine experience for us so far I hope everything continues to go well for us here at Belmont.
