Aurora Place is just a beautiful facility. I am so pleased. I would give them many many stars. We are so happy with this facility. Cant say enough good about the staff here. We are very satisfied.

We have had a very good experience with Copper Place. I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I am very thankful that they were there when I needed them, and would use them again.

My mother just turned 94 years old here at Franklin Place. This is her first birthday here, and she is extremely happy with this place. She lived for several years at Emeritus in Puyallup, WA. They were purchased by new people, and the prices went up even though they assured us prices would not change. We found Franklin Place, and were pleased with it's smaller size (50 residents v.s. over 200 at Emeritus) Franklin Place is clean, affordable, friendly, and provides many activities in spite of it's smaller size. My mother is thrilled with this place and so is the family!

My sister (Sandra Small) and I would like to thank the entire staff at Garnet Place for the compassionate and excellent care you provided our mother -- Zilda Carlson. She was not too happy to have to move to an assisted-living facility and I know she sometimes didn't co-operate with you, but everyone took the time to listen to Mom, to adjust what you were doing, and to make her stay there as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I also know that you made my sister's life easier because she knew Mom was getting great care, and that allowed her to release some of her worry about Mom. Sandra told me several times that the staff at Garnet Place really cared about Mom as a person and that was evident in how they interacted with her. Again, thank you for making the last 8 months for Mom's life as good as could be possible.

This is a really nice place. I really like the people who work there. It seems like nobody is there for a paycheck. We are very happy. The communication with the staff has been very good. They offer activities. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent. The friendliness is excellent. The value is excellent. I would recommend the Louisa Place to anyone. My overall rating of the Louisa Place is five stars.

The Peridot was recently bought out by Brookdale and they are in the process of making a few changes. Everything has been good. The food is good. The apartments are nice, and the grounds are lovely. I know all the caregivers by name, and they are really good at communicating with me any time there is something I need to be informed of.

My Mother has been there for over two months and we could not be happier.

My grandmother has been at The Summit at Sunland Springs for a little over six weeks. They are very prompt at making sure that she gets to all her appointments. The place is very clean, and every time I visit her she seems very happy. In terms of area for improvement, some of the maintenance requests (such as some things that needed to be hung up in her room) took a little longer than it should have to get done. Other than that it is really a great place. I highly recommend them.

So grateful for a facility that truly cares about their residents. Through many ups and downs over the past one year+, Syringa has always come through for our Mom! When staffing challenges occasionally arise, caregivers work as a team to ensure our loved ones don't lack the attention they deserve. Our Mom feels safe and loved at Syringa Place!

Powell Place staff seemed very pleasent and very willing to work with us to fit our needs.

This is a beautiful building. Brand new and feels like I walked in to a Marriott hotel. Was treated very nicely during my tour.

We are very happy with it. When we were looking around we were very taken with Rachel, the full time nurse. She has been very caring, and very responsive. There was a little hitch with the first billing cycle, but they took care of it right away.

It is so well received. Great people, residents and building is done up very nicely. I work at a senior apt. in Payson which is also very nice. I put Powell House right up there with Majestic. Payson is so fortunate to have both places in our lovely town. So much better than 10 years ago when we moved here to Payson. I believe Chris was the girl who runs the place. Very nice and pleasant.

Our family, Arlene & LeRoy, just moved to Powell Place. The entire staff has made them feel welcomed & have helped them adjust. Thank you!!! They made their move so much easier.

They do a great job at Emeritus at Catalina Foothills! The people here are all very friendly, and they seem very concerned and dedicated when it comes to caring for the residents. The maintenance man in particular has been a real pleasure to deal with, he's really on top of things!

I am caregiver for my mom who is 100 this year..I have been taking care of her in my home for 9 years..my husband and I need to get away every so often and I have tried a couple respit care facilities. I found aurora place with the help of a place for Mom. My mom had the best experience and felt so loved during her visit. The staff genuinely treated her like family and certainly made my getaway so much more fun...I feel confident to leave her there whenever we need a break...just a phone call away and she is looking forward to her next visit....Aurora Place is small,easy to get around and not overwhelming!, Thank you Aurora Place for giving me peace of mind!

They were very kind to family and mom the ladies that we met were older and compassionate to my mother. I would recommend to anyone. My mom was only at this facility for 5 days when she took a turn for the worse had to be admitted to hospital and the staff of Windriver was supportive and helpful with the situation.

We've had a great experience with Syringa Place! My loved one has shown a lot of improvement since she moved in, they really do a great job here! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are all wonderful people. They really treat her like a queen here, and she enjoys every minute of it! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area!

It is simply the best. Check out the rest but you'll find this is the best. They take such great care and truly show concern and compassion.
