The community seems like a nice, safe place. I would recommend this community to others

I would recommend this community to others. The community itself is very comforting, and they all try to help each other. It feels like a big family atmosphere. I don't regret moving here. If I have ever needed something done, it gets done.

there is a lot of older residence here, and there are a lot in wheelchairs and/or walkers. The rooms are comparable to other facilities, the food is good and I think they offer a good variety. I would recommend this facility to others.

I"m happy that I was able to bring my dog here to live with me. Ive forged a lot of friendhips here. I love the bistro we hang out and watch tv in there together, and play games, and gossip.

They were very helpful with information and identifying needs as we searched for a place for my mother. We have moved mom in and things are going well.

My mom has had a slow start here as she has been ill but is on the mend and is starting to show some interest in some of the things going on for the residents here. She likes her apt and the staff have been very help. I know that I can call them if I can't reach my mom by phone and they will go check on her and they do have a medical staff on call. The community is very nice, there are a lot of amenities for the residents to choose from and there could be some extra costs for certain services but those are explained to you. I feel my mom is safe here and doing better.

My sister wasn't as impressed about this community as other ones we had previously toured.She said it didn't give her that warm and fuzzy feeling when she walked in the community. The staff was very kind and friendly and gave us quite a bit of information. The community was clean and well kept. There didn't seem to be a lot of residents around so it appeared to be not a very active community with things to do

We had a good tour of this community, everything went overall. The community looked nice from what I saw, everything was very nice, and clean. The staff I met was kind, and helpful. They were informative, and my questions were answered. The experience was a good one.

My love one will be making the move to this community pretty soon. I will be comfortable with her move to this facility because it is a nice place. The staff is kind, and friendly. The community looks nice, they do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They offer a tax credit, and that is convenient for us.

When you get inside of this community it gives off the appearance as a assisted living community. The dining area almost reminds me of a cafeteria setting either in a hospital or rehab center or in a hotel that offers free breakfast. The common area was nice but again it didn't feel personalized or homey. The staff was extremely helpful when they told my husband and I that they didn't have any openings they suggested another location and they even called over there to see if they had time to give us a tour which they did and we ended up moving to that location.

This looked like a well taken care of community when we visited. The people we met were friendly and helpful. They seemed to offer some nice amenities. This community may be worth taking a look at.

My family, and I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind, and everything went well overall. From what we were shown the community looked nice. The staff we met was polite, and our questions were answered. One concern was that they told us they have assigned seating. I did not like that idea, I felt like it limited the residents getting to know each other. It was a good experience, but this wasn't the right for us.

When I toured American House Oakland Senior Living, the staff seemed very nice, but I was put off by some of the residents in the lobby. I know they live there were certain things that turned me off. The tour was good, but it was not what I was looking for.

The care and experience is all well for my mom. She seems happy. The apartment she has is comfortable and just the right size for her.

I liked seeing all the extra amenities this community has. I had a nice tour but after getting the details about them, I found that they are too expensive. They have a voucher program for qualified residents but there was a longer waiting list. All communities could make it more affordable for families.

Beautiful setting. Apt ideal setup. Director very interactive with tenants. Residents very friendly. Common areas spacious. Calendar of monthly events exciting. My family is very pleased with American House.

Everything is working out pretty well for my mother here at this community. I really like the staff. They have bent over back wards for us. They are very helpful, and kind. It is a very well-kept community. They do a very good job with the keeping everything neat,and tidy. I know she is being provided with great care overall. This is a wonderful community, and I would highly recommend it.

My in laws seem to like it here. They are starting to get involved with some of the activities. They even had a Veterans day party and gave out hats. The food seems to be good and they enjoy it. We really like this community and it suits there needs.
