We have appreciated the friendliness and level of care that Dad experiences at Maybelle Carter. The staff has been very helpful. It has been a great place for him to be when he became unable to live by himself.

My 86 year old mother entered the Atria Hamilton Heights almost 2 years ago. Her apartment is on the small side, which at first concerned me, but she is very happy in it. As it turned out, she really doesn't need more space, she's got everything that she needs. If one wanted to participate in Atria's activities, you would hardly need to be in your room much anyway. The staff is always pleasant, attentive, and patient with the residents, the food is good, and the rooms and public areas are well maintained and clean. Living at the Atria Hamilton Heights has given my mother a sense of security. She has said more than once how happy she is there.

Sell it really works for residents. Food in doing room needs upgrades, at least while [name removed] was eating there!

I really do not have any opinion on the staff except that the director is full of energy and goes out of her way to make things work. The studio apartment has plenty of room and a lot of closet space. The step-up shower is not the easiest to use if you have mobility issues.

All staff that I are friendly and helpful. Place is clean and has a good vibe. Lots of stuff to do during the month. Nice location with views of a river and walking paths that can be used. Also close to Silver Lake with more paths to walk on.

Nurses and aids are great. The activities director is fantastic. Overall I am very happy with the care my mom is receiving at Aviva.

The facility is beautiful. The staff is so personable. One in particular went out of her way to become friends with [name removed] and stopped by even when she wasn't on the floor just to say hi! Loved the activities offered for residents and the ease of getting food at anytime.

The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. They have many activities for the residents. You do have to really advocate to get information about your loved one. An orientation would be a helpful implement bc I felt like it was a learn as you go about somethings, but overall, no complaints. It's a good place.

Very accommodating. The Room sizes seem larger than average. Food has many options.

Facility and staff were excellent. Provide a good care to my father.

What we like the most about AVIVA Maybelle Carter is the Transportation and amenities. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. My dad has only been there less than a month, but so far it has been a good experience for us.

The staff is wonderful! My parents love the food. Biggest item to improve upon is the activities. Greater variety of them & a pool table

My mom states the food is not that good. I know they have lost kitchen help but feel like the quality of food could be a little better since they are paying over [removed] a month. They have a beautiful dining room now so I feel as if they could step up their game with the food quality.

What we like the most about AVIVA River Bend is the positive environment. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families If they had the money to afford it!

I wish my mom was still there. After all the looking, I have to say that for the money, AVIVA Maybelle Carter was by far the best in the area.

It has been a positive experience 2. Cleanliness- very good 3.Friendliness of staff- great! Everyone we've dealt with has been great 4. He is in independent living but from what I can observe the quality of care seems very positive 5. Meals are quite good! Dining staff very accommodating He is doing well there and is mostly happy! Activities- seem good but no experience with them at the point. Cost- Value is good. Still expensive!!

I would recommend to others. I picked this community because of a current residents, that she was friends with.

They were incredibly helpful and sweet. My mom felt at home right away. Unfortunately we did need their services for long but we would highly recommend it to anyone looking. The price is great and the facilities are wonderful.

The staff are all friendly and helpful, and they're treat my mom well. Improvement wise, they only had one working elevator for months (no biggie for me, but made it very difficult for the residents), the food and dining style could use some improvement, and they could use a maintenance staff that's on call 7 days a week (my mom just got hot water back after 5 days). Overall, nice place, but all assisted living places need to be affordable for everyone-my mom is fortunate to be able to do so.
