This is a beautiful place and the grounds are well maintained also. They treat you like family here and are very caring and compassionate. The living quarters are nice and always clean. The staff is always willing to lend a hand.

Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to listen. I have not come across anybody that is snotty or stubborn. The only thing I have some trouble with is when I point something out that needs to be done, I have to go up ladder, to management and the like. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good.

I am very happy with everything that they have done. My initial contact with them was that they were very friendly and very helpful. They seemed very accessible. We have only had one incident where my brother had a problem and they called and let me know and took him to the hospital and I am extremely happy with the care he is receiving.

The experience with The Peridot has been very good. They answer questions readily and always return my calls. They did everything we asked and we are very happy with them.

The personnel that we deal with has been superb. It would be hard to find better. They have been remodeling and are under new administration. This is a top notch facility and I have been very pleased.

I know we couldn't decide between this place and another until my husband's blood sugar went down and without asking what was wrong, the staff at Blossom Place knew right away what his problem was. They were right on top of everything. The administrator came in and helped us during the move-in and we were very impressed with that.

Overall I am happy with The Summit at Sunland Springs . I am irritated with laundry being lost there and he lost his wedding ring. I think the staff are doing their best with a difficult job though. There was an employee that was mean and I was able to documented it. I went to the management and they were able to take care of the problem immediately. I really appreciated that.

When I first toured the facility I was impressed by the spaciousness, cleanness, and relaxing atmosphere. Luckily my mother-in-law chose this facility for her and dad to move to. During his illness and subsequent passing, they both received awesome care. She is happy, finally content and joining in and living life again.

Since moving my parents into Clearwater House they have received phenomenal care. My sister and I take turns every evening going to feed our mom and see the goings on every day. As it is mainly in the evenings and twice a day on the weekends we have become close to most of the staff, in particular Christina Vasquez, Nurse Jenny and Stephanie Hoagland. They treat my parents as if they were their own and give peace of mind that they are well taken care of. I would highly recommend Clearwater House to anyone needing assistance for their family.

Wonderful community for my grandparents! Big shout out for the special care Christina Vasquez has shown to my grandparents. We greatly appreciate the use of the patio for family events. Thank you for your continued care for our loved ones.

Clearwater House is a great place. They take very good care of me. I am very pleased! The food is very good. A good house keeper cleans my room and does my laundry on Tuesday each week. At age 88, I need much help, which I receive here.

I am always greeted with a smile and conversation. Very welcoming. The residence is very clean and well kept, and the assistance is always there if needed. I am quite pleased.

I was so glad to know that there were some other alternatives for what I was looking for. The lady at A Place For Mom was extremely nice and helpful. She was caring, too, which is important when one is having to make these decisions in talking about their loved ones. I really appreciated her passion to help me find the best place for my mom!
