Atria

Both my mom and dad (who passed in 2016) have had the opportunity to live at the Atria on Roslyn Harbor (collectively 11 years)! Today, the facility continues to evolve as an exceptional and beautiful place for the elderly to continue to thrive and find safety and comfort in their daily lives.

Great facility !!!! my mother lives in memory care community, she is never been happier and I feel safe that she’s been taking care of. finally, I found a safe and a great place for her, I am very happy

So far an amazing experience with the atria community. Very friendly and professional environment. Was very impressed with the patience and dedication of the staff towards its residents. Having a loved one with dementia is already a hard task and knowing that there is a place that truly goes above and beyond to meet the needs of its residents is truly an amazing feeling.

I absolutely love it. Everything has worked out fine for me, there have been plenty of activities and I enjoy everything I’ve done here so far.they work well with my schedule, I’m glad that I’m here. Service at all levels is great, they really respond to you well.

I would say they are very kind and helpful at Sunnyvale. There's small enough that the personal touches make visiting Mom and her time there as happy as it can be. It's like a family and I appreciate that very much. I see Mom every other day and the staff all knows me by my name

Overall Atria is by far the only facility we toured that is bright, clean, spacious and well staffed. The community areas are clean and the cleaning staff for the rooms are good. The long term staff are especially caring and friendly. I not need extra services, but when I have needed some assistance they have been helpful. They provide transportation to critical appointments. There has been significant turnover in staff, and the quality fluctuates a bit but they try hard to serve the large groups. It is a very nice dining room. The in house activities are good. The outside activities/field trips are fewer than expected but they work on getting suggestions. There are committees you can join. The monthly fee is high compared to other places, but there were good incentives in the first year which helped.

Everyone at the Atria Stamford is very friendly. The staff knows everyone by name and they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy ! There is an abundance of activities from morning until evening to choose from. All of which are not only entertaining but give you the chance to socialize.

The day my niece and nephew shared their thoughts about Atria after their visit with me and another sister, we all knew we were fortunate to have their mom stay with you! The staff is amazing and caring and loving, not just to my sister but to all who live there! Also, to family members also. The care staff, in our situation [name removed] staff, are incredibly loving and caring to my sister and her family too. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to say a great big THANK YOU !

I visited with my mom to see her friend. The staff seem so nice, genuinely caring. The old feel of the building is very charming and cozy. There seems to be a lot to do from the calendar of events I saw. The residents look very happy and engaged with each other nicely. I really enjoyed my visit and talking with those that love there

The food is great, as well as the activities, the staff and the cleanliness.

I have found since I came here the people in charge are the best- they work so hard to please everyone! There are many things of interest to participate in, celebrations and volunteer opportunities. The food is excellent with many options. The location is great and I see my family very often.

Well run, nice people

The building is under renovation and it is coming out smashing! The location is spectacular! Everyone is active and it’s much better than living alone. Your needs are all taken care of and I’m happy.

Overall I love my room and it's a nice experience. The facility is nice.

I would tell others looking that once they get past the initial "salesperson" they should check to see how available admin staff is to answer routine and/or out of the ordinary questions. Atria is mostly okay, but it is sometimes hard to get an admin to respond.

I came to visit my mom on Friday and they were having an Oktoberfest happy hour and they also had Dancers all the residents seem to be having a good time. I really enjoy coming here. They always have good entertainment. The activity Director is great.

The Atria feels like home with friendly neighbors and staff. Pleasant grounds, no worries about upkeep or housekeeping, meals or transportation gives me leisure for the many activities available. I'm so happy I came and toured Atria as it's my new home and I love it!

The team at the Atria are amazing! My mother moved in and I felt like she moved into the Ritz Carlton with how the staff treated us every time we walked through the door. When you want to move there ask for [name removed]!

I love living at Atria Huntington. I feel safe in my home. My family love it too. The staff are very nice to me and work hard. I really enjoy the food, it is very good and there are always many options to choose from.

From the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, activities coordinators, nurse, med techs and care staff, we could not be happier with the care our Dad receives at Atria Valley View. It is such a clean, warm and inviting space with staff that truly cares about their residents, and it shows. We always receive a warm welcome from staff and feel our Dad is safe and well taken care of when we are not visiting. We are extremely grateful for the Atria Valley View staff who put our minds at ease when it comes to caring for our Dad. I would recommend this ALF over and over again!
