A Place for Mom was so very helpful in finding a new place for my dad to live. It was easy to get started. I didn't have to do the leg work to find places and set up tours-Wonderful experience! I've already recommended your services to several people. Atria has been wonderful- dad seems happy there and he's saving money too.

My dealings were generally with the staff. What gave a 5 rating overall was the performance of [name removed], Resident Relations Director. She was outstanding. She cared; was concerned and took action. She made things happen. She performed her responsibilities very professionally. There were others who did their jobs well...she was outstanding!

Everyone is great and friendly. The staff really cares about me. I especially love the bistro. [name removed] who works in the bistro is amazing and creates an amazing atmosphere for everyone. The activities also keep me very busy.

Great amenities for the price. Staff are awesome. They are very friendly and caring. The facility is dated, but I believe there are plans for renovations. It is a nice size, not so big you feel lost, but small enough to get to know the residents.

Memory updated Here's a positive review for The Atria Stamford: I cannot say enough good things about The Atria Stamford. My 90-year-old dad moved in two months ago, and the care he has received has been exceptional. Initially, he was very reluctant and scared about the transition, but the staff has been so communicative and responsive, getting to know him on a personal level and helping him settle in. The change in him has been remarkable—his cognitive abilities, which had been declining since my mother passed a year ago, have stabilized, and he’s starting to show signs of his old self again. It’s been heartwarming to see. The front desk staff is equally wonderful, always personable and pleasant, and they keep me well-informed about my dad’s day-to-day experiences. It’s reassuring to know that he’s in a place where people genuinely care for him and are committed to making sure he’s comfortable, safe, and happy. I’m incredibly grateful to The Atria for everything they’ve done.

My mom needed respite care after a fall and surgery which landed her in a wheelchair for about 6 weeks. Her home isn’t wheelchair accessible. [name removed] was extremely helpful at helping us to get mom moved in 3 days later. The staff was welcoming and very helpful during the move- in process. She moved into a studio apartment with her own bathroom. Atria has a very warm and friendly environment. The property is clean, beautiful, and to walk around. There is large dining room that serves restaurant style meals, or dine-in room is an option. Lots of fun activities to join. Transportation to local stores. Amazing staff that are ready to help if or when you need it. Atria feels like one big extended family.

Last winter I stayed at Atria Woodbriar Park for 4 months as I recovered from ankle surgery. The staff and other residents made the experience so much better than I expected. Everyone was friendly and I received the help I needed. As someone used to living independently it was quite a change for me. The pool helped my rehab tremendously and it was such an accomplishment when I could get in and out on my own instead of being lifted in and out!

We moved my parents to Atria WoodBriar Park recently from another retirement community. The warm and welcoming atmosphere at Atria Woodbriar Park and the beautiful surroundings made our decision.   I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for their patience and guidance.  The staff was invaluable during the transition. My parents settled in right away. The sense of community and a wonderful engaging staff create a home-like environment, unlike other places we toured.  I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking.

My Aunt loves Atria in Kew Gardens memory care because is a clean place. She loves the food. She enjoys the activities of every day to help her with her condition and most of all the wellness department and the entire stuff is always very friendly and helpful to my Aunt and to me every time that I visit her. It gives me tranquillity knowing that my Aunt well care.

My mom was looking for an independent atmosphere where she could take care of herself, but be supported if needed. The staff at the Stamford Atria have been absolutely wonderful to my Mom and keep me informed when needed. My mom is more active now than she has been in many years. The apartment is perfect, clean, sunny and well maintained. The meals are plentiful with many options and choices at all meals, as well as a Café for lunches . The Atria also has all amenities on site, an on call doctor, beautician, library, card rooms, outside terrace, as well as they will drive my mom to any and all appointments locally. I can say enough nice things about the Atria Stamford.

My mother in law was so well cared for at Atria. We should have moved her in much sooner! Great location and community. The staff are so caring, always going out of their way to her her. I always have piece of mind.

Three years ago, I moved my brother to Atria Woodbriar Park. He had been in a nursing home for four years before that, handicapped by a stroke that had left him with severe aphasia and some physical problems. I wanted him to have a richer life than he had been experiencing in the nursing home, but I was afraid he might not fit in at an assisted living facility because of his communication problems and the frustration and moodiness this sometimes caused. However, my fears proved to be totally unfounded: the staff at Atria Woodbriar Park have been so warm and kind and attuned to my brother that I know he is in good hands. Everyone knows his name, his likes and dislikes, and how to get him to laugh. Staff go out of their way to find activities to engage him. He is always treated with respect. When I visit him, I am always welcomed by staff and administrators, and this gives me a very warm feeling for Atria Woodbriar Park. There is no place I would rather have my brother be.

My sister lives here and she is truly happy and engaged. I visit frequently and join her for lunch - the food is very good. The staff is attentive and the building is immaculate. Draper Place was a great choice for us.

[names removed] are GREAT people! So easy to work with. The relationship we’ve been able to build with Atria has surpassed what we could hope. Transitions for clients have been easy and stress-free . I love visiting them in their new homes.

Atria Park of St. Josephs is a very nice spot. My friend is very pleased. [name removed], the, sales director, was a tremendous help with all aspects of move in process.

Atria does a great job across the board and our family is so appreciative of the staff and services! Very friendly staff, welcoming to visitors, a lot of different kinds of interesting activities every day, good food, nice residents, beautiful area.

We are very happy with Atria Westchase. I would rate them a five in all categories. The Atria is always spotless. The nursing staff is responsive and very kind. The administration is professional and keeps me well informed. I am very pleased with the quality of care and the friendly atmosphere.

We have been very happy with the staff and the facility. The staff checks in with each person if they miss a meal. There are options for food delivery if someone is ill or unable to come to the dining room. Housekeeping comes weekly to clean her apartment. My mom feels safe and well cared for. The food options have been good. The only thing of real concern is the minimum 10% increase in the rent yearly. This is high for people on fixed incomes.

Moving my mom to Atria was a life-changing decision and they have my highest recommendation. The staff at Atria are compassionate, competent, caring and consummately professional. Although her time at Atria was short due to her failing health, my mom was given absolutely spectacular care. The administration is incredibly knowledgeable about the elder care system, hospice care and so much more. The helped navigate the process ethically and with compassion. Highly recommended.

The grounds were so beautiful and inviting. Staff I met on my tour of apartments were very friendly, easy to answer my questions. Liked the apartment I saw as very comfortable.
