What we liked about this community was it is one-level, secured, and only 48 units. [Removed] was very, very good at sharing and showing us everything at the community.

I work in the home health & senior care industry. Syringa Place is one of the premier places to live for people seeking quality assisted living care. They are warm & friendly & sincerely care about each individual. This is a vibrant community with fun activities & a homey feel.

My Family and my mom Love Chateau Brickyard. My mom has been living there for several months. Everyone is so friendly . The staff is very friendly and helpful. My mom gets her 3 meals a day and if she doesn't feel like going to the dining room she can have the food delivered to her door. There are plenty actives to do daily and some days they even have field trips. I would highly recommended Chateau Brickyard

I am very happy with the care that is given here. The staff is very nice and caring. They offer a good variety of meals. The activities are offered for those who want to participate with other residents. I am happy that it is clean and has a nice feeling to live in. I would recommend the care and value to other families.

My mother in law was very comfortable while she was at the Louisa Place. She was there for about a month for respite care. Everything was great except for the food, but when she was leaving they got a new cook. I guess enough people complained about it. For the most part, the place was clean and maintained pretty well.

A Nice, handy place to live. The building is close to all the stores I enjoy going to. I the like the people that live and work here. They are nice.

Mom likes the staff. The hospice nurses are friendly, attentive and I have good communication with the staff. The food is good and they keep this new community clean. The community just had its initial and they passed with no deficiencies. The charges are all inclusive and I would recommend this community.

From [Removed]: I have lived at Chateau Brickyard for seven years. I love the people and my apartment. I've made good friends with a lot of the residents. I am our Birthday announcer and make that everyone is celebrated! Make sure you stop by and have a dance with Santa this Christmas season!

Exceptional Senior Living facility, staff helpful and courtesy, they go out of there way to make residents feel at home and stay active via numerous daily activities they encourage residents to participate in. Recommend with no hesitation as a place to consider for your loved ones. Each persons needs are unique, so the right fit for your loved one may be different than for ours. Good Luck.

Lived at this place the past 3 years Syringa Place Resident living. It’s a great place to be, the manager of this facility has been tremendous working with me & others. I will definitely recommend this assistance living facility to anybody.

I was so excited to move in. I like the apartments and the people are friendly. I enjoy the activities they offer like exercising and bingo. I also enjoy the entertainment that coms in. I enjoy that if you need someone to talk to, there are always people there to help.

I have lived at Chateau Brickyard for One year now and with in that year I have grown and have achieved a lot. I've made plenty of friends here and I feel like I am part of something. I don't sit around and feel sorry for myself anymore because there is so much to do here, games, Happy Hour, activities & handsome men to admire. There is no time to sit around and grow old! Since I have been here I embrace each day and live it to the fullest. I call myself "Big Momma" and the reason for that is they say the bigger the better but I'm better than the better, I am the BEST and Chateau Brickyard can make you feel the same !

My mother in laws friend referred us hear and we toured the facility a little while back. We had a great experience. Wonderful staff members and very efficient. We took a special interest in their dining area because the food look and tasted great. They had such friendly staff as well.

When touring the community I saw that it was a very nice place. It was a smaller place with no courtyard and not much outside.My dad did not need the level of care that is provided here. They were not going to work out for my dad, he likes to walk around outside.

Franklin place. was nice, but not what we were looking for. The expense was higher then what we could afford at the time. The manager was nice and answered the questions we had. Activities were available but not as many. It seems that the rooms were smaller then what we were looking for. The community was nice and other families might consider this community for they offer.

Chateau Brickyard its a very nice place to live in! A friend of mine lives there an every time I go visit her the staff team is very cheerful and there's always something going on for residents! My friend loves it and she's been living there for a few years now. If I was to find a place for my parents when its the time this is the place to go!

My mother was only at the Summit 3 months before she passed away, but to a one, the staff was fantastic. The place is beautiful and well thought out for memory patients and there are specific memory type activities to keep them engaged. The caregivers and med techs were top notch, and they made sure she was comfortable, clean and well fed (tricky, since she was unable to feed herself). I talked to the nurse often and he was great about all of her health care needs and quickly addressed any concerns I had. The chef is wonderful and truly takes pride in feeding everyone who comes in the door! (the food is amazing!) Even though my mother was quite ill she was very aware she was in a great place. We didn't realize quite how wonderful The Summit was until her last days and found a haven for all of us. It was like a close knit community where the neighbors bring casseroles and comfort! Rob, the chef, made sure we had snacks and drinks as we sat with her and when she passed and we were cleaning out her apartment, he personally brought us a tray of sandwich wraps, chips, cookies, soda to help get us through the process. Ginger, the marketing director who sold us on the place in the beginning drove across Phoenix to attend the funeral! She and Rob both offered their personal vehicles to help carry stuff to Goodwill! The caregivers not only hovered over her, they were incredibly attentive to the family. Even the owner pitched in (and was often present on site). But pretty much every employee we dealt with during the 3 months not only did their job well but went above and beyond to keep my mother as comfortable as possible and to help us get through this. We live out of state, so it was especially important to us to trust her caregivers and they really did a consistently fine job. You can't go wrong by putting your loved one here--you can rest easy knowing they will get the best care available.

Great staff, great food and fun activity's. Great place for everybody!

The Franklin Place has been good to my mother. She is well taken care of and the staff communicates with me very well. They call when they feel concerned about anything which i really like. The meals are great, they are healthy and have a good taste. The only complaint we have is my mother wishes her room was a bit more spacious as she finds the room she is in to be tiny.
