Belmont Village

The administration and the staff are excellent. The nursing care is very good as well. The only problem that we have is that there are not enough pals (the women that work there that help take care of the residents). There need to be more of them and they need to really pay attention to details. But, they are getting better in those areas so I think everything will be ok,

They did a great job helping the family understand what the options are, what all is included, how things work, etc. They turn'ed themselves inside out to accommodate us and our timeline to get things set up. One thing I would say though is that once mom got in there, she did not have any sort of orientation to get her introduced and go through what all to expect. Where things are, how the billing cycle works, meal schedule, etc. Other than that it has been a great experience and we would highly recommend Belmont Village RPV.

They've done a great job at Belmont Village so far. They've been very welcoming to my Mom. She is somewhat of a difficult case, and the staff have all been very welcoming and gracious to her. Really the only issue I've had is that in the beginning there were some communication issues. It wasn't really made clear to me who to talk to about specific issues, and it can be hard to get in touch with certain people.

I was the first one in our family to go through this sort of thing and it has been a good experience. Mom is not too terribly happy there, but that's just my mom. The people there are very nice and friendly. There have been a few hiccups here and there, but overall mom is ok, and it is a nice place with good food. I would certainly put mom in there again and would recommend them. I can't even describe how nice the people there are!

It's going well. It's a give and take and learning a person and a family, there are growing pains. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly, and working with us. They are responsive, and the activities seem to be appropriate. I don't know how they monitor the topics for the circle of friends, and know what ones work and which ones are not as effective, or if they do. It's clean, but they have roommates, and the price is a little high, they have taken a room for a single person, a one bedroom, and one person is in the room, and one in the common area, and I don't particularly care for the setup.

My mother has been in the Independent Living Unit at Belmont Village f or the past month. The facility is up to date and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable. There is a gym with appropriate equipment and the meals are outstanding. My mother found the elevators confusing at first since the living floors are both above and below the main floor. She figured it out by the end of the first week. We toured several similar facilities in the area and this was the best.

Small community within Johns Creek area. Extremely close to hospitals and doctors. Staff was excellent, very friendly and went out of their way to make my parents stay enjoyable. Community is smaller than many of the newer ones but is very well maintained and run. I would recommend that if you are looking at these type of communities you consider looking at Belmont.

It's very clean, and the staff is pretty friendly. The biggest thing is that there are a few different contacts, and it seems like information doesn't flow seamlessly between the people there, so getting answers can be difficult. Other than that, there really isn't anything that needs to be improved or done better. There is a pretty robust calendar, but whether they are great about getting people out, and encouraging is something I am not sure about. We liked the newness and cleanliness of the facility, when we chose them.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a nice looking place overall. I liked the fact that the memory care patients are not kept isolated from everyone else, and that the community is all just one connected building so you can't get lost.

My father in law is staying there and requires 24/7 care. We do have a little difficulty with the staff in managing that away. It's like they are not fully vested in him because he is leaving soon. That said, they are very professional and friendly and should be praised for that.

Really positive experience. My only wish is that they went outside more and had better food.

Belmont Village has proved to provide a safe, friendly, secure environment for my mom.

We toured this community when we were looking into memory care options for our loved one. This was a nice enough looking place, and the people all seemed friendly. However, for the price we found other options that we thought had a better staff to resident ratio, as well as more room space.

It is a nice upscale living facility. It is expensive. My Aunt's apartment is about $8,500 a month. Full of activities. The staff is the best and the "circle of friends" caters to those with mid-level dementia. The activities director, nurses, and assistants are great. I think it is easier to fit in if your loved one is real social and not shy.

Very nice, quite pricey with a lot of nickel and diming. Still a very nice facility.

Although the facility is a bit older than the other communities I have visited. It is clean and well maintained. Their program is designed by Vanderbilt University. They have a nurse on staff full time to administer medications and deal with minor health issues.

Very impressed with this facility. Great food menu. Beautiful rooms. All inclusive. Expensive.
