We recently had a loved one at Atria Copeland. This was their first transition from their home to an Assisted Living Facility. The staff did a wonderful job making sure that transition was successful. The communication with the staff was always open and welcome. I could not have asked for a better experience. That transition is never easy, but Atria Copeland did everything possible to make it happen with the very best interests of the people involved.

My aunt lived at Coterie since it opened. She was the 2nd move in. The building is beautiful and stately. The food is incredible. Its like living in a Four Seasons. But the best attribute is the staff. They took loving care of my aunt and that allowed me to relax knowing that I had that support. I highly recommend Coterie for your loved one.

We are 100% happy with Atria Bethlehem. Definitely recommend. It's very clean and friendly and decorated and run like a home vs an institution. The dining area are very and nice restaurant- style. The staff is well-organized, efficient and friendly. And there are just the right type and variety of activities.

Always welcoming and available for questions. Prompt responses. Explained everything well. Tour was thorough.

My stay is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Food is very good. I have had a lot of change in the past year and I am happy to be in a good place with caring people.

The Staff and facilities are great! Everyone is very caring and treat the residents like family. Our mom's room is nice and well maintained. The meals have a lot of variety and are well cooked. There is a wide variety of activities with something for everyone. Atria Carmichael Oaks is a great place. As her care needs changed the Staff was flexible did a wonderful job caring for her.

The look, style, and feel is nothing like other senior/assisted living facilities. It feels more like a hotel or condo complex. It is fresh, well maintained and clean.The staff is consistently friendly and can respond to your needs. The stress of caregiving is well managed which keeps residents more content.

Every time I come to visit my brother I am amazed on how kind and friendly everyone is. I was telling my brother I would love to move here HAHA, maybe one day. This place is awesome.

My mom has been at Atria for 6 months and I’ve been extremely impressed. Mom has made many friends and is eating better. Two of the reasons we wanted her to move in. From the friendly receptionists [name removed] who always greet you with a smile to the attentive maintenance personnel who promptly address any concerns, the staff members go above and beyond and it helps me feel a sense of relief.

My father is living in this community. There is constant activates available. Everyone on staff knows the name of every resident and greets them. The place is very clean!

Excellent facility. Well staffed and excellent food and care. And way less expensive than the other nice places.

My loved one is currently a resident at Atria Park of Glen Ellyn and everything has been great for her so far. I visit a couple of times a week and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful. They offer many activities for the residents to participate in and enjoy. We have no complaints and my loved one is very happy there. She is also happy with the food, I have not eaten there so I cannot rate. I would recommend Atria Park of Glen Ellyn to others.

My mom has been a resident since [date removed] and I can honestly I can say it was the best decision we made! Her apartment is beautiful, the common areas are clean and easy to navigate. The entire staff is kind, friendly and professional. She is so engaged, participates in may activities and loves the musical entertainment. Definitely recommend.

I am very happy the staff always gives me my cigarettes when I ask for them.

I have made some really dear friends here, and that is all that matter to me now really.

I like the activities here, especially exercise.

Can't imagine spending my days anywhere else. Lots of activities and wonderful food and care.

I moved my stepmother into Atria Newport Beach after my father, her primary caregiver, passed away at the end of July. The overall facility is top notch, but It was a rough transition for her for a number of reasons. The staff at Atria continued to try and make her feel comfortable in her new home. In my opinion, it was a difficult situation and the staff went above and beyond in assisting my family.
