Really likes. Beautiful facility. Director really knows her stuff.

I toured Atria HHP last week & am very impressed. The room I've seen is spacious & bright. They seem to have very dense programing with a lot of art & music. I am taking Mom & an elder friend for lunch and an art activity tomorrow an art activity tomorrow. Mom has had a positive response to my story about it. TOOK MOM TO LUNCH & TOUR. She was most impressed with the look of the place & the food. We talked about all the stuff to do & sat in on an art activity.

Nice rooms, clean facility.

What a beautiful place! Director was terrific. The residents all seemed very happy and stay very active. The room was very spacious.

We are favoring.

This facility provides most of what my parents need.

We absolutely LOVED THIS PLACE!!!

I really like it here. I'm not sure how to rate #4 because I'm not in assisted living and thus do not receive any care. However, they clean our apartments and change and wash the sheets weekly, generally. We have a good relationship with mgmt. I would rate administrative staff a 5. They seem to be on top of things and will listen and respond to any issues. The food leaves something to be desired. But they do have periodic meetings where tenants can express their concerns. They do quite well on Activities.

We had some little problems at the very beginning but those were worked through. The rooms look a little dated and tired but they are remodeling which is an ongoing process and should be great. I visit my friend here often.

They take very good care of my mom. Their communication is not always as good as it could be, but they are under new management now and this management seems to be better. The new director is a straight shooter and seems to be very good at what he does. It is everything that they promised that it would be in the beginning. I would definitely recommend Aviva Woodlands to others.

I would choose them again to place my loved one here. They are very friendly and this stands out to me. Some of the activities available are music, arts and crafts, and more for the residents to choose from. The food could have a little less sodium and more options would be more desirable for my loved one. Maybe even more plant based eating.

The food is great and the activities are ok. They have a couple of activities each day. The staff are wonderful at helping mom. The community is clean and well maintained. The community is in a beautiful area by the river. They have been above board on all charges and I would recommend this community.

This was the first step in trying to integrate my mother into a community. Our experience with this community went very well. The staff, and the director were exceptional. The community looked great, everything was very nice, and clean. Unfortunately my mother was not ready to make the move into a facility, but this is a lovely community. I would recommend it to a friend.

So far everything is working out well for my mother in law with her move to this community. We do feel she is safe, and in good hands. They have a lovely staff, and they have been friendly when we visit, and helpful when needed. The community, and her room are nice, and well-kept. They provide nice meals, and good activities for their residents. Everything is working out pretty well for us in this community, and I would recommend it.

My sister moved in The Glendale around June 14. Prior to that she was in respite care. (what a great concept to have to help care givers). There are three siblings left so we take turns stopping in from time to time. She also has a son and daughter-in-law and some grandchildren in the area. What I have noticed is a tremendous change in her. She is getting stronger, talking better, and seems to be in a better frame of mind. All members of the staff that I have encountered are really very pleasant and helpful.

I have been very happy with Brightview Country Club Heights . They take good care of Jim here. I like that he can participate or not in activities. He does very well at this facility. Sometimes the room hasn't been swept or cleaned the way I would like, that would be the only improvement I would make. The staff are just lovely. It has been very convenient for me. Overall I really have liked our experience here.

Rittenhouse Senior Living of Valparaiso. It is pricey here but what you get for the money is worth it. So far we have been really happy with the staff. The activities have been great and the staff are really good getting the residents involved. Mom seems well cared for and we are able to come visit any time. They are real transparent there and we are very happy.

My parents moved in a week ago and so far we are all very pleased. The facility is clean and smells nice. The dining room is beautiful and they are enjoying three meals daily. Their apartment is spacious and they have been able to take everything they wanted from their home. The staff is helpful, it is not a large facility so it is easy to get to know everyone.

Really great experience. Staff was helpful with moving information. She has only lived at Maybelle Carter for 3 weeks but it has been a positive experience. My mother has enjoyed the food as well the company of other residents.
