Belmont Village

I toured this community for my mother, and her needs. Everything went well for the most part. The staff I met was kind, and helpful. The community looked nice, and clean from what I saw. Everyone was very friendly to my family. The experience was a good one, but I did find a better match for my mother, and her needs.

very nice facilities but a bit pretentious and about 50% more than other similar places. We also were not given a clear picture of all the pricing while there.

This community felt like a giant cruise ship when I visited. The people I met were friendly and the community looked nice. They seem to offer some nice activities. This community was a little larger and more expensive than what we were looking for.

Facility is not sure my dad is a fit. Suggested skilled nursing faciility. I really liked the organization, though. Great space, great staff.

This is a very nice community, but their rates were to expensive for our budget. It was a bit over the top for our taste overall. Everything looked neat, and tidy. The staff was kind, and friendly to my family, and I. The experience was a pleasant one, but I did find another community that met our betters.

We chose the Belmont because of the model of care and the way they presented it was exactly what we were looking for in the care of my parents. They offer assisted living, and then there is a middle ground with a transition stage into the memory care. They will be able to stay in the same community. We love the fact that the place is so well-kept and clean. Also, the staff is wonderful about communicating with us what is going on with my parents. Many of the staff members have been there for years. That means a lot to us that there is not a huge turnover all the time. My parents are adjusting to their new surrounds and the staff tries and encourage them to participate in the activities provided. We live a distance away but will be coming to visit them soon. My husband and I have both enjoyed dinner there with my parents and the meals are wonderful. I also want to say a big thank you to our senior advisor at A Place For Mom, [Removed]. did an incredible job at helping us to navigate and understand this whole process.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my self and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to my appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan they had as well as other activities they had available to all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision for myself but I would recommend it to anyone.

After touring this community I must say this gives off a very high-end institution for seniors. The place is rather large too spread out. However well maintained beautifully inside. The staff appears to know the residents and the residents seem to know the staff quite well. I like the fact that they seem to know the residents by name and not just by the face or level of care. For my mother, it just didn't seem like the right fit for her she was in need of something on the smaller size and was in need of that hands on one to one interaction.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we are very pleased with how things are going for her. She is making lots of friends and is loving all of the great activities they have available throughout the week. It was a really easy move for her and she adjusted wonderfully with the help of the staff and other kind residents. My mom has had no complaints about the meals and thinks the chef does a great job in preparing her food. Overall I am content with her care and would recommend it to anyone.

This looked like a very well taken care of community when we visited. The people we met were friendly. The seemed to offer a nice menu and a variety of activities. We found my friend needed a smaller place to be more comfortable. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

I had a tour and I saw a clean community and good staff who appeared to know what they were doing for the residents. Overall they were too much money for me and not very convenient location.

I had a very good tour a while back of Belmont Village. The tour guide was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and it was a good expert nice tour. I ate a meal with the guide while I toured which gave me a great opportunity to ask more questions to try to determine if it was a good fit for Mom. Ultimately, the location was not convenient for family to visit.

This community was one of our first choices. They offer a specific program for intermediate alzheimer's. We felt comfortable with this program. The people we met were nice and the community was very clean. I would recommend this community. The community we chose was smaller and we felt this would work better for our loved one.

This seemed like a clean community when we visited. The staff we met during the tour were nice. They offer some nice amenities, however mom liked another community a little better.

I have no complaints about things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have been friendly to her and made sure to accommodate her needs to the best of there ability. She has been enjoying the activities as well as some of the other social entertainment with the other residents. I would recommend it to anyone.

One of the communities that I toured was Belmont Village Hollywood. The tour guide was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and in good shape. It was a good experience to tour, but we already had another community in mind that fit what we were looking for a little better.

It was a very nice place and the food was delicious. My father felt like it was a little too "high brow" for him. It was also a bit more pricey than we expected, but very nice. While they have all levels of assisted living, there is no skilled nursing facility on the campus. So if my father needed skilled nursing, he would have to go someplace else.
