Mom has assimilated easily into living there and established friends to share activities and off site trips (nails, shopping, etc) I would 100% recommend Atria Rancho Mirage to anyone looking.

The facility, staff, and administration have far exceeded my expectations. This was the best choice that I have made to take care of my mom who was always there for me and she deserves the best. My mom says this is like a 5 star hotel and I highly recommend this facility for any family’s loved one

Atria Carrollton shows that what residents really need is an environment with loving caretakers and interaction with others. It's more about the care, attention and activities, and less about the " Grand Hotel" like buildings you see elsewhere. Atria Carrollton is a very comfortable environment.

This place is beautiful. Took a tour led by the most helpful staff.The grounds are clean and organized.The rooms feel welcoming and are well equipped. We have been searching for a while for the right fit for us and this place checked all of our boxes. So happy to have found such a wonderful place for our family that is close by our house.

Atria is truly a loving and caring older for a loved one to live. The staff is attentive, patient, and communicative. They always go above and beyond, every time. They truly treat my loved one as if they were their cherished family member. I am forever grateful.

The man building, rooms and furniture are magnificent! Antiques, woodwork etc. The entire facility immaculate They are always cleaning. Everyone is pleasant. The rooms in the apartments big enough for two. (2) Dining room service and food better than mans private clubs.

They're always smiling, and very helpful. As far as the food goes, they could improve by maybe adding more sugar-free options for the food and the beverages.

[name removed] was an excellent spokesperson for the Atria Park at Great Neck. She was informative, compassionate and warm. She shared information that would help us make a comprehensive decision. Further discussion with the Family is needed before a final decision is reached!! This was a beautiful and clean facility…

My mom recently moved into [Senior Living Facility Name], and the entire process has been smooth and stress-free. From signing up to moving in, everything was easy to navigate. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome for newcomers. The residents are just as kind, which has made my mom feel right at home. One of the highlights has been the food—it's absolutely fantastic! The Independent apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Even though my mom has only been here for a week, she's already enjoying a full schedule of activities and outings. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she’s receiving. Highly recommend!

clean beautiful community, if you are looking for a place that has it all, Atria has it , friendly helpful staff and really good food and service beautiful walking paths that my brother loved so dearly.

[name removed] was wonderful and met with us twice. He knew his residents, was engaged with his staff, and answered all our questions. Atria is a manageable size for someone with memory impairment, yet feels spacious and welcoming. I really hope my friend ends up becoming a resident there; it is a good fit for someone looking to connect with community and be treated well by management.

Kinghaven is a well kept building. Staff are friendly and helpful. The residents seemed happy to be there and were talking to each other like the have the best relationship. They also told us it was the best place to be.

So far, very good. But we are only a few months in. We picked this community because of quality care, good value, and proximity all played a role.

I’m so glad I found this community. My mother lives here, from the caregivers to the management. They give my mom the best care. She is very happy. She has met many friends here at the community.

The people are kind and give good care. I enjoy the entertainment and the food. I love being close to my daughter.

Very happy here. Everyone is so nice. It feels like a big family. It feels like home.

I would honestly give a "5" rating for each of these areas. We remain very please with the level of care and overarching experience. We signed the lease in late [date removed] and moved our loved one into Atria in late [date removed]. We didn't anticipate her stay in assisted-living to be so short, but we ultimately moved her into memory care this past [date removed]. But even that transition was made manageable and palatable by the care of the staff. There's been a lot of turnover, in terms of the administration, at that location, but some of the key staff have held down the fort, so to speak. We are grateful for what they provide and feel just as confident that we made the right choice for our family.

So caring, kind and helpful! Exactly what anyone would desire for their new home. So many activities and conveniences to make my life easier plus with many new friends! Their slogan “A place for mom could not be so true”
