Our loved one recently complained that they did not give him enough food portions during meal time, but from our understanding that has now been fixed and he seems to be enjoying the meals.

I have not been able to get the full experience of the facility but from what I've seen I would recommend the community to others

We like the whole setup of the community, our loved one has a nice apartment and we feel she is much safer there. We are very pleased that they are starting to give the residents their first and second rounds of the vaccine.

The staff members there would be a five plus, they were wonderful. I was also very impressed with the other members there. The meals they served would be a five plus, and i was also impressed with the activities they offered. One negative is i did not like the living quarters they showed me, it could use a little updating.

We would have to say that our loved one thought her care takers were really good, and she also thought her room was very nice. She thought the food was better when you were able to eat in the dining room instead of having the food be delivered. When they opened back up the dining room, they started rotating the residents so they could eat their lunch, she was much happier eating it there. To us, this meant under normal circumstances she would of really enjoyed the food. We do think the care she received was quite good, and once she learned how to use her help button on her wrist the staff was very responsive to her.

We chose Atria Plainview because my mother liked it best here, she thought it was the most cozy. The room sizes vary, she is in a 1 bedroom apartment and it is beautiful. She is on the corner so she gets lots of natural light. One thing she does complain about is the food, she finds most of it inedible and does not eat it so we have been providing most of her meals. The staff has been excellent and they go out of their way to make residents feel like family. I would recommend the facility if you can afford it.

They worked very well with me to get my mom moved, They keep me up to date and communication is very good. And the staff knows me by name when I call. I would highly recommend this community to others.

There are lots of options of activities for the residents to choose from. Our biggest issue was that the community told us my loved one could be there through end of life. It turns out that they couldn't care for our loved one, and we had to move them to another a community.

The caretakers are fantastic and take extra good care of the residence. My mom is very happy there. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose this facility because of the staff members. We saw 3 different places but what we loved here was the staff members they are what really stuck out to us here. I do think we waited too long to place her because it was a hard adjustment. In her room there was a sliding door and it went out to a big patio and area where other residents garden and go outside which made it seem less institutional. There would sometimes be lag in terms of medication. I would recommend to others who are looking.

They have enforced protocols and been managing the covid protocols very well. The layout is fine, it is accommodating and we would recommend the Atria Glen Cove community to others.

The community is very pricey but you will feel comfortable about your loved one being there. We were very happy with the community. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff of the community can be unfriendly at times, they need to be more patient with the residence. The food is good and they offer a great variety. I would recommend this facility to others

We chose Atria Tamalpais Creek at the time because of the location and after we looked at it, we thought it was a nice facility and would be a good fit. The rooms sizes here are adequate and we have had no complaints about the food. I would recommend this community to others looking.

I think this facility was a fine place, very comfortable and quiet. They have transportation but it was 2 days a week and they had issues showing up when they were supposed to. The room sizes were very small, the food was not very good, and not much of a variety. I would recommend this facility to others.

Some activities they have are tyche, arts and crafts, and a lot of musical programs are a daily basis/ They also will take the residents out to different things like concerts in the park, shopping excursions, and to different museums. There is also a viewing room where they can watch TV, there are cooking classes and different historical presentations. This community is for someone who is more on the active side who needs just a little assistance. Our own problem we had was with their system and they way the priced changed depending on your loved ones level of care, and by how much medication they need. Depending on their care level they would require a live in aid which is just to expensive. However this community is beautiful.

This was a good place for your loved one. We weren't happy at the end due to the doctor not being able to diagnose our loved one with COVID. The staff didn't test my loved one for COVID. The staff would call us if they needed anything. The food was excellent, we were able to join our loved one to eat meals. This was prior to COVID. The room was spacious.

We chose Atria Del Sol Mission because of the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff members that we met. Our sister in law is one of the biggest rooms, it is huge. The food here is very good, they are chef prepared off a menu. The best part about this community is how clean it is. I would want others to know that they have had quite a bit of turnover in their staff members here, but overall I would recommend.

This community takes good care of its residents and I feel it's a good place to go. The rooms are very nice, the food was ok and the variety was so-so. I would definitely recommend the community to others
