I have no complaints of how things had went during my tour of this place. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. They had a nice presentation and different amenities where available for the residents throughout the day. It was just not the right fit for my father in the end decision.

I have recently taken a tour of this community for my father and I have no complaints of how things had went. It was actually one of my top choices out of all the different facilities I had looked at in this area. Everything was nicely maintained and they had a great staff selection.

Very nice place. Clean with many amenities. Looks like a distinct possibility.

The staff was very nice and were long term employees. The facility had been updated and was attractive, apartments were roomy with good storage, the grounds were lovely, and they meet with residents monthly to upgrade services and meet needs.

My loved one is having a hard time acclimating to her surroundings here at Atria Kew Gardens. It is not crowded and the residents seem to look content. The staff is friendly and caring. It is a clean environment and she has a very nice big room with her own bathroom. The staff members are trying very hard to work with us to make her more comfortable. They are very good about communicating with us about her care needs. There is always plenty of food and nourishment for the residents. There are activities for the residents, but sometimes I think that they could provide more activity to keep the more functioning ones in the memory care busy. There are nice yards for the residents to go and sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. We feel our loved one is very safe and secure here at Atria Kew Gardens.

We toured a few different communities but in the end, this one was the best. She is getting very good care here I am very pleased with the staff. They are very nice and helpful especially during my sister's transition here and helping me get her settled in. She is eating well so I am assuming she is liking the food. The location of the community is very convenient for me to get too.

This community has 2 different phases and my husband is in the memory phase. He is doing a lot better than he was previously. He is enjoying the food to the point where he has actually gained a little weight. The staff is wonderful very nice and accommodating. However, I think it would be more beneficial for someone to be in the common room when the residents are there to monitor them a little better. In the memory care unit, they don't offer a lot of activities however on the other sides there may be more activities that are offered. I must say I do find this place to be expensive but no more than any other larger community I looked at.

This is a very nice community, and the staff did a great job showing us around and answering all our questions. The grounds are beautiful, there's a nice patio and everything was clean. Price wise it compared to others that we looked at as well.

Atria Bethlehem was a well-kept nice community. The staff at the community seemed friendly and helpful. The person who came out to our house was a little too pushy for my mom. She did not present the community in a way that my mom felt comfortable.

This is a nice looking community with sitting areas outside. The people we met were nice. They seem to offer some nice amenities. This community would not accept our loved one at the time we visited.

Mom seems to be doing okay since she moved here. She is still trying to adjust but making progress. She tends to keep to herself so she is not joining any of the activities that the community offers. Most of the time she likes the food there are times that it could be better. The staff is friendly and kind very interactive with the residents. The community is always clean looks very good.

The experience was fine when my mom had her memory. Once she had the issue we had to move her to a different community. For the assisted care with no real problems they were great.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far things are going well for her. The staff have been friendly and I am comfortable with the care she has been receiving. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities they have to offer the residents. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

This community definitely has followed through with what they promised with the level of care being provided. When we placed my mom here she wasn't in the best health but since moving here her health has improved They are taking very good care of her and the staff is right on top of things when they notice a problem. The communication is very good between staff and family. The community is very clean and well maintained. We are very impressed on the whole community

My husband was impressed when he first looked at this community. They had fresh flowers in the common areas. The community is extremely clean and the grounds are well taken care of. They have snacks available all day and my mother in law loves the food. They offer generous portions and will bring the food to your apartment if needed. They help coordinate grocery deliveries within the complex. She is enjoying the activities including movie night.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and she is always saying how much she is loving it so far. The staff have been attentive to her needs and I am very comfortable with the care she has been receiving. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys the dinning experience with the other residents. I am pleased to see her getting involved in many of the different activities and the events they have going on throughout the week. Overall it has been the perfect fit and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

I have recently been staying at this community for a short respite stay and I have no complaints of how things are going. I have been improving each day from my surgery and am looking to return home shortly. I thought the staff have done a great job with meeting my needs and making sure I am comfortable. They do have a great activity program and i have had no problems with the meals they have been serving me three times a day.

I really thought my mom would have chosen this location than where she ended up but this was too far away from the family and where she still has a house. I thought this community would have been a good fit because they had so much to do she would have been busy all the time. The community was very clean really maintained well. The staff was nice very friendly everyone seemed to be happy .

I had a nice tour of this community, and everything went well. It was a community I was considering for my father, and his needs. The community looked nice, and clean. The staff I met was kind, and polite. The experience went well, but I did find a community that suited our needs better.
