The Woodlands at Hillcrest is the perfect example of what an Assisted Living and Memory Care community should be. [Name removed] and her staff bring years of experience and understand what their community members need to live happily every single day.

I called on Thursday and spoke to the DON about a room for my father in law. She went to visit him on Friday and accepted him into The Landing. We will be moving him in on Tuesday!! Quick, Easy and such a friendly atmosphere!

This seems to be a very nice place. There are no levels. One price includes all. Higher but the senior is not moved, his room, is his apartment. The whole facility is based on memory care. Plenty of room to walk and not confined to a hallway.

Very nice visit and [name removed] that we met with was very pleasant and informative and she connected with us. The place is beautiful, clean and big but with a smaller community of residents.

When you first walk into this facility, they have signs set up welcoming new residents. The building is very clean and the staff is wonderful. They are very accommodating and they keep track of my In-Law‘s very well. While I was visiting, my Mother-In-Law actually tried to skip breakfast and the staff saw this and had her come back to the dining room to eat. When it comes to activities, they have a special area for them and they have a board with things that they’re doing that day. Everyone here is very respectful and I would recommend this community to other families.

This community has gone above and beyond to accommodate my mom and they treat them with dignity. They have worked compassionately and effectively, the communication between them and I is wonderful. The staff is very kind. They have homestyle food that is good and tasty and plenty of it. They enjoy all the daily activities like bingo for my mom in the memory care and lots of musical groups and different types of parties. The outdoor area is nicely decorated. I would recommend this community.

My mother in law had a good experience staying at this community for a short respite stay. The food was good. The staff were nice and encouraged her to participate in some of the daily activities. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. We would use this community again for a respite stay.

Everything is going well so far with my mother's stay! The staff are great and the facility is very nice and extremely clean. What I also appreciate about the facility is the fact that the set monthly fee is all inclusive, so they don't charge extra for anything. Overall, this is a wonderful facility!

This community offers plenty of daily activities. They have a cookout every Thursday outside on the patio and they go shopping once a week. They offer onsite services such as a beauty salon and exercise classes. The community seems clean inside and out . Mom likes the food and they offer diabetic desserts. This community seems like a good place and does not seem crowded. The staff are friendly. The director comes to lunch everyday and socializes with the residents.

Beautiful new place with caring staff. Unsure about the location... Definitely will consider it.

Considering that I am a new resident. . . all is great/good however I have perceived it in a short time. For certain every day has been a wonderful and new experience. What is amazing to me...all who live here go out of their way to acknowledge you. . "good morning", "what's happ;ening". . . "how goes your day". Dinner time, " try the salmon, it's delicious", "scratch the peas. . .try brussels sprouts instead. The interaction is warm and welcoming. The 10 am fitness is a MUST!!! It's uplifting, a spurt towards balance and each session is unique. What I learned within a very short time there is no such word as NO!! Instead, "Yes. . ."Will look into it". . . "Great Idea. . I'll work on this". Now for the miles....I'm convinced they are painted...If there is something unpleasant about Hamilton Heights, they certainly are hiding it, since I cannot find it.

I like this community. The staff are nice and caring. We have a few concerns on care. They seem to not be able to inform us of why she is going thru a few issues. We have some small concerns.The community is clean and we like the variety of meals that are served.We like this community and would recommend it if they can answer the questions we have. Suggestions of the the staff to know more in certain areas. Families should tour this community for the care of a loved.

My loved one is no longer at Ther Glendale, but while she was there they were good to her. The place was very nice and everyone there did what they could to take care of her. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for assisted living.

I like the care at this community The staff are outstanding and they are always keeping me updated on his progress. I liked going because I like knowing that he isdoing really good. I like the care that I have seeen with the other resides as well as my father. The are very nice. He progress is outstanding. The activities have been helpful for his recovery. This community I give hih recommendations for the care and the value

Rittenhouse made a very good impression when we toured. It was a larger community with two stories. The activities were held on the second and the room my mother would have been in was on the first floor. I felt because she would have to use the elevator often she wouldn't go to events or join in.

This is a gorgeous facility and [Removed] is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The entire staff were welcoming and invested. My mother and I will return for a lunch visit. Thank you!

Toured both valparaiso and portage locations. Identical layouts, clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and answered all questions. A little higher priced due to location than portage.
