my mother has lived independently in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 1/2 years. We have hired additional care to help her with bathing, medicine, and other needs. This excellent care is provided by a separate onsite entity.

Clean

As a visiting nurse, the facility is always clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming us to take appropriate precautions during this pandemic.

We chose Atria at the time because my mom wanted a 2 bedroom and they had a better value for the money. It was also close to home. The 2 bedroom is very nice size for her, it is like 2 studios put together. I have eaten here and the food is something they could improve on. I would want others to know that it seems like you get more value for your money here, but it is an older facility. Overall, I would recommend it.

My patient enjoys being in the facility. The facility is organized and caregivers are nice overall.

Our loved one was there for two years, Atria has their own nursing staff, they have more care services to provide and more levels of care. The nursing staff at this community is very caring and are always there when you need them. The one thing we didn't like about Atria was the food and rent. The rent was sky high and the food was yucky. They could do a little bit better at cleaning the community. The staff members are excellent. The rent was way more then what it was worth. The activities were excellent! It is like a 1940's population with an upbeat attitude.

I moved to Atria from rehab after I had a fall in my house and broke my wrist and hip. My daughter got me here and I like this place, it's clean and quaint. The staff is hardworking but sometimes I can't understand the English of the caregivers. Everything is fine but the food is just warm and I understand it because of quarantine.

I am happy here. The staff are very nice, very helpful and pleasant. I have never been anywhere besides this place but I have nothing to change about this place. I also think [name removed] has done an excellent on in keeping us socialized. I enjoy my friends that live here as well.

I love my room. It has a good view. I like it here because it does not seem like a hotel. It feels like a big family home. I also like the aides and they have been here for a while too. I like going to group exercise with [name removed]. She is really good and always bringing things for me to do.

I'm satisfied here and I've been here for 7 years now. I love [name removed]! She is so wonderful and caring. She has been here as long as I have. I don't participate much in the activities I like to read in my room but I like that they bring things for me to read and do in my room.

This community offered a lot in terms of activities and it is a beautiful setting. There were some very nice people there, however our experience was right before COVID. Some activities they had were games every afternoon, on Fridays they had entertainment which was great, the meal service and food service was excellent.

After taking care of her for so long, I was worried about putting my mother into an assisted living facility. Her Alzheimer’s had gotten to be more than what we could handle but letting someone else take care of her was quite unnerving. She has been there for four months and is actually happy! The staff has been wonderful, especially having to be caretakers during Covid. Her medicine and diabetes management has been on point. She has even made a few friends while the facility has been on lockdown! We couldn’t be happier with her level of care. Thank you to the hard working staff for taking such great care of my mother. My family appreciates you!

I moved to Marland Place from another assisted living community. I’m much happier here. Aides are very friendly and helpful. [name removed] is always there for me.

My parent has had to transition after months of isolation due to the pandemic to the Life Guidance wing. I admire the nurses who support her in this time. I appreciate the cleaning & testing required due to COVID-19. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and well-lit. We love the bird sanctuary out the back window. With a sunny window, time flies watching the birds. The communication from the director has been clear and consistent. My siblings and I appreciate the caring attitude of everyone at Atria Fairhaven. Three years be foong strong!

I would tell people that the staff was very nice. It appeared to be a nice community. The room was very nice, and a private room. It was already set up for my loved one when she arrived.

The people that live and work here are really good people. Everyone is kind and helpful. I am grateful that we have been kept safe during Covid. I love my apartment - its full of light and is quite spacious. I am very happy here.

The help here is wonderful, the most caring and compassionate staff. They are always available to assist you in any way they can.

I am enjoying my time at Woodlands. The cleaning lady is very good and the Directors are top-notch. My apartment is very nice. I have not met a staff member that I don't like! The drivers are great too! I am enjoying the food and have made many new friends here at Woodlands. I would definitely recommend Woodlands to anyone!
