They were friendly, informative and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone. The facility was clean. They have a great menu and numerous activities. They also have laundry facilities.

This is a very nice place and people are friendly and they do what they say they're gonna do. It was a big change from Arizona, but if someone was looking for something in Utah, that is very high-end then I would recommend Ovation

My dad really enjoyed the activities the singers that came in the activity room was really nice

The caretakers genuinely care about the residents. The food is good. There are plenty of activities. There are various sizes of apartments to choose from. My Mother's has a coat closet and a walk in closet.

It is a very clean facility and the personnel there are extra friendly and caring, as well as always helpful.

I was very pleased with Avamere. I would rate it definitely a five the staff are very caring and very friendly. My husband's apartment was very nice. It had a full bathroom, a refrigerator, a kitchen sink and cabinets. The facility was kept very clean and the apartments were all very clean as well. They had a common room where they played games like bingo and table bowling they also had a TV in the room books and other activities for the residents. My husband said their food was good, dining room looked nice. They also had afternoon snacks for the residents. I loved the staff! They have a fenced outside garden for the residents, very nice. My husband was in the memory care unit. I would definitely recommend it.

We’ve toured many assisted living facilities in the area. Bethany AvaMere was the best overall for assisted living. Facility is clean, library and laundry room on each floor for residents use. Large picture window in the puzzle room. Large private dinning room for family parties or get togethers. Multi-purpose room with full kitchen for family gatherings. Room options are from studio, one bedroom, 2 bedroom to deluxe two bedrooms. They are large and well laid out. Staff was very friendly on our visit.

Overall, my sister had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and consistently attentive, which made the stay feel welcoming. The activities offered were enjoyable and well-organized, providing a good variety throughout the day. The food was generally good, with several delicious options, though a bit more variety would make it even better. The room/apartment was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space.

My mom truly enjoys staying there all the functions and food. And the camaraderie, she is developing with others If you don't like the answers, I give you. This will be the last review.

The personnel are responsive. The intake individual, [name removed], was exceptionally helpful and reached out to the previous facility to facilitate transfer and collect necessary documentation. My mother has progressed to a hospice level of care now. Avamere allows any hospice organization you contract with to assist with the patient's care.

Clean, bright, always nicely decorated for the seasons, friendly staff. The Luau Party was very nice with great food, decorations, music and activities. I also like that they are very welcoming to family who are visiting residents.

I feel my brother is in good hands. I would recommend to others.

Avamere has earned a 5 on everything as far as I am concerned. The staff people are very nice and friendly. The food, for an institution, is quite good.

Best location, beautiful memory, care, incredible staff. It just felt right from the moment I walked in and the tour made me sure of my decision.

I love the huge variety of things to do, the staff is caring and professional. As her daughter, I have immediate access to the director, head nurse, all the people running the events. My mom feels safe there and is happy and active, she will turn 90 in Nov and we are throwing a big party in the activities room. I think of Avamere as part nice hotel part cruise ship, you can do as much as you want it as little as you want. I am just thrilled yo have found a place my mother is happy and thriving at. , I tell everyone how great Avamere is, and how I found it...through you!

Moving to Grande Ronde Retirement was a wonderful decision.it feels like HOME all ready. They make new people feel so welcome, always making sure we are aware of all the services available for us. I love the Good morning smiles. The printed daily schedules are certainly appreciated.
