My wife and I have recently made the move into this community and I have to say we are pleased with how things have been going for us. We are adjusting well and having a lot of fun with all of the different activities. We also have been enjoying our dinning experience with the other residents during meal time. The staff where helpful to us upon move in and made sure to accommodate our needs to the best of there ability.

At the time it was not a good fit for my loved one. I thought this community was too big to get any stimulation. I also believed they did not offer 24 hour care. It was not the right fit at the time I was touring.

My mom is doing really well now, it was a rough beginning but it has smoothed out and they are doing better. I am okay with the care, friendliness, and communication from the staff. I want them to encourage her into more activities, which they agreed to start soon. The meals are tasting good, my mom says the meals are better than what she was eating at a different community. I like that she has her own apartment. This community has a RN, hospice, and Medicaid approved after some time.

The staff at this community have been very understanding and helpful to my fathers situation. They where accommodating to his needs and made sure to provide him with excellent care. I am thankful for them and everything they did for him.

My loved one is still their adjusting, and she is doing well. She likes bingo and the staff is all very nice. The only thing I wish they could improve on is giving us more notice when my loved one is running low on drugs. Other than that, they are taking good care of her and it has been a pretty good experience so far.

So far, it is working out. Most of the personnel are very responsive and helpful. The food is marginal and edible. They don't come in and clean my apartment like they told me they would. Other than that, it has been a pleasant stay.

Does not have independent living option. Memory care was excellent as far as I could see. Food was not good but the chef was not there that day.

We were going to move in but when it came to the finances it seemed sketchy. I spoke with someone there and she quoted me 3 different prices for one room. I was not comfortable with the fluctuation of pricing. It was all good until it came up to this finances.

The staff where very friendly and professional during our tour of this community. They where on time to our appointment and made sure to give my loved one and I detail look at there facility as well as provide lots of great information. The property was very well maintained and kept clean for all of the residents. Overall great experience.

This community seemed clean and looked nice when we visited. The people were nice. This community was a little to far away for us.

This community is nice and the staff are very caring. She is happy with the food that is offered and the variety. She is happy with the activities and we are happy to see her enjoying playing bingo. I like knowing she is in great care here. Other families would like the clean and caring community for there loved onces.

This community was nice and I did like the staff. The room was not as big as we were needing. They had offered me a meal and it did seem to be appealing. I liked how the community was clean and taken care of. I would recommend this community for families wanting good care for a loved one.

Very interesting tour. Friendly staff and residents. Lunch was excellent. But -- apartments are just too small to meet my needs, not to mention desires. This facility is off my list but it might be great for someone else.

We have only been at Brookdale South Hill for a few days. It passed the smell test. Very important! People there are pleasant and helpful. They kept us in the loop when we were comparing facilities. Rooms are clean. If there are any issues they try to accommodate. Food is good, at least mom says it is! So far, we are pleased. Almost too new to evaluate....

During our tour of this community I noticed that the building had been newly remodeled and looked very nice. The lady that gave my loved one and I our tour was exceptionally nice and gave us a great vision of what this company had to offer.

The tour at this community was very well kept and the housekeeping team has done amazing job at maintaining the main lobby and the bedrooms. The staff was very friendly during our tour the facility was just a to much of an independent living retirement home.

My aunt seems to enjoy living at this community. The staff are nice, however I think they are working on some supervisory issues. The community is clean. They have a lot of healthy food choices. Sometimes the food is not hot when she receives it. They hired a new activities director and they now have more activities available. They offer exercise classes, a happy hour, an ice cream social and trips out.

I toured this community for both of my parents. Margo was great in be very helpful. The apartment was very big, My parents did not want a small living room. The tour was nice and the community was clean. Other families would like this if needing a bigger area for both parent.

The housekeeping could be better throughout the whole community and my loved ones room. Everything else is great the staff are very attentive with my loved ones care needs. I feel that this place is safe and it gives the family a peace of mind. I would recommend the Brookdale Moses Lake to friends and family. Their meals are wonderful they have great taste to them and a wide selection.

Brookdale is a great place. The director have been very helpful and accommodating. And the staff is very professional and yet personal. They genuinely express their compassion and caring nature toward residents. They work very hard and I feel my Mom and brother are well cared for by people who truly care about them. I do feel Brookdake is a bit short handed. Especially during meals. The staff works really hard st serving everyone and meeting residents needs but it does take the entire hour to get orders and get everyone served. My mom does like it at Brookdake. She likes the staff and feels safe and well taken care of. My Mom and brother share a room. Thank you.
