People are very friendly. Food is very good and plenty of it. The wait staff learns your name pretty fast. Makes for a very friendly atmosphere. There is plenty to do here if you'll just get involved . Sometimes its a long walk to the center core, depending on where your room is located. You really need to downsize, because if you need a storage locker you have to pay extra. Everything is convenient so far as outside shopping is concerned. I really have no complaints.

I have a really great apartment! Allstate the stuff is very nice and they are all good at remembering out names! The food is amazing with a lot of choices. There are a good variety of activities. There is a salon which does hair and nails. They have 2 beautiful vans and one car to take people to doctor appointments and church activities like the temple. They even have a swimming pool.

The staff is attentive to our Mom's needs. Since we are out-of-state, they also communicate with us regarding her care.

It has been an awesome place. Extremely satisfied. [name removed] has gone over and beyond to help us with everything.

The apartment is comfortable, the people are so very nice, the activities are fun, and you can't beat the proximity to the ocean. I can hear the waves from my room. I love it here every day.

My mom loves the food. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. It's always clean. My mother doesn't attend many activities but they offer a wide variety of services and activities. I enjoy the food myself.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The place has always been clean and doesn't have any unpleasant odors. It also has lots of windows in the common areas, so plenty of nature light. My father's room and bathroom are large, and he has it to himself without an extra cost. The food is good.

We've been away for a few days. We love being Ovation. The people are friendly and accepting of new people. The place is immaculately clean. There are so many things going on that you can choose from if you choose to do that if not, nobody bothers you to do it Lots of entertainment and daily activities. The meals are amazing wonderfully cooked and presented. They have beer and wine to purchase if that is of interest for meals just a very well rounded place

The staff dose try to help with any of you have. Yes, I would recommend Avamere at Cheyenne to other families based on the experience so far.

I moved in a month ago and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Avamere at Seaside for my Independent Living needs. The monthly cost includes three chef prepared meals a day, weekly housekeeping, and a calendar full of daily activities. This is a wonderful alternative to living alone, doing everything for myself, experiencing loneliness and isolation, and eating meals based on how much effort I wanted to put into the prep, cooking, and clean up. Everyone here is so nice. That includes the staff and the other residents. It's like one big family. Two factors made me choose Avamere. 1) It's a smaller community. Not corporate feeling at all. Very comfortable. 2) It's proximity to the ocean. Less than half a mile walk to the beach. I'm able to do that walk most mornings before breakfast is served. How awesome is that? Life is good.

Our mom loves it here. The staff , friendships with other residents, activities, and location are all amazing. She has been here for numerous years and tells us every day how much she enjoys it. She loves the view of the golf course and its wildlife. Thinks [name removed] and [name removed] and staff are awesome, loves the museum visits, group outings to local restaurants, pub nights, yoga and coffee group. This is a great community and a second family to her. Thank you for giving her a safe and secure and happy place to spend her retirement years.

The guy that was helping me was extremely helpful. He was timely and flexible. He took our requirements seriously. The available apts were the right size. Activities offered are plenty

I moved in here with a preconceived set of ideas. I took early retirement from federal service so I am a bit younger than the average resident demographic. I anticipated a "what are you doing here??" kind of mindset. Instead everyone, both staff and residents, have been disarmingly kind and accepting.

The food is excellent. Free lunch BBQ"s on Friday's for family and friends. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facility feels like a home with lots of energy and entertainment. Visiting our loved one there is something we look forward to doing.

Facility is best we explored and staff is ready to help in any way you need. Apartments, especially two-bedrooms, are quite spacious.

It's beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Residents are smiling. There are alot of activities for my mom to participate in within memory care.

I found Avamere to be the absolute best place for a beloved family member! I have since recommended it to my son and daughter-in-law for a family member of my daughter-in-law. EVERYONE is so nice and helpful and they still remembered who I was even though my sister passed several months ago! I've used two other facilities for other family members, one in CA and one here in Las Vegas, that were WAY more expensive but could not even compete with Avamere in cleanliness and friendliness!

After having a fall and surgery, my daughters didn’t want me to live alone in a second floor apartment with stairs. They found me this place and I was amazed how beautiful it was. The price is all inclusive, Wfi, wonderful healthy meals, laundry room, elevators, weekly housecleaning and beautiful landscaped grounds. The best part is the wonderful people who work here. It’s like a big family. Everyone is kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and there are many things to do. We have movies, classes, and special events. The people who live here are friendly and become friends. I’m very happy to live here!!

My home now for over 3 years. Such great caring staff. Activities I enjoy and if I want to stay in my apt. that's okay, no pressure! I do not have to cook, that's the best part, and 3 meals aday included in our rent. A beautiful patio and a walking path around the building..usually a new bird chirping as your foot falls invade their space. Love the quiet nights..As you can tell I'm at home here with some new friends..

Being new to the whole assisted living care search, for my dad, it has been a great experience from the time I contacted a place for mom, they gave me many options, to touring Avamere at Cheyenne, the intake coordinator Nancy was friendly and answered all my questions. The staff at Avamere treat residents like family. I can rest well knowing my dad is in a safe place. The facility is clean. The food is good. Although my dad doesn't participate in many, there are plenty of activities to engage the residents. I would enjoy living there myself. I appreciate that additional care is provided as needed so you only pay for what you use.
