We really like the Windriver Place. It was a very beautiful community and the tour was led by friendly staff that answered all of our questions. They offered a lot of amenities but we chose another smaller community that was a better fit for my mom.

The staff gave a wonderful tour of the community. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The community was lovely everyone was friendly and if it had had a memory unit we would have considered it for my parents.

We toured this community and we did not like that the bedroom was small and would not fit our needs. They offer a nice menu for the residents. We did like the community but needed something bigger at the time. We suggest that families take a tour for the care of a loved one.

All tho I am not ready for assisted living, I can see why Joshua Springs is by far the best. The building is gorgeous and has so much to offer. This is where I plan to be when I ready.

Superior place. The food is great. The staff is friendly and very caring. Residents are the priority and treated with respect and kindness. Feels just like home.

My dad moved into the Summit in September 2014 after having 2 sets of strokes and his dementia was getting worse. We were greeted by [Removed]. who introduced my dad and us to the staff and other residents. The staff included him in activities, and also would sit with him in the courtyard when he wanted some "one-on-one" time. The staff became part of the family. My dad passed away January 2017, and during the last week of his life, the staff cared, not only about my dad, but about us - making sure we had sandwiches and snacks in his room, and even offering to go out and get something to eat for us in the middle of the night. At the time of his passing, two of his favorite aides were with us. We told stories about my dad, laughed and cried together. I can't thank [Removed] and his staff enough for doing everything they did for my dad and us. They are truly angels!

We toured four local facilities before choosing Jasmine Place for my mother in law and her significant other. The staff was knowledgeable about our needs and helped us find the perfect one bedroom apartment for them. They are so friendly and caring. Mom and Skip were welcomed with open arms and have transitioned from living at home to assisted living pretty easily. My mother in law said the other day that she speaks to more people in one day than she's seen at home in the past year! They love being served in a fine restaurant every day with tablecloths and cloth napkins. Not like hospital cafeterias. Thank you for helping us find Jasmine Place.

Very Clean rooms and dinning area but they have Ham on the meals almost all the time and that getting old to eat so much every week. People are nice and staff does a great job but they are I think one maybe two people short on the week ends.

When I toured the Summit Senior Living I was very impressed with this location. The rooms were smaller but the lady sat with me for about 2 hours. I would have picked this community but my siblings thought it was too far, so we chose another one but this one was my top choice.

My mother seems to be really enjoying her stay her at this community. She has had no complaints about the food and seems to really be enjoying the different activities the staff provide for all of the residents. Also all of the staff are wonderful people and have done a great job at welcoming my mother into there facility.

Very friendly, helpful, nice and loving people that help my mom. The food is terrific, they have a chef on staff. I could not be happier. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this community, they have been very attentive to my loved ones needs and have made sure she feels safe and comfortable in her new living environment. The housekeeping also has done an excellent job at making sure his room was well maintained and kept clean.

Very nice place. We feel good knowing that our loved one is getting the care, and attention she needs.

I am so appreciative to find such safe & compassionate care for my mom. Even with tough challenges, the staff have been supportive and creative in finding just the right personalized assistance for her. I am also grateful for the upbeat, clean facility and activities offered!

My parents definitely made the right move to Heron Place. The staff are nice, pleasant and attentive to the residents. The food is good and there is quit a variety. They offer a wide variety of activities and live entertainment. A relative that performs professionally came to visit and the staff were very accommodating, they allowed him to perform for the residents.

My aunt is doing well at this community, she likes it very much. The community is very clean and nice and neat. The staff is wonderful, she really enjoys the staff. She is trying many activities. The food is okay, it is a well balanced meals for a senior. She has even made some new friends. It has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it.

My mother is doing well at this community and I am pleased. They are caring for her very well. I do not live in the same state, they have really given me a peace of mind knowing she is safe. The community looks great, they keep everything very clean. The staff has been good, the commutation could be a little better. She is trying some new activities. The food is fine, its not 5 stars restaurant, but it is nice. Out of all the places I looked at, this was one of the best.

My Grandmother was living alone at home, and it seemed every time I visited she was more and more depressed and doing less of her daily routine. She started living out of her recliner. TV and her microwave were her best friend. She recently moved in to Franklin Place and the change is night and day. She is social and loves going to all the activities, loves the food, and has made new friends who help her stay active. The staff has been so helpful in making sure there was no awkwardness for my Grandmother. They really took the time to work with her to make her feel special, and helped her reclaim the outgoing attitude she had. I'm truly grateful for everything they do!

My mother has lived at Avista for 2 1/2 years and we've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. Because I work down the street, I stop in one to two times a day. Everyone I've met who works there has a smile and takes the time for the residents. Obviously, it's an older facility, but they regularly are improving the property. Anytime there has been a problem with my mom's unit, if it's not repaired the same day, it's always within a reasonable amount of time. I feel like this was a wonderful fit for my mom. The staff makes the facility a pleasurable place to live.

This facility is fantastic. The staff is very attentive, kind and caring. Jessica [removed] when way above and beyond to help a friend, who is living there, get a VA benefit. If it hadn't been for her, this would never have happened. She has been a godsend. My friend loves living there and is continually raving about the staff. Thank you Powell Place for taking such good care of my friend and giving me peace of mind.
