My personal experience here at Atria is that I find the staff, from housekeeping, laundry. activities, transportation, waiters and executives all contribute to my happiness. These are, indeed, my golden years_________

This was my first experience looking for a “final resting place.” Now, I’m not talking about dying here - quite the contrary. I’ve lived in many homes through my life - just looking for an apartment in a vibrant retirement community. I’m was impressed with Atria and with my guide for the day.

My experience at Atria has been wonderful. The staff is great and I am enjoying the camaraderie with my peers.

Others have noted how nice this community is, and I agree with everything they’ve said. I would like to add that my grandparents and I thank them for their honesty. We asked a lot of questions about care, meals, outings, and most importantly pricing. As my grandparents caregiver, honesty goes a long way when trying to find a comfortable and safe home for them. [name removed] is truly a treasure and knowledgeable beyond belief.

Leaving this review to share about the pleasant surprise. My husband and I came in for dinner with our friend, P. Was so impressed with everything. Parking looked like it was going to be a challenge, but there was a VALET. Took a quick tour before dinner and this place is like a HOTEL not assisted living. All the staff were so very nice and helpful. Had a lemon martini at the bar, yum! The food was amazing!!!! Server was so funny, we had a good time. Told P how lucky he is and to PLEASE invite us back again.

I wanted to leave a review to say how much I enjoyed my dinner and whole experience at Atria Newport. I was out visiting my friend who's dad is a resident and they suggested dinner here. I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm so glad we ate there. Valet parking was a nice touch! Was like walking into a nice hotel. The restaurant & bar overlooks Newport Boulevard for a good view. The staff were all friendly and our waiter had us laughing while we ordered our drinks. Food was excellent: my steak was cooked perfect. Definitely will come back when I'm out in CA again!

My mother-in-law is a resident at Atria Cranford. This year she changed rooms. It was found that there were issues there causing us great difficulty getting some of the devices working in her previous room. The Maintenance Director and Executive Director came up with a custom solution to allow us to get the devices reliably working. I commend the Maintenance Director who learned everything about the devices. He went above and beyond his job role worked with support to diagnose, setup, configure and restore the services she counts on. The Executive Director and Maintenance Director offered to be contacts should we experience new issues. Their care and compassion for my mother-in-law really impressed us. They eased her frustration with the matter, communicated with her in simple terms and helped her understand what steps were being taken to solve the issue. We feel good knowing Atria staff will work with care and compassion to provide aid whenever an issue may arise with its residents.

This is a modern and luxurious facility. It's in a great location, near a park and the water. The staff is kind and attentive. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Overall it has been a pretty positive experience. The staff have all been overwhelming friendly. It just seems to be a solid place to have people take car of you family members.

Good onboarding process and first few days. Overall staff positive and informed. Front desk reception reasonable but could have better energy level - not a negative overall though Overall a postive initial experience

It was a very nice community, but was more money. The set-up was more than, what my loved one could handle at the time.

I toured and liked this community very much. Everything from beautiful place and rooms, to super kind staff, to AMAZING food, to quality events makes me look forward to moving my sweet Dad here. Unfortunately, he has dementia and needs special housing so he gets the help and reminders. Leaders and staff at this Atria were so kind and friendly. I have asked to be on the wait list for the Memory Care.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the individual that was giving the tour was really nice and the tour experience was really nice. They have a beautiful exercise room and another room the families can rent out to visit and eat there which was very nice. However their backyard area is not really usable, but the front rooms can overlook the river which is beautiful and the rooms themselves are very nice.

We found a wonderful place for our mom, who lived in independent living, in her own little studio from when she was 90 to 97. What attracted her to Atria were the grounds and the individual buildings rather than a hotel type arrangement. She loved the koi pond, trees, well-maintained green spaces and the flower beds. She found the employees very kind and helpful, and so did I!

Everyone in this community genuinely cares about my well being. I couldn’t have picked a warmer and caring new home. This place has taken me in like family and to me, they feel like family. The staff are very hardworking and are always trying to help as much as they can.

Everyone has been very nice to me and I have found my core group of friends in this place. I’m happy that I get to see my friends here who have been introduced to me the first day I got here. The staff made sure I made lots of friends and I am happy!

The building and grounds are well kept. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Atria Westchase to others.

I think the biggest negative we have is was they are supposed to wash the clothing Tuesdays and Thursdays and that is not always happening. Sometimes she walks around with other peoples clothing. Aside from that it has been a pretty good experience. All of the staff are very polite and the facility is clean. Most of the aids are good. I would recommend Village Walk to anybody else looking.

Atria was our second choice. Because of my mother's animal needs we choose another community.
