Aviva Senior Living

So far everything is working out well for my mother in law with her move to this community. We do feel she is safe, and in good hands. They have a lovely staff, and they have been friendly when we visit, and helpful when needed. The community, and her room are nice, and well-kept. They provide nice meals, and good activities for their residents. Everything is working out pretty well for us in this community, and I would recommend it.

My sister moved in The Glendale around June 14. Prior to that she was in respite care. (what a great concept to have to help care givers). There are three siblings left so we take turns stopping in from time to time. She also has a son and daughter-in-law and some grandchildren in the area. What I have noticed is a tremendous change in her. She is getting stronger, talking better, and seems to be in a better frame of mind. All members of the staff that I have encountered are really very pleasant and helpful.

I have been very happy with Brightview Country Club Heights . They take good care of Jim here. I like that he can participate or not in activities. He does very well at this facility. Sometimes the room hasn't been swept or cleaned the way I would like, that would be the only improvement I would make. The staff are just lovely. It has been very convenient for me. Overall I really have liked our experience here.

Rittenhouse Senior Living of Valparaiso. It is pricey here but what you get for the money is worth it. So far we have been really happy with the staff. The activities have been great and the staff are really good getting the residents involved. Mom seems well cared for and we are able to come visit any time. They are real transparent there and we are very happy.

My parents moved in a week ago and so far we are all very pleased. The facility is clean and smells nice. The dining room is beautiful and they are enjoying three meals daily. Their apartment is spacious and they have been able to take everything they wanted from their home. The staff is helpful, it is not a large facility so it is easy to get to know everyone.

Really great experience. Staff was helpful with moving information. She has only lived at Maybelle Carter for 3 weeks but it has been a positive experience. My mother has enjoyed the food as well the company of other residents.

Beautiful place, does not smell. All of the staff are very kind and attentive. My mother is on the memory care floor and she is very happy there. The staff have been wonderful about keeping her busy and getting her to participate in activities. Only issue is access to religious services.

My mother has been at the Glendale since February. This is not what my mother wanted but we needed her to be safe. I am finding my mother as getting good care and have spoken to other residents who also feel they have good care.

Senior Living Advisors were extremely helpful in my search to find an assisted living facility for my mother in Valparaiso, Indiana. I already had a facility picked out, but with their help I was able to widen my search and in the end I chose a facility that I had not known prior to talking with Keri Gotsch, my advisor at Senior Living Advisors. We have appreciated the friendliness and level of care that Dad experiences at Maybelle Carter. The staff has been very helpful. It has been a great place for him to be when he became unable to live by himself.

My 86 year old mother entered the Atria Hamilton Heights almost 2 years ago. Her apartment is on the small side, which at first concerned me, but she is very happy in it. As it turned out, she really doesn't need more space, she's got everything that she needs. If one wanted to participate in Atria's activities, you would hardly need to be in your room much anyway. The staff is always pleasant, attentive, and patient with the residents, the food is good, and the rooms and public areas are well maintained and clean. Living at the Atria Hamilton Heights has given my mother a sense of security. She has said more than once how happy she is there.

The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. They have many activities for the residents. You do have to really advocate to get information about your loved one. An orientation would be a helpful implement bc I felt like it was a learn as you go about somethings, but overall, no complaints. It's a good place.

Very accommodating. The Room sizes seem larger than average. Food has many options.

Facility and staff were excellent. Provide a good care to my father.

What we like the most about AVIVA Maybelle Carter is the Transportation and amenities. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. My dad has only been there less than a month, but so far it has been a good experience for us.

The staff is wonderful! My parents love the food. Biggest item to improve upon is the activities. Greater variety of them & a pool table

My mom states the food is not that good. I know they have lost kitchen help but feel like the quality of food could be a little better since they are paying over [removed] a month. They have a beautiful dining room now so I feel as if they could step up their game with the food quality.
