My mom is a resident at Atria Woodlands, and I am very happy with the care she has been receiving. The staff are friendly and accessible, and my mom has made new friends and feels secure and safe in her apartment.

The staff at Atria Plainview are wonderful!! Everyone is so kind, caring, & loving to our mom. The facility is so clean & beautifully decorated. Mom loves it here!

[name removed] was very helpful, informative, a pleasure to visit with. She is very knowledgeable. The residents & other employees we encountered were all very friendly. The sweet potato pie we left with was outstanding. kudo's to the chef.

The management and staff at Holiday Maplewood Place are all extremely professional and caring but also very friendly, considerate and kind. They make it a point to get to know the residents and their family at move in or even sooner. They make all feel welcomed and special from management to the front desk, dining room, housekeeping, aides and maintenance. The residents are also very friendly and kind. They welcome new residents and are there for assistance and support. What helped my mother was the "escort host" program where a resident escorts new residents to/from meals for 2 weeks. That experience really expedited her transition and feeling comfortable and like she was at "home." I would highly recommend the facility. Take a tour, meet the staff and see the facility and it will sell itself.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Atria in Cranford. My mom was a resident for over a year and the care and support provided was exceptional. The staff was attentive and compassionate. The Atria was well maintained and very clean providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The activities and programs fostered a sense of community among the residents. I recommend this facility to anyone seeking a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones.

We visited quite a few assisted living facilities with my mother in law this past fall. When she walked into Atria and saw how friendly the staff was and how cozy the apartments she liked it right away. We also have been happy with the staff, the food, the activities and the facility grounds. Very nice, homey and just the right size. More importantly though, my mother in law is happy there.

My mother came to Atria from another facility. From the moment of driving up to the building and walking in through the front doors was just an eye opening experience. We walked in looking for a tour, and left with my mom becoming a resident. [name removed] was amazing, so caring with our questions in regards to what our mothers needs would be. The tour of the facility gave us many visuals into the daily life of the residents and what we were witnessing was happiness. To see so many residents buzzing around, gathering and laughing in the foyer was so welcoming. With activities going on in different areas, staff members in and out of rooms or the elevator, the hair salon was bumping, music playing just lots of joyous activity. Now that my mom has been a resident for a solid couple of weeks, I will happily say that everything that was mentioned or offered in her care plan is what she is getting. No short cuts, no excuses, no wavering. If the care team says they are going to do it, they do it.

Atria Walnut Creek community gets 5's across the board. What has made it such a great experience so far is mostly the staff and just how welcoming everyone at the community is.

I'm a 79 yr old man that lost his wife 5 1/2 years ago living in Central Florida. My daughter, living in Raleigh, along with my brother, worked together to find a place I could live in and still enjoy my life. They looked at 9 different senior living facilities and decided on Atria Oakridge. I've been here for 4 1/2 years now and it is still the best decision they could have made. I enjoy it here, met new friends, had great food and would recommend Atria Oakridge to anyone looking for an Independent Living facility to spend the remainder of you life.

Atria Valley Manor is the perfect for our family member. The treatment from staff and atmosphere are wonderful for our loved one.

When my sister needed to move to Assisted Living I toured six facilities. When I walked into Atria Newport Beach it was like walking into a Four Seasons hotel. I thought this is a place that my sister will feel good about making her new home. But that is NOT the most important reason I have been so thrilled with Atria. It is the staff, the care & attention to detail. Getting a loved one to leave their home is a huge challenge, but my sister is SO MUCH HAPPIER since she move to Atria. Her life is so much better & she enjoys every day... the caring staff, beautiful apartment, great restaurant, endless quality activites and outings, the camaraderie with the other residents - living at Atria has given her a much better quality of life! And, I have peace of mind knowing she is safe, well cared for AND HAPPY! So when we had another sister that needed Assisted Living there was no question as to where she should be... we moved her from another state to be at Atria Newport Beach!

The cleanliness gets a 4 only because they had done construction on my mom's room before she moved in, and I am going to say the construction crew cleaned up. But, it appeared that the house keeping did not get it move in ready. There was stuff ;construction debris-small)left in the shower, the bathroom, the fridge was clean, the he freezer was nasty and had food in there and the top of the 3/4 fridge was not clean. Everything else, has been very nice and I feel clean. Activities rated a 4, however (on campus 5, off site trips, they said they can only hold 10 people and you have to be the first to sign up) I feel for a place that holds 155 of people, they should be able to accommodate more or go more often to Walmart or activities off campus)

I want to express my deep gratitude to the sales director, executive director, and welcome staff of Atria Oakridge. Back in July I gave them very little advance notice about bringing my mother for a tour on a Sunday afternoon. They were so accommodating and quickly arranged a great tour and meal with people who shared common interests with my mom. We spent an appropriate amount of time in different apartment models, had all of our questions answered, and we learned a lot. We were presented with many floor plans options that might have felt overwhelming, but the Sales Director listened to our needs and helped us narrow our search in a better way. When speaking privately with residents, we couldn't find anyone with criticisms about their overall experience. On our second visit, we met more staff and different residents. My mom has made her final decision and is looking forward to being a part of this community!

The staff is friendly and well informed regarding dad's meds, it's easy to reach staff if there are questions. The move in process was smooth. The meals appear good (haven't tried them) and the selection seems decent. We toured a number of facilities and this was at the top of out list for a few reasons; friendliness of the staff, condition/appearance of the facilities and location.

We have lived at Atria Bethlehem for six years. Everyone we met has been very friendly and helpful. The place caters to everyone's needs. Help is also very friendly. There is nothing negative about the community only positive. We thank everyone at Atria Bethlehem.

The facility is amazing! The staff take such good care of the residents and are always willing to help. Additionally, the facility is always clean and well maintained. I am so glad to be part of this community!

Very upbeat , warm and friendly home , where staff and people staying all Seemed secure and comfortable . Rooms are spacious and set up sensibly. Service and activities available on each floor with many options . Ability for transportation easy to book at facility adds flexibility . Thanks for making my mom willing to consider moving from home , first time she said ‘ this looks very fine for when I need it .” This visit was coordinated for me on short notice since I was visiting from out of state. She got it to work .

The activities are so much fun and each day I look forward to a new adventure . The residents are so friendly. I have lived here for five months and enjoyed every one and all. My husband and I try all the activities. I feel like a social butterfly at atria.

From the moment we walked into Atria in Rocklin, we felt comfortable, at ease and welcomed. In particular, our experience with the Sales Director was beyond our expectations. It was clear from the beginning the most important thing he wanted us to know was Atria’s number 1 goal was for residents and family to feel safe and surrounded with many opportunities to thrive. The staff at every level exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend Atria in Rocklin to anyone looking for a place to call home.

The staff are awesome, sweet to my Dad and family, make us all feel welcome. In addition, they are very patient and loving with the patients. I wish there were more activities for those in memory care to get out and about. I realize that would be a small group of people that are NOT as far on their dementia journey, but may be more manageable.
