Time and worry was spent in search of a caring, safe home for my Grandma. Syringa Home has been a great blessing for my Grandma and all of our extended family. She is well cared for and treated with great respect and dignity. In her own words, she is "so spoiled!" The staff is kind and proactive and provide many activities and events that make the days fun and enjoyable for her!

From the very first day Mom was admitted, we were aware by observation that this was a special place. She had been in another facility prior to Garnet Place. Mom receives encouragement, love and touch, and friendliness of staff and residents. Very family-oriented atmosphere. Out family visits on a regular basis and always finds her well cared for and participating in fun activities. Thank you, Garnet Place - we love you!

These caregivers are all very, very kind and loving. They have the best interest of the Powell community person at heart. They go out of their way to help others. It is my pleasure to be part of this community. It is not my permanent home, but they have done an excellent job here, and they are to be commended for their service to the community.

Heron Place is a very great place for my Mom. Since moving in the staff have been great and even helped us with applying for the Aid & Attendance benefit for Veterans and their spouses which we knew nothing about. Mom is really enjoying her time at the community and has even made some friends that she enjoy splaying dominoes with. Mom is a believer and is able to join in on the services they have for the residents as well. I'd say we are happy with the place all together and would recommend.

My father was here for a respite stay and everything went very well. We will use this community again if ever needed. He was very happy and enjoyed the community and the people here. I was very impressed with the staff and all they did for us. They do offer nice activities and good food. It was a great experience for us and I would recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful in getting my mother a place to stay while recovering from a bad fall.

I first toured Garnet Place with Rachel who was very informative and answered all of my questions. I then met with Jamie, whose warm personality made me feel completely comfortable with moving my mother into Garnet Place. Since moving to Garnet Place about three weeks ago, I have to say that I can tell a definite improvement in my mother's attitude. She seems to really enjoy the Garnet Place community, and has had a smile on her face every time I visit.

Powell Place is so wonderful, our family are "frequent stayers" - beginning when the facility first opened in Payson with my Grandmother; she was the 3rd tenant to move in. Since then my husband's mother found a home at Powell and my father and mother both stayed for a short time while my father was on the mend from a fall and he needed help caring for my mother who was in early stages of Dementia. Once better, they returned home and as time moved on, my mother passed and my father moved to Payson to live on his own, until the need arose that it was apparent he needed assistance and a watchful, caring staff. Of course, once again, I turned to Powell to take care of him. In my experience, Powell Place has only improved over the years. and I would highly recommend to any family with a loved one needing an assisted living environment. There is always an activity or two and the staff are wonderful at engaging the residents. Powell feels like a personal home - no other words more fitting can be said.

My elderly mother was living in a nice senior retirement community for about 12 years in Boise, Idaho. In the past 6 months, my mom had a series of falls, breaking bones etc. I have spent months researching assisted living facilities and the many legal issues involved. I visited Garnet Place several times, as well as many other places. I felt that the staff and the facilities at Garnet Place would be the best place for my mom. One of the managers, Jamie Pitts, was extremely helpful to me during my research phase. I am grateful for her help!

Our mother has been a resident at Aurora Place for seven months now and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff and facility are wonderful. We looked at several homes before selecting this one and are extremely glad we did.

This place is a excellent place to move your loved one to my mother is really enjoying her time here. The staff is just wonderful I wish I could remember all their names they do such a good job interacting with the residents there which I know can be a tough job.The food is good my mother seems to enjoy. The facility is very clean that's one of the things that sold us on the place. There are a lot of activities for her to go to she really enjoys going to play bingo. Overall she seems to be adjusting well to the community and the people there. I've already recommend this community to people and will continue too.

I was very impressed. Beautiful setting. Nice people who enjoy assisting the residence.

This facility is first class. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Everything is great there!!!

I would say that the staff members promptly address your concerns. When we first visited, the PR representatives were always there for us. I think the food is good and they make sure to address any special diet needs. Any maintenance concerns are handled there right away.

I think that the whole staff is not just doing their job, they are doing their passion. They are all very loving and very caring and they know everyone's names. They check on them regularly and I can not say enough about the staff and about the facility. I am real happy with my parents being there.

My mom is a dementia patient. We're having a hard time getting her clothes back when they do laundry. I'm not sure if she is giving them away or their not realizing their her clothes. Other than that great place. I gave everything 5 stars.

Things are going very well at Meadows Place. They are really doing right by her. Thank you.

My Mom has only been there for a little over a month now, but things are going very well. The staff is taking good care of her. My Dad was only there for a week in hospice care before he passed, but they took excellent care of him too. They have handled things very well.

Overall I think WindRiver is excellent. They keep the place clean and cheerful, and the caregivers seem to really care about the residents. It's a high quality place for our elders. My only complaint is directed at corporate headquarters where their dietician doesn't seem to be at all sensitive to the dietary needs of older people who are often diabetic, lactose sensitive, and need soft meat. I have found that in this industry, the least professional caregivers are overworked and underpaid, unfortunately, but the wonderful caring souls at WindRiver still give kind and caring attention wherever they are needed.
