Atria

The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. This is a very nice place with nice decor and it is always clean. The food could be better though.

She is loving Atria Kennebunk. She wishes she had come here sooner. The staff there is very friendly. Of course it is expensive but we are happy with the facility. She is very happy here overall. I have no complaints.

So far so good. They seem to be enjoying it there. I think the care is pretty good. We were surprised to find that there was not a notary on site. The food has been good, I think it's been a good place. The staff has been wonderful. They don't just stick them in a wheelchair.

So far we are happy. There were a few little bumps in the beginning. I think they could improve on communication with the wellness department.They are very nice, and the marketing girl Ellie even brought me up lunch while I was helping unpack. It's nice, and I think they do a pretty good job.

Overall our experience with Atria Marland Place has been a good one. It's a nice looking community, and the staff is friendly and professional. I will say that the quality of some of the services isn't quite what we were hoping and didn't really live up to their marketing. The frequency and quality of the activities leave a little to be desired.

The community has been great. They are doing what they can, and they have worked well with us. Our loved one doesn't want to be there and is difficult. However they have lived up to all of our expectations, and seem to be a good place.

My mother has been at Atria for two months. The adjustment seems to be going well and overall I think the move has been a positive experience. Her apt is light, bright and perfect for her. She is not as pleased with the food as we had hoped she would be. One of the chefs spoke to some of the residents and suggested the Atria chain could select a better food supplier which he felt would improve the meals offered. Staff has been wonderful and hard working. There are a variety of programs and activities offered. The maintenance staff solves issues in a timely fashion. Residents and staff are very friendly and concerned. The PT and OT staff have helped her and she has been been pleased with their concern for her. We would recommend this facility to others and, in fact, we already have.

Bathrooms too small for wheelchair access/care. The dining area was so big it did not have the "family" 'feel I'd like. Good food, though!

They were very helpful and were very clear on what you get for your money and they were very kind to my mom. My mom is sick and they just called today to tell me what's wrong and they are prompt with their responses. It has been a good experience.

My Mother seems to enjoy it quite a bit. The staff treats her well, she enjoys the activities, and she says the food is good too. She really seems to enjoy interacting with the other residents too.

It's okay. The food is not what she anticipated it to be. She doesn't care for the activities as much, there isn't much variety. The people are pretty friendly. The facility is very nice. However they didn't have things ready when we came to move in, and that was disappointing.

Overall we've been pleased with how things have gone at Atria Bethlehem. It's a nice looking place, and the staff seem friendly and professional. We toured quite a few facilities in the area, and this one really stood out as being one of the nicer ones. One small complaint I have is that I don't feel they really followed through with the ambassador program they told us about. But otherwise we're very satisfied with our decision!

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. They're worth a look if you're looking into care in the area.

I am very pleased and have enjoyed living here. The staff is wonderful and it is a very clean environment. Everything has pleased me except the dining room. The food is excellent, but the atmosphere is not good. It is crowded and noisy, and it is too small. Sometimes it just takes too long to get your food. The problem is at dinner breakfast is fine (buffet style.)

My dad wants me to move in. He loves this place and tells everyone how he's never lonely anymore.

My uncle raves about the food. He goes out on trips everyday. Went to the casino last month.

I love the trivia and doing things when I want.

I think the facility is very clean. Their dining room is fantastic. I think the hours should be a little longer because my Mother likes to get up really early. The workers are very helpful. My Mom requested a cooking club and they are going to try and do that for her. I would like to see her have a little more freedom because my Mother is very independent, although I am glad that they are watching her.

I really enjoyed meeting Megan and felt very comfortable from the get-go with her. She was very informative and knows everyone in this community. It seemed like a very well run residence and very clean, it may be too big for my mother-in-law and I am not sure of the congested location in Great Neck although this residence is still being considered.
