We recently moved our parents to this facility and they are flourishing. All staff and personnel are highly attentive, and caring, and know all the residents, interact with them, and provide a real sense of community. The community is clean and very well maintained. The food is delicious! Dinner is served in courses for residents. Any resources or questions for residents or their loved ones are answered promptly (typically same day) and thoroughly. Finally, there are a multitude of community activities for residents to participate in. From BIngo, coffee club, Pinochle, Music and Movement, holiday parties and celebrations, outings, field trips, daily grocery shopping opportunities, and shuttles to area hospitals...there are so many resources and amenities for our parents. They are extremely happy and we could be more pleased with their new home. Thank you Atria family!

Housekeeping and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent! The chef occasionally comes out to see how everything is. The staff is very helpful, friendly and responsive. I would recommend Atria to anyone.

My dad absolutely loves his home at Atria Kennebunk. He loves the food, activities and knowing he can relay on someone to drive him to and from appointments when needed. The staff are not just workers to him they are now family. If you are looking to place your loved one in a senior living facility I would definitely choose this one you will not be disappointed!

Atria was just what we needed. My Aunt, very independent and had been on her own for years. Within a very short period of time, we realized she needed a place where she would be supported and where she would have assistance when needed. After looking around at various living situations, Atria was the most receptive to our needs, most welcoming and did so much to support my Aunt's transition of her new living environment. My Aunt has settled in and is living comfortably, and isn't living in fear or panic she has forgotten to take her medication. She is eating properly, and is engaging activities' she never would have dreamed of a year ago. We are just so grateful for the help and support Atria has given us.

I was very impressed with all that I saw while touring Atria with [name removed]. She is a great ambassador for the organization and was able to highlight the beautiful facilities, patient- centered care and overall positive vibe inherent in Atria. I would not hesitate to trust a loved one in your care (perhaps my husband and I someday if it came to that). We are lucky to have this great resource in Kennebunk.

My parents were experiencing mobility issues and needed to transition into an independent living facility with an option for future managed care. My wife and I investigated many different facilities in several states. The posting rules say I'm not allowed to use names in this review, but the Community Sales Rep at Oakridge (she knows who she is) was by far the most responsive and helpful rep with whom we spoke. My mom suffers from OCD and the Sales Rep Who Shall Not Be Named customized the transition to make it work for my mom's challenges. My parents are now safe and cared for in a lovely apartment 30 minutes in a nice part of town with lots of convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff and residents have proved warm and welcoming and my parents are settling in nicely and making new friends. We recommend Atria Oakridge with great enthusiasm.

We have been more than pleased with Atria Oakridge. They helped tremendously with the move-in process, worked with us financially, supported us each step in this transition of our life. The staff is outstanding!! Kind, patient, friendly. The food is tasty with good variety and options. The variety and quality of the activities is outstanding - music, games, exercise classes, crafts, performances, opportunities to run errands (Tues and Thursday) and more. The residents make this feel like a community - friendly and express concern for each other. We have been pleased with our decision to move here.

Value for cost is a 5 as far as I know. We didn't price it out with any other facility. I'm hoping to book mom again for a month in April-May timeframe. Just uncertain how far in advance I should be calling to make the reservation.

From the moment I stepped through the doors at Atria Oakridge and was greeted so warmly, I knew it was a special place. In addition to well-maintained and beautifully decorated common spaces, my Mom’s new apartment offers gorgeous natural light and a spacious floorplan. I’ve overheard her telling several friends, “I live in the most beautiful place!” Without exception, she and our family have experienced all staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They have gone above and beyond to ensure her needs are met and that she feels happy, supported and connected. Fellow residents have also been welcoming. Even as the family was moving her things in, people stopped to let us know they were eager to meet her and invited us to be a part of the day’s happenings. As a daughter, I can’t tell you what that’s worth. To see her feeling at home in such a relatively short time is a testament to the management and culture of the entire community. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Staff is wonderful. Love partnership with therapy services. Management is friendly and helpful!

Staff is kind and accommodating. Treat you like family. Excellent breakfast. Love the exercise classes daily and bridge.

Our experience has been great. Mom has been well cared for and I am happy to know that her needs and safety has been met.

Overall the experience with Atria Valley View has been great. Our loved one is really enjoying the meals that are prepared as well as the staff members working there. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

When my husband needed more care than I could provide, Atria of Carmichael in California provided him a caring friendly place. Everyone, staff and residents are friendly and helpful. They became his second family. I would recommend this place to someone wanting a place to live where life is easier and comfortable.

Atria Oakridge has been beyond exceptional in every facet of trying to find a good fit for my parents. We have had some extenuating circumstances lately that have led us down this unexpected path towards independent living outside of their home. The entire team at Atria have gone above and beyond to make sure my parents, my sister and I have everything needed to make this a smooth transition. The facility is very clean. The people that work there and the residents are all very friendly. My parents have been given the chance to have meals there. The food was very good. I can’t think of one thing bad to say about anything. The care, if needed, is provided by [name removed]. That is a very reliable and reputable operation. You are allowed to bring in your own caregivers as well! There is OT/PT in the building too. I mean they really have thought of everything! I highly recommend Atria Oakridge to those looking for a great place for senior living.

Our experience was wonderful. This being the 1st place where we've seen my mom felt comfortable and welcomed immediately. Everyone was warm & kind.

Price was reasonable compared to other locations. Good location for family members to visit. Staff was great working with mom. Building was always clean. Everyone was very professional.

My mother's apartment is cleaned at least weekly. Trash is removed twice daily. Everyone has been very friendly and quite responsive. My questions are answered within the same day. Mom is getting good care, but the PA who checks patients and prescribes is not as available as we'd like. Mother is very happy with the food. Activities are plentiful. Mother's costs are comparable to her previous home in Florida with much better services. We are always welcomed with a smile and are kept up to date on activities and the care of our loved one. Questions are answered quickly and positively. We highly recommend The Atria at Westchase.

We are very happy with Atria Seville. The Staff is super positive and welcoming. Having a free shuttle for nearby appointments and outing is great too. Food quality is excellent. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
