I would tell others location, location, location. Move in, however, select your apartment very carefully. The inside of the apartments are all the same; however the outside will vary by view and the size of the patio. If you like the outdoors, select the apartment carefully, and your view. There aren't a lot of activities that are on the younger side of life. The activities don't have a lot of variety and this may change after the pandemic. The food is very good and very monotonous . Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, low salt and sugar. There are a lot of residents that complain about the food. It would be nice to have variety of the food and this would help the residents with the food. The grounds are beautiful. They have a koi pond. There are mature rose bushes, trees, and the gardening is well attended to. It is a pleasant place to wonder around. If you like a beautiful garden this is the place to come. If you want to grow your own garden, there is one on site. On the downside about half the people in independent living have either full time care takers, or have some type of memory care concerns. I would have expected it to be a different level of independent living here. My review is based on my less than 6 months experience.

The food is good and presented in a very nice way. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are so many things happening during the day so people can stay busy or not. As they please. My favorite activity is the creek walk every day.

My virtual tour here was good. I was really surprised at how nice a facility it was, from what I could see. The lady who led the tour was very nice. Keep in mind, this is a sales person, and I know that. When we got to the place where we were deciding if we were going to keep our loved one home as long as we could, vs. moving her to a facility, Covid was pretty rampant. We just felt she was safer at home. And our other concern with placing her was definitely the cost. But the tour gave me a good feel for the facility. Between taking me on the virtual tour, showing me all the stuff she had to show me, and going over what they were capable of taking care of, it was very informative. And I got to see all of it without having to arrange for a trip there in person.

They are really short staffed at this moment in time. My loved one complains constantly about the food. I would tell others that besides being short staffed and them having training issues. It is a lovely and wonderful place. I'm happy that my loved ones are here.

It would be an excellent choice for most people, provided that you would like the setting. It's in a sea-side community that's kind of isolated, even though it's close to town. The accommodations, the rooms, are unbelievably good. It's spacious, bright, modern, well-equipped, and well-designed. I've never seen anything like it. That's it's big selling point for me. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and very competent. They're just somewhat understaffed. For example, sometimes we wait 30 minutes for meals to be served, and the maintenance person doubles in the kitchen sometimes. Nothing huge. For the most part, they're very capable and very helpful. I find the food to be excellent quality, just lacking in variety sometimes.

The staff is great and the community is very neat and clean. The communication is not good at communicating price increased and level of care price increases. The staff is very professional and the community is very clean and neat.

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was good. They took us into the community and let us look around. Unfortunately they did not have the level of care our loved one needed. Also our loved one is in a wheelchair and while it was wheelchair accessible there were still stairs on upper flowers that were concerning to us, in case something malfunctioned with her wheelchair.

We chose Artia Bell Court Gardens because my mom really liked the facility itself and they seemed friendly and it had everything she was looking for to do in the area. The apartment sizes are really good. It is one of the older buildings in Tuscon, so it has a lot of character to it. I would recommend to others who are looking.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The apartments are wonderful and spacious. The staff are very friendly to work with and towards the residents. My loved one is stating there isn't a lot of variety and the food taste is bland.

We chose Atria Marland Place because of the price, it is a bigger facility so you do not feel confined, and it was also very clean and they do all the laundry for the residents. They have different room layouts and sizes but they seem to be good size. We are very happy with Atria, we go and visit once a week. The everyday staff members seem to know all of the residents by name and if someone looks like they need help they stop what they are doing to help different people. They are very nice and always answer any questions or concerns that we have. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Atria at the time because they presented themselves very well, it was clean and they were consciousnesses. It is a very nice place as long as you can be mobile. If you cannot be mobile, it is not a good fit. It is assisted living and they do not give a lot of assistance, but they are consciousness of care. The wellness staff was very friendly and they were good with communication.

The community has no dietary restriction menu options and they are very inconstant. The staff is trying. Communication between the Management and our family is good but the medical staff isn't as good with communication as we like. The community is very neat and clean and they offer good value for the money. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

My friend and I really liked Atria of La Jolla. It ha many of the amenities I am looking for in a place to live. The only reason it isn't a 5 star is because of the lack of transportation for local errands. I have been assured that those will return once the Covid crisis is over. We had lunch and the food was good and their printed menu showed many choices to choose from. Prices seem re4asonable. I loved the swimming pool/Jacuzzi.

We chose Atria Cranford because my mother needed more care and the location was good for me. It is a bright and cheery environment. They have been good with communication and keep us updated with newsletters. My mom has complained about the food, she said it is hit or miss depending on the day. I do think staff is usually very helpful, sometimes I have trouble with communication so they could use a little improvement there. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

With the passing of my spouse, I sold my house ,and moved to an apartment.After two weeks it was apparent that I had few culinary skills,and meals were a hassle...After searchhing for an alternative,I was told to look into senior independent living.I checked out a few,and they seemed nice,but when I arrived at the Atria Campana Del Rio it seemed like I was checking into a five star resort.The archetecture and landscaping were beautiful. The inside is what counts though,and I have not been disappointed.It starts with the staff,who are helpful and friendly,and are bent on making your stay as happy and carefree as possible.This includes three meals per day,weekly cleaning of the apartment,laundry facilities,and a well stocked library . It seams as though we are all part of the same team ,and are ready to help each other out.Activities have been hindered by the lockdown..I have been a resident here for the past seven months,and I certainly have made the right choice.

We chose Atria Newport Plaza because of the cost as well as it was in a great location for family to visit. The staff members are very good with communication and keeping families informed. I would recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community. Go check it out! The community is on a hill and has a view. The unit my loved ones have has a lot of light that comes into their apartment in their living room. The physical therapy was a bit difficult to get started due to a problem with them working with insurance. The staff has been very helpful. It would be nice for the community to also offer an assisted living area.

The visitations are still pretty limited with all the restrictions, but we are able to look through the windows and the community looks to be very clean. The staff members are all very friendly. Our loved one has told us the meals they serve is just okay, but we do know the activities are getting better. The value is okay it is pretty reasonable.

We toured this community and the staff was very nice and the tour was great. The location and layout of the community just didnt fit our needs.

Atria on the Hudson was a very lovely place. We ended up choosing a different community because the apartments there were a little bit bigger, and it was really close to my house. We didn't experience anything negative at Atria on the Hudson. We just had a stronger preference for another place. Sometimes you just go with your gut. But I would definitely tell people to come check them out!
