Atria

My sister is at Atria and so far she seems to be doing fine there. It has only been a few weeks, but so far Atria seems to be a good fit for her.

Atria San Juan was the best place available, from what I have seen the staffs interactions with the residents seems to be very friendly and inviting. Maureen and Kim both part of the staffing, were both very friendly and helpful.

He was very happy at Atria San Juan. It hard is hard to get in touch with the staff at times. The dining food and set up was nice. It is however a little tight for the mobility devices to get through. Even the hallways were tight. It baffles me on how a facility is built for seniors yet they didn't make it have enough room for those mobility devices. The outdoor areas are very nice. Overall it has been a good experience here.

Their demographic seemed like a better fit for my loved one. Due to location though, they were quite a bit more expensive than the Atria we ended up going with. If it hadn't been so expensive, this might have been a better fit.

The place is very nice, but they are understaffed like every place. Sometimes the meds are off schedule. The other residents living here, are the biggest issue, there isn't a lot of diversity, and they are not very friendly, cliquish, and exclusive. They sometimes won't let others join at their tables. She likes the food. We have met with the team and they are very good about meeting her needs.

We had a few hiccups at first but everything is going smoothly now. My father in law really enjoys it here. Any time we have a concern we let them know and they work it out promptly.

I think they do a good job overall at Atria on the Hudson, our experience with them has been a positive one. The staff here is very caring, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. They've got a lot to offer in terms of services and amenities as well. I do think that their food could be improved, however.

I am overall pleased with Mission Hills- Rancho Mirage. The activities seem well planned and they seem to be well liked. I haven't participated in them much so that is second hand information. I hate to give them a perfect rating because nothing is perfect. But I think they do a very good job at virtually everything. I am really happy with this facility and I am grizzly old jerk, so that says a lot coming from me.

At West 86, an Atria Residence I think the activities and the model for socialization are excellent. It is a great place for residents that are engaged. The location is excellent. The staff has been great. I wish it was more diverse economically and racially. My mom has loved her stay at this facility.

This place does not offer Independent Living. Looking for a facility that has Independent Living with transition to Assisted Living. .

Rose's dad was here and she said "overall good care" but I do not like high-rise or location.

I think everyone has been very helpful and welcoming at Atria Canyon Creek. My loved one has only been there for a couple weeks now, but she seems to be doing okay and she is enjoying her experience there.

I guess there were some improvements to the place, but that was a senior living area, and I only needed to be there because I was recuperating from a transplant operation, so I was not involved much with it.

Atria Sunnyvale was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very very expensive. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Atria Tamalpais Creek appears to be a very well organized It is a well run business. The staff really demonstrates caring for it's population. I am well pleased with this facility. It ranks a little higher than the previous facility that dad was at.

Very nice facility and staff. It is on the smaller size and offers unique aspects. There is plenty of common space. The rooms are not all the same. Lots of activities for the residents.

My sister visited and overall she said it was very impressive. The residents and their families that were there when she toured all were happy and enjoying themsleves. Lots of activities

It was a wonderful experience working with everyone at Atria El Camino Gardens. We were given a list of 6 different places and toured 4. Of those the two Atria facilities were in our top two. It just really fit with the service we needed and convenience. The staff was amazingly helpful getting us headed in the right direction. It made the whole process so easy. One main reason we picked this location was the program they had to helped new residents get adjusted and learn the ropes. However it didn't help mom as much as we thought it would. Mom was still having trouble getting around and knowing where everything was. It would help if residents who have been there longer could show the new ones around.

They have been very friendly to my mother and she is adapting well and she is developing friends there. I think the only problem may just be that they do not have enough on-site church services for my mother.
