Everything is working out pretty good for my mother since her move to this community. It is a nice place, and they do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they have been great to work with. There are activities available for the residents. The meals are excellent. Overall it is a wonderful place, and my mother is safe and in good hands here. I would recommend this community.

I am SO pleased with this facility! [Removed] - our representative - couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and professional. [Removed] - the Head Nurse was truly exceptional in her overall manner and approach to our particular situation. The facility itself was clean and well appointed. What stood out to me was the fact that it felt like home - not at all a clinical/cold feeling. I encourage you to meet with [Removed] and visit this warm and welcoming "new home".

This place is so beautiful and nice. The people are super nice and friendly. The food and the activities were great and I really like that they take time with my loved one. The community is clean and neat.

When I started our search for a new place for Mom I was overwhelmed by the process and the time that it was going to take me I Came Upon senioradvisor.com. one of the places we were sent was The Landing Of Canton. We loved it !! It was clean spacious and the people there were genuinely caring of her needs. She tells us how much she likes it Mom is very happy .... When I came to view the community I had a good encounter. The lady who showed my the place was knowledgeable about the care. She took her time showing me the community.

My mother is doing well here at this community, she is in good hands here. They have good staff here, they have been responsive and very helpful. She has tried some of the activities they offer like art classed, and bible study. She is pleased with the meals, the food is good. My only concern has been the fact she is one the 5th floor, and sometime the elevators break down. Overall she is well and I would recommend this community.

My brother is doing great and he is enjoying the activities. There is plenty to do everyday and he gets to be independent too. The staff and residents are very nice and considerate. They take good care of him and provide a clean environment.

The staff here is very energetic and lively. There are lots of activities and the staff actively tries to get us involved with all of them.

My parents needed to be closer to St. Francis while my dad is getting chemo. Atria was able to set up a "respite care" situation for them. They have a furnished apartment and a care level that meets their needs. They can get transportation to and from St. Francis, and it is very close. I was here during Winter Storm Ann, and the crew plowed and shoveled the parking lot and walk ways over night so they were all clear when residents woke up. Care, transportation and meals are a little confusing to my mom over the weekends, when the regular staff is not here, but we will figure that out while I'm here from California. The facility is beautiful and well cared for. The residents seem happy, and there are different activities that will appeal to different people. My mom has been able to make friends and has the care she needs, so my dad doesn't have to worry about her, and can focus on his own health. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dad said getting them set up here was the best Christmas present he could have gotten.

You get what you pay for. Overall the services provided are good.

First I would like to thank Senior Advisor for helping us with information and direction. They were very knowledgable and helpful! My step-Father moved into the The Landing of Canton about a month ago...he absolutely loves it! The process went pretty smoothly. The facility is very clean and neat. They just remodeled, so it is all quite lovely. The people and staff are friendly and helpful

Very happy with Maybelle Carter Senior Adult Care. It is really wonderful. They take really good care of my brother. It gets five stars across the board from me. I am very pleased with this facility. It has just been excellent.

I am just a new 3 month resident here at BCC who Just returned from a weeks vacation in N.H. and as I walked into BCC I was greeted by several staff members , some with open arms as well as more warm greetings from many residents. I can't tell you how happy it felt to be greeted with such a warm welcome . I really feel like I am at home among my new family and friends. My children and friends are also so happy for me and relieved that I am in a place where they feel that I am looked after if I need care and from day one they feel I am in a safe environment . I also discovered that a long lost friend has been a resident for 7 years and that was a pleasant surprise and wonderful reunion . Anyone reading this review can think of me as , The Lucky, Happy Camper from BCC,

The people that they employ at the landing in the memory care unit, are fabulous. The unit director is perpetually bubbly, and loves dealing with the residents there she is warm and loving. The caregivers really pamper my mom. They give her better care than I could have. She really responds well to them. They are undergoing some remodeling, and they are going to be expanding the courtyard are for the memory care residents. The food is tasty, it's not bland at all, it's delicious. We are really happy with our decision.

Everyone is smiling. They engage everyone. It's a happy place. It is very dynamic with a lot of activities. I couldn't be happier and more relieved. I would recommend the Atria Hamilton Heights Place.

It is a good community so far. I am pleased that we placed him in here. They make him feel at home which is what he needs. Could have some better food choices and activities but other than that its great so far.

I'm very pleased with how things have gone with Maybelle Carter Senior Care, I'd give them top marks across the board. The place is nice, the staff are friendly, and they've done a great job looking after my loved one. I would recommend them!

I was looking at other facilities for my mother with dementia. The Glendale was recommended by the area Ombudsman because staff AND residents were happy there, and turnover is low. While about 80% of the residents have dementia, they are not specifically a dementia facility, which gives a nice diversity to their residents. My mother has been there a few months now and is extremely happy. She has made friends there and they have a very impressive activities director. Since her arrival, she's been in a parade and visited a butterfly house, a national guard fighter base, the Glass Museum, and the list goes on. She feels more independent again, and after multiple drop-ins, I know she is safe and getting the assistance she needs.
