Beautiful community. Too pricey for my father. Lots of happy seniors.

From what I could see the facility looked to be very nice. The staff were super accommodating in getting us in especially during the pandemic. They followed up well and kept in touch to see if our needs had changed at all.

A beautiful facility. You could throw a ball and say this is you home and you would say "I love it!"

We've had some good experiences, and one pretty bad one. Generally, the staff was very friendly. We actually had a lot of support from them in helping my loved one to go here. They came to our house and met with her, and explained their services. They were always super helpful, and they were very helpful getting her situated. They did their best considering the amount of care my loved one needed. They were very accommodating. Also they were helpful in letting my loved one pick her meals for a better diabetic diet. The biggest issue was when my loved one got Covid there and had to be hospitalized. There was one staff member who found my mother's behavior to be problematic. So their communication was bad at the end between the rehab facility, Atria, and myself. I wasn't notified soon enough that she wouldn't be allowed back to Atria.

We chose Atria Del Rey because of the convenient location to family and we just liked the feel of the facility when we walked in. We liked the staff and we had interaction with the residents and they seemed happy. They offered zoom visits and window visits during covid and they did text us with updates when needed. Others we have talked to who had family here have been happy so it has a good reputation in the community. I would recommend them.

The facility is beautiful, the people that live there apear happy and the staff is welcoming.

I've recommended a couple of people to Atria, and overall I'm very happy with them. Mostly it's because of the care staff. The girls on the floor who are taking care of my loved one are truly compassionate. They really care, and it shows. They try to keep the residents pretty busy with activities on the memory care side. The food is pretty bland. Sometimes there are things that are pretty good, but it tends to be kind of bland, cafeteria food. As far as value, I think they do a good job, but I just can't understand how it costs so much money. I would expect larger rooms and 24-hour care at that rate.

The care was intermittent. It's a very nice community and expensive each month. Overall a good experience. The communication was good, but sometimes it is intermittent. I would like to see elevators upgraded and quicker response from them.

The food is pretty bland here but that is probably due to all of the residents dietary restrictions and different taste. They also are not very vocal about the activities they have to offer, but the value for cost at this community is very good.

We chose Atria Woodbriar because they had the most amenities at the time, but we have not been able to use a lot of those due to covid. They have things like a pool, restaurants, etc. My wife is in memory care and they do not serve the same types of food that they serve in the others parts of the facility. I would recommend to others looking.

The process to get in was extremely helpful and easy. We moved in in the middle of Covid. I have been outside but not inside yet due to Covid. The few contacts I've had with people, they have been extremely helpful, both in person and on the phone. The wellness care person is very helpful and gives me reports on how my loved one is doing. I feel like being in assisted living has kept her out of the hospital. They are completely on top of looking out for things like chronic UTIs, and the benefit of that to me is tremendous. I do feel they're a bit more expensive than some other communities, but I know that she's healthy and well cared for here..

This is a decent place and this is for the right person. This is geared towards the residents well over 80. You have to find the right fit for your loved one. I believe the cost is quite high and they recently raised the prices. I would like to change the price for the care.

It is expensive, and it will get more expensive. We've already had a rent increase. But you probably aren't wanting to put your loved one in a cheap place. They have managed Covid extremely well. They keep a good eye on my loved one. My loved one likes the staff, and they seem to be very nice to her. They have an in-house doctor who seems to always be there if you choose to use him. I've toured the facility remotely, and it looks like a really nicely managed facility. What I wish they had was a bit more support for financial aid scenarios that seniors need to navigate in paying for their care. And their payment website could be a whole lot better. In general, we're happy our loved one is here. We don't feel like she would still be with us if she wasn't.

My step-father has had no complaints so far. I have had very little interaction with the staff or facility because of covid since we cannot go inside, but overall they have seemed to be friendly and helpful. I have been appreciative that they have been very conscientious of the covid situation, they tested everyone every week and they have access to the vaccines. They put out a newsletter to residents and he forwards them to me, so they keep everyone well informed. I would tell others that everyone has to find a place that works for them, but based on our experience, I would recommend them.

We chose Atria Marina Place because I looked online and it got good reviews and it was in a familiar location. We were able to go inside due to the care he needed, but they were also good with communication. I do think they need more help and evaluate the visitors because a lot of times you have to wait. Overall, I would recommend them to others families looking.

The community is very clean and the staff members are all very friendly. Due to the covid restrictions the activities are pretty limited, but I do think the value for cost is pretty reasonable.

We chose Atria Park of Vintage Hills because of the value for the money and the rooms we were looking at were spacious and had more types of the amenities he was looking for as well. They have been good with communication, they have an app, they send out emails, and have newsletters. The food was a lower score because of the meals being delivered and I think having the foods packaged made the quality seem not so great. They also did not seem to have a lot of variety, but I know that covid impacted this some. My dad had high blood pressure and needed a lower sodium diet, and they were willing to try to work with him on that, but that did not end up working out. The staff members who worked in the building where my dad was were extremely friendly and helpful. They did have some issues with keeping cleaning staff so he was paying for cleaning services that were not being used. When the vaccine first came out, they responded to that very quickly and communicated to residents that they were getting it as quickly as they can. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

They have both independent and assisted living but they are in the same building. Because they are in the same building its not as independent as most independent living. I would recommend this community for assisted living.

We chose Atria Covell Gardens because the cost compared to others was more affordable and they were also just super receptive and helpful. They have been pretty good with communication and are receptive to texting as well which is nice. They have been very attentive from what I can tell, it is hard because we have not been actually able to go inside the facility. Overall it has been a good experience so far and I would recommend
