I would recommend it. I am very happy with it. The community did a great job with COVID compared to other communities. This made me feel my loved one was safe. I sleep easy at night knowing my loved one is there.

Atria Kew is very expensive, but we like the location and the fact that it provides a Jewish atmosphere. It is in a nice neighborhood. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable of all residents, because some are very active and some need a lot of care. They have doctors on sight which is really nice. The rooms at this community are about moderate size. The food is pretty good, it is kosher which does present some limitations.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very nice. The biggest problem I've had is with billing. This is the only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5. I feel that they haven't been transparent with this. My mom is well taken care of at this community.

We chose Atria largely because of the location and the price. Also, my mother in law wanted to be able to go to church, and Atria has a bus that would bring the residents to the church down the street. The room sizes here are sufficient. She has a living room, bathroom, bedroom, and kitchenette. We have eaten here and the food to us was good. She likes the food. She has an aid that helps her read the menu. they serve fresher foods. When we read the reviews, we had heard the food wasn't as good so we were leary, but we pleasantly surprised. My favorite part about the community is the activities they provide as well as the care. The activity director is wonderful, she really cares about the residents. She likes to be busy so she really appreciates all the things to do. They have electric doors so she is able to go outside and get fresh air in her wheelchair which she would not be able to if she was at home. I would recommend this community.

We chose Atria Kew Gardens because we had to have a Kosher place for my mom, they fit the bill perfectly. The location also played a big part. The room sizes are adequate, we haven't had any issues with that. I have eaten here and for the most part the food is good. The residents are able to select what they want to eat and there is a good variety of fresh foods. I would recommend Atria. The care and caring of the staff has been wonderful. I am very impressed with how they have handled COVID issues. They tested everyone in the facility and everyone has tested negative. They managed well under the pressure of the pandemic.

At first initially this community was great, but after awhile we weren't getting our moneys worth. Every time they did anything extra the prices went up, and when the prices went up the services went down. We felt the staff was neglecting the residents at times. On the other hand the rooms were nice, but overall we would not recommend this to a family or friend.

We chose Atria because the feeling here. I talked to the residents and had lunch in the dining room and it felt very welcoming compared to the many other places that we toured. The room sizes were larger than average. My mom had more room here than the previous places she had lived. The food was really good, my mom liked it a lot and always commented on how good it was. They had a lot of variety. My favorite part about this community was the staff. I would recommend as long as you read the fine print.

Both of my parents are here. We chose this community because of the proximity to where I live, it is only 3 miles away from my residence. We also chose it because of the condition and upkeep of the common areas as well as the friendliness of the staff and residents when we were touring. The room sizes are comparable compared to some other places that we looked, they are spacious for an apartment. The quality of food was better pre-covid, but they do have some people working on the food based on residents feedback. I would recommend Atria North Point.

We chose this community because of the location. We also had friends who are residents. There has been poor communication from the staff, but it has gotten better after I have spoken to the general manager about this issue. My sister-in- law really likes her physical therapist there. She went from a 2 bedroom to a studio and she is comfortable with the room size. She has had no complaints about the food. Our favorite part of the facility is the location, hygiene and the cleanliness. For people in assisted living, it fits the bill.

It was a lovely place for my mom and my mom enjoyed it living there. I chose this community because after visiting other places, Atria was very complete with the information and practices they shared and the location was excellent for our family. The food was mostly adequate sometimes more special, but mealtime was not important to my mom. I would recommend this community to other families.

Viewed a prerecorded tour. Place looked beautiful and lots of activity (may have been recorded pre-covid) Lots of things to do. The prerecorded tour is great, because I can share it with my sister on the west coast who works full-time

The aides are mediocre except for private aides. The memory care is mediocre. The food is also mediocre. The residents and staff are very friendly. It is super clean. The apartments are very nice. It is a happy place to be.

The reason we chose this community was because it was smaller and cleaner then others we looked at. The price was comparable to others. The staff were friendly. It was the first one we visited and we visited five other places, but came back to this one. It was just a feeling we got that it fit my dad the best. i would highly recommend this community to other families.

I am enjoying the at home atmosphere. The people make you feel welcome. The management is very helpful at solving problems. The food is salty. Some of the food is not very desirable.

Going through the whole progress I would say that no matter what community you are at the advocacy is mandatory and key. The staff were inconsistent, some staff worked there tail off, some not so much. I can't express the importance of every person needing an advocate. Our experience overall was good. My love one got pretty good care. Working with the administration was a good experience. The clinical adviser on the floor was a super human being.

Very nice living solution. However, I have decided it is too far away for me, and I would prefer a location with 24/7 nursing availability. Additionally, even though a 2 bed/2 bath floorplan was available, the A/C units took up too much space in the already small bedrooms. It might be a great solution for others.

I never noticed any dirt or dust anywhere in the community. Initially, we had some issues with the orientation for my mother. Once we addressed that, the staff has improved. It does seem like there could be some improvement with coordination and communication of the residents' care. We did think the activities were quite good. We do think the price for Atria Park Of St. Josephs is pretty reasonable compared to other communities in the area.

i have been impressed with how safe it has been during COVID. I do think they try to meet the needs of the residents. The caregivers are kind and my mom hasn't had any complaints about them. The food is good and they offer a variety. We chose this community because its convenience to our family, it is smaller facility, and it was comparable as far as price

There is at times a lack of communication between our family and the care teams. The director is extremely transparent and communicates with us very well, especially throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. They clean the dinning room and living room after every meal and the hallways and common areas were always vacuumed. The grounds were also very well maintained. The activities director is great and she put on a lot of different activities to keep the residents entertained. One thing I wish they would do more of is offer to have the residents play cards, which my mother personally enjoys a lot. During the community lock down, the activities director has done very well with coordinating communication between us and our loved one. For the most part they have done well with my mother's care. The care is extremely expensive and we aren't sure how the care can be quite so expensive.

When my mother went into this community, she was very mobile and active. At the time when she left, she was less mobile and less active. Her experience here was great right up until she moved. They didn't allow any sort of assistance with ambulation, which was the reason she needed to move to a new community. The activities were great here, very engaging and intellectually stimulating. They had lectures about history and the opera and other things, movies in their theater, and even had entertainers come in and perform. As a mobile and active senior, this is a great community. The food here was also great.
