I would say that everyone is very warm, caring and responsive. They have helped my Mom adapt to her new living arrangements fairly quickly. She is now much more social than she has ever been. She takes part in many of the activities, which makes me happy, but yet surprises me quite a bit. We choose this community because of the feeling we got when we were there, the location, and the beautiful grounds. I felt very relaxed there and knew my mother would feel that way too. The community is located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. That was very different from the other communities we looked at which were located on busy streets.

Atria Hacienda is a community full of life. They have friendly residents and staff that welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door. I highly recommend Atria Hacienda and plan on moving in my loved one soon!

Appreciated the friendly and knowledge staff, including Deana, who walked us through the facility and the process of finding a good place for our mother. They reached out for any questions later and were very responsive to any inquiries.

I was in the Atria to visit my aunt. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. The residents all seemed happy and there were a lot of activities for them to do. My aunt is very happy at the Atria.

We had an awesome tour,[name removed] was an awesome tour guide she made my step mom feel at home. We really enjoyed the friendship of the people and how happy people that live there are. My stepmom Lore will be happy in there I know she'll make new friends cause [name removed] is a very nice person she gets along with everyone.

It is a rare and precious thing to find individuals who approach their work with such sincerity and devotion. Your staff members go beyond the call of duty, and it is evident that they find fulfillment in bringing joy and comfort to the lives of those under their care. Their commitment to the well-being of the residents is a testament to their character and the positive culture fostered at Atria. [name removed] consistent, caring and patient assistance, [name removed] pure love and enjoyment of his company, [name removed] infectious warmth and friendship, and the entire staff, who always said hello to Dad with the biggest smile on their face each time they passed him in the halls -[names removed] all of the wait staff serving meals with patience and kindness, and so many others whose names I may have missed. I am writing this on behalf of my mom who has had a wonderful experience at Atria. She moved there for security and company, and Atria has surpassed both expectations with flying colors. Most of all the staff has been superb, especially the director. Unfortunately, we have to move our mom out of state, it will be a challenge to find someplace that will compare with all that Atria provided! Thank you Atria!!!

I visited atria and this particular facility is amazing. People they’re so friendly and courteous. Absolutely beautiful! As i drove up i seen beautiful flowers and landscape. It reminded me of a beautiful mansion.

Atria is and has been amazing place for our mom. She’s made friends loves it here. It’s great place to visit, the staff always makes you feel welcome and at home. Would recommend Atria to anyone! They really pay attention to details and make sure that every need of our mom is met from her healthcare to making appointments. They do an amazing job.

My loved one is currently a resident at Atria at the Arboretum and everything is great! Everyone- the staff and the residents- have been incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. There is a great variety of activities, the food is really good and it's been surprisingly easy for my loved one to adapt. Some of my family members were hesitatnt about moving my loved one here, but our loved one is thriving. I would absolutely recommend Atria at the Arboretum to others.

My relative was in need of assisted living care. Because she is still vibrant and lively, our search had to meet criteria that supported her zest for life. Atria Newport Beach checked all the boxes of what we desired in a new home for her. From astute attention to detail in the needs of our loved one, to daily interactions that affirm genuine respect and care, she feels at home. The buildings are top notch, giving the vibe more of a hotel than assisted living, which she is proud to show off to her friends. My relative was initially reluctant with moving from the life she knew, but was met with such genuine welcome at Atria Newport Beach that her reluctance gave way to excitement. Her friends visit regularly and are entirely impressed with all they see in dining, facilities and staff. Several are considering a move to Atria Newport Beach as well.

Everything that your parent will need in a community is at Atria Collwood. I had my father-in-law live with myself and my family for a few years and wasn't being active. You have a community that feels like home with an opening dining room at all hours during the day, activities to enjoy with other residents who are the same age. Outings to go to, shopping trips and drives to his doctor appointments. The staff is amazing and caring to each of the residents from what I have noticed. Everything that you may need at your fingertips at Atria Collwood. . Atria Collwood is a great place for him to thrive and to live the rest of his days in a good place.

Based on the staff there, we give 5! I love the staff, especially [name removed] .... the resident care facilitator. She's AMAZING Helping me navigate all the strange VA issues with getting my dad transferred over and handling his meds and HEALTHCARE. It is acceptable but not excellent. When we moved my parents in there was drywall dust in the shower, which caused me to look at the filter for the vent in their room, and requested it be changed out. They're in a hurry to turn the room over and get us moved in. I kept finding things in the room that needed detailing. Friendliness of the staff could not be any better! Every single person there has been amazing with me and my parents. They truly are very caring and go out of their way to try and make my Mom and Dad feel at home and comfortable. Quality of care - exceptional. Again, [name removed]is so knowledgeable, yet so friendly and loving. Even when my parents have been kind of hostile and upset. I I love the options that they offer and the fact that it's not institutional food! I love all the different kinds of activities they offer and love they include family in many of them! I put a five because all assisted-living facilities are so expensive but the staff at ATRIA PARK OF TUCKER is what makes this a value. I have such peace of mind knowing my parents are being cared for by such wonderful staff.

I was given a tour of the facility by [name removed]. I got to see residents interacting with staff—they looked cared for and content. We talked about the memory care program and how they handle certain scenarios. I was grateful for information given and how it was presented. I felt comfortable enough to ask my questions, thank you.

My Sister was unexpectedly hospitalized, and we needed to find out what options were available. My niece and I met with the Sales Director, [name removed]. We knew nothing about Assisted Living and she took us through step by step the differences between Independent Living, Assisted Living and Nursing Home Care. They did not have any apartments available, but several residents graciously allowed us to view their home. Several of the staff stopped to say hello. The building was extremely clean and welcoming. Really high ceilings and windows. At the end of the tour, [name removed] called other facilities and got their availability and cost. It made it so much easier for us to have this information. At the end of the meeting, [name removed] sent us home with freshly baked pie. If the pie is any indication of their food quality, the residents are a very lucky. It is our hope my sister will be able to come here.

Friendliness is a standout quality. I was pleased to learn that residents can stay in same room throughout the different stages, from independent living through hospice. A very caring atmosphere.

I love it here. More or less I can what I can do. I have a lot of friends here and very active. I love the happy hour and dancing and music every Wednesdays. I have a bestfriend here when I just moved in. The staff are very friendly too.

I honestly couldn't say enough about the entire Atria. The staff is so kind and warm. The facility is beautiful. The activities cover the body, mind, and soul. I honestly feel grateful my mom is at Atria.

Our loved one is currently a resident at Atria Forest Hills and most everything has been great for her so far at this facility. The cleanliness is great. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They're also very efficient. Most of the residents feel that the food is not good. I would hope they can improve that because everyone looks forward to a good meal. My loved one does not participate in the activities, so I can't rate those. I think that the value for cost is pretty good. Overall, we are happy with Atria Forest Hills and grateful for the care that our loved one receives.

What an amazing experience we had. The team and all the staff are caring intelligent individuals that truly want to help. Cant say enough great things about them. If you are in need of a place for mom or dad call them.
