Everyone is nice and it is very clean. Residents living there seem happy. Lots of activities to select from.

Since [removed] has been here, this community has become a home for the residents and their families. Their lives are fuller now because of the love the caregivers give them. [Removed] is also one of the best. [Removed] is also top of the list. I have not found anything that is frustrating. Please give them all a raise :) I will stay here when my time comes. It is a Home Now, not a rest home. Thank you for your care and laughter.

Very warm and inviting facility. Like that it is a smaller facility. They provide much needed care. Like the caring of the staff.

We have had a wonderful experience here at this community. I'am very impressed with the management. They are very patient and caring. I know my aunt is in good hands here. The community looks nice, they do a good job with the cleanliness. My aunt has a cat and it was important to find a community that allowed pets, and this one does. Everything has worked out well for us, and I would recommend it.

Garnet Place is great. Great care for my Mom and many things to keep her busy. Very clean and bright! Her studio apartment is perfect. Thank you for letting me know about this place as I had never heard of it before.

This is a excellent community for my father in law. The food is very good. He is trully enjoying all the activities that are available for him to participate in. We would highly recommend this community with the excellent staff and care for a good value.

My husband is doing great here at this community. The food is excellent here and he is very happy with the variety of the meals. A beautiful community that is well kept. Activities are offer to those who want to participate. I highly recommend this for other families for good care and a great value.

I chose Heron Place for my mom because it was a smaller community and not so overwhelming for her. When I first toured the facility, it felt homey and welcoming. The management and staff are always visible and always friendly.

Our Mom had recently lost her husband and began going downhill very fast. Given her history of serious medical problems and the fact that she was also losing her eyesight we knew we had to find her a caring and warm place to assist her. She also had stopped taking her medications and for the most part stopped eating. After reviewing several homes in the area and not being thrilled with any of them, it was a gift when we found the Franklin Place in Sumner. It was clean, warm and welcoming. We knew instantly it was the place where mom could be safe and be well cared for, in the remaining time she has left. The Franklin Place was so willing to work with us and to create a situation that would enhance mom's life. They welcomed our Mom into their home as though she was family. The entire staff is that way with her and it is a relief to our family. The residence has a beautiful main courtyard that is enclosed with flowers, and bird feeders around the flowerbeds. They BBQ in this courtyard and you are allowed to bring you pet if you are able to care for the animal. It is fun to see the pets and people in the courtyard on a sunny day and it is a cheerful place. This is a small resident facility and does not fell like an institution. The food is good as well. My sincere thanks and appreciation for the entire staff at Franklin house and especially to Victoriana and to Ken. They have gone the extra miles for my mom and really care about their work. While my mom still struggles with her situation, it is clear that she trusts the staff and all who care for her. This place is the best place for mom and not something that I ever thought I could find. Please check this place out before you make your final decision regarding your loved one.

My brother loves the food at Brookdale Prescott. The staff are helpful and answer our questions. I would rate the staff a 6. They offer daily activities for the residents to enjoy. This community is clean and I would recommend it. I also want to thank A Place for Mom as I would not have found this community without them.

4 to 5 months ago I had my loved one here. The care was so amazing . Jessica was the best help and the most caring person. I needed furniture for the room and Jessica helped go out and buy some. Chelsea the activities director had something going on everyday. One forth of July I came to visit and a storm was coming and it started to rain. Chelsea notice my window was opened and offered to roll them up for me. I gave her my keys and she closed the windows but she was soaking wet after coming from outside. I was so impressed with how much they care here! We had the best experience!

My mother-in-law has been doing good at this place. She gets good care from staff who are nice and respectful. The facility is clean to live at and visit. There are activities but my mother-in-law has not joined yet. The food is good and healthy. I absolutely would recommend this community to other who are in need.

A Place For Mom was very quick to respond to our needs for a home and it was an easy process. This community is spotless with staff that are helpful and welcoming at all times. My mom gets to do a few activities and we taker her out every weekend too. I think the food taste good and they are accommodating to variety. I definitely would recommend this community.

Louisa is amazingly proactive and made a difficult time bearable. They assisted any way they could to help my mom's transition. Mom was only in her room a week before she had to be admitted to the hospital. The staff's observance of a change in mom's demeanor saved her life. Everyone we had contact with was caring, compassionate, and competent.

This community is so wonderful and beautiful, it is always clean and up-kept. The staff are so attentive, helpful, and responsive with my mom and family and the management has full control of the community. The food tastes and smells fabulous, it looks home cooked and always includes dessert. my mom is unable to participate in all the many activities but they do use music to interact with her. I am very happy and mom is doing very good. I would absolutely recommend this community to any one!

It was s very quick and efficient move Ito Windrover. The staff already seems to know and get along well with their new resident. The Executive Director, Trudy, is fantastic, great nursing crew and it's a clean, nice building.

The caregivers are wonderful here, so attentive and loving to all the residents. Treating them as family. From the administrator to the aides, this facility is amazing. It's warm and loving in every way. Twin Falls is lucky this place is available for their loved ones in time of need.
