She has had some problems initially, because they knock on her door and whether or not you answer, they just come in unannounced, so there is kind of a lack of privacy. The other issue is she is having a difficult time with the laundry situation. They take her good hangers and will just replace them with wire hangers. They took her white towel one time and it came back kind of grayish with streaks in it. Otherwise it is going pretty good.

My loved one was there for one month on respite care. For her, it was wonderful. The socialization was wonderful for her. She loved going to the movies. The location is great because it's near the city. The shuttle service was good. It was a positive experience for her. We were very happy with everything. The only thing that was missing was an exercise room. (Care Services are not applicable, my loved one is independent.)

I'm pleased with them so far. I don't have any major complaints. I have been impressed with Norma, the head nurse, she does a good job taking care of the residents. I think she is a little fastidious, but I really appreciate that. The grounds are lovely, and the landscaping is terrific, you can tell they put a lot of effort into that. They do a lot of activities, and a lot of special things like a forties night, and other fun themed evenings. They do a lot of things that they invite families to.

Staff were friendly and residents appeared to be happy. Many of the residents have pets and mom had a bad reaction with her allergies. There was no pet free area.

I asked my husband, who is living there, how he would rate it and he said he would have to give this place a ten out of ten. He really enjoys his stay. My only observation is that I wish there was a little more outdoor area for the residents to walk around in. I also thought there could be more attention to the food, making sure it was warm enough, etc.

Overall I think they do a good job at Atria Willow Park. The facility is well kept and clean, and all of the staff I have met seem friendly and professional. We are entirely satisfied with them!

Was disappointed. Memory care for only about 30. moving to second floor. Rooms are unfurnished, no shared rooms. Staffing is a little lean. Quite pricy.

The biggest thing where they can improve is the food. I have had lunch there with mom a couple of times and the food has not been good. The chicken is dry, it's all bland, etc. I have heard residents complain about it as well. They are doing some renovations that are taking much longer than expected and there have been a few inconveniences that has caused. Other than these areas I think the place is great. They are very friendly.

Overall I think things have gone well at Atria Lynbrook. The rooms and the facilities all seem very nice, and are well kept and clean. It took a bit of an adjustment period but my loved one seems to be settled in, and enjoying herself. She says the food is good! However, since she has moved in I've found the customer service to be a little lacking. Before she moved in they were constantly in touch with us offering all kinds of help. It feels like now that they've got our money there's no reason to stay in touch, nobody has reached out to us to see how things are going or anything like that. Also some of the services they said they could offer, such as help applying for VA benefits, are nowhere to be seen. It is a nice place, but don't let the attention they show you in the sales process fool you.

Overall Atria Willow Glen is a really friendly place. The meals are very good, and it is very comfortable. It has been a really good experience.

we didn't walk down to the 'assisted living' area of the community, but the feel of the independent living which is closest to the dining area was very inviting and busy with residents on Saturday afternoon. People chatting and enjoying the outside areas.

It's been okay. I don't really have complaints, at this point. I've had a couple of meals there, and it was okay, but I wasn't impressed. It's clean, and she does a lot of activities here. It was a little difficult in the beginning, communication was an issue but it has improved since then.

My mother is there at Atria Carmichael Oaks now and they are good. Her only complaint is with the food. Also, the wireless is not working right, but that's not a huge deal. The staff is really wonderful there, and the intake process was very good and well done.

I think they do a very good job overall at Atria Del Rey. It's a nice looking, clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone looking into senior care in the area.

The Facility was great, 4-6 Month waitlist

Our experience with Atria Draper Place has been a positive one so far. My loved one has not actually moved in to the facility on a permanent basis yet, but the staff here are very friendly, and they've been helpful throughout the whole transfer process.

So far, so good. The Atria Cranford is a very nice facility. I think they try to do the best that they can. The only downside is the cost. It is very expensive. I think they should lower the cost. The parking is fine. People are always telling me how good the food is. I would recommend the Atria Cranford to anyone. I can't rate the activities because I am not sure about that area. It is not applicable.

I think the activities could be alot better. I know the bulk of the population is older and he is bored to death, but I realize they have to base the activities. The food service and dining is excellent. Overall I think the place is terrific and it is run very well.

I find the Atria team to be capable, friendly, and responsive to the needs of its residents. I did find the onboarding process a bit lackluster. While I'm sure they do this all the time for new residents for many of their clients this is likely only the first or second time. I wanted more handholding, help, suggestions, best practices, what to expect, etc. I felt I only got the questions I asked answered, and not proactively letting me know what I should be doing to prepare for this big change.

For the time we were there, we enjoyed Atria Longmont and the staff was very nice.
