My loved one really seems to enjoy her stay here. The staff were all very very friendly, and they kept the building looking nice and clean. I also heard from him that the food was very good! I can't really think of any specific way that they could improve, they're very good overall!

Does not feel like a nursing home or retirement home, very clean, great natural light. The staff is also very friendly and they seem authentic. Like all homes, it is not cheap, and you do feel nickle and dimed but really happy my mother is there.

My mother has been residing at the Atria Briarcliff since October of 2014. Compared to the last facility she was in, the Atria Briarcliff is so much better and the staff is extremely professional and caring. She had to be hospitalized over the weekend, and we were out of town when the situation started to unfold. First, the Wellness Staff called us immediately each time she fell, and also checked on her on an hourly basis to closely monitor her situation. They called us first at our home number, and when they didn't reach us, they called us on our cell phone, until we made contact. Secondly, when it got to the critical point where they felt she needed to go to the emergency room, they let us know that her condition has deteriorated to the point where she needed to see a doctor. At her last facility, we were never informed about her condition until she was already en route to the emergency room. This communication is key to our peace of mind that she is in the hands of professionals and we will be apprised of real time events and will also be able to take part in her health care decisions as they are unfolding. We rushed home from our trip to be with her in the emergency room, where we could give her the emotional support she needed while also helping the doctor figure out the best treatment options for her particular needs. Bottom line: at the Atria Briarcliff, we fell confident that our Mom will get immediate attention in a health care emergency situation, which is the primarily why she needs to be in Assisted Living in the first place. This peace of mind means a lot to us, and we have the highest praise for the competent and professional staff who are looking our for her welfare!

My one bedroom Apartment was way too too small for me I felt claustrophobic. Every thing else about Atria Crossroads was excellent.

Very caring and supportive environment. And good food. My mom is starting to have fun again.

I was impressed by how welcoming and pleasant everyone is. I like it here very much.

My mom moved in on Feb 7th. So far everything is great.

I helped my Aunt recently move into this property after checking out other properties in the area. She has only been there for a couple of weeks but she really likes their restaurant style food service and the fact she can find snacks 24/7 in their cute little Bistro. The food choices and quality are much better than where she was before. The property offers wonderful little alcove spaces with fireplaces and comfortable seating. They have a full activity schedule, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and offers a very comfortable and welcoming environment. Overall, a really great value and I believe my Aunt will be very happy here!

My mother has vascular dementia. She moved into Atria in December 2014. So far our experience with the facility has been excellent. It's not cheap (!) but no place is, and the peace of mind is priceless. Everyone is so kind and genuine; residents are treated with respect and dignity. We are looking forward to spring, and the chance to enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces. Anxiety is a big problem with dementia, and I feel like the staff do all they can to make my mom feel calm and safe. I reviewed 8 or 9 different places and am very happy with the choice of Atria Briarcliff.

They have been really good at proactively alerting us any time there are any issues with my grandmother. From the time I walked in they were super friendly, and they have been very willing to accommodate our needs and requests. One thing I do feel they could improve would be the activities. Grandmother does pretty much the same thing every day, and it would be good to have more variety. Overall we are really pleased with Atria Golden Creek.

Overall our experience with Atria Seville was very positive. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't really like about Atria Seville is that they seemed very high pressured throughout the sales and setup process.

We really liked Atria. It was the best thing we were ever able to do for her. It was difficult to find a place that could live up to what Atria was, once they were no longer able to care for her. It was clean and the staff was friendly, and they kept her as active as possible. It was great!

We are very happy. It's a very clean place, and the staff is pretty friendly. She is actually pretty happy there. She could use a little more activity for what they do on a daily basis, they have a lot but maybe just a little more variety in the daily activities, just a suggestion, not a complaint. My mother is very comfortable there, and everyone there has been absolutely terrific.

They were excellent here. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I think they did a good job, no complaints here. The only reason we moved was because of the distance, it got to be too much to come as often as she needed me to.

Initial visit was excellent with the only negative was the parking. Everyone from the front desk to the director was exceptional. Beth Hertz was my main contact who guided me along the way. Always helpful and did a tremendous job of following up on all of the details - Beth is incredible. The very first full day at the Atria, my Mom was meeting new people and made her first xmas decoration. Change is not easy for an 87 year old person but the staff at the Atria seemingly has made it easy for her. I would highly recommend the Atria to anyone who wants the best for their loved ones and at a reasonable cost.

Can't say enough great things about Atria Lincoln Place from the facility itself to every member of their staff. They have been a blessing to my father and my family!

Overall they have been extremely caring and sensitive and very efficient in helping us get my father in law settled in while making a huge transition from France to here. The only difficulty is that they are in the midst of a transformation and there are some growing pains with the remodeling and so forth. But the staff, especially the dementia unit, are just exceptional quality of care and service. My Father in law has had a very visibly positive response which has surprised and impressed us. They care so much about making the residents feel at home.

Atria in Cranford, NJ is a place that cares about the residents, & focuses on meeting their needs. Music abounds, exercise, bingo, billiards & more! The executives run Atria with sensitivity & caring & go out of their way to help the residents adjust & thrive. Drs. come to Atria, & this assists the residents in getting the medical care they need & often have a hard time accessing. The residents can learn to use the computer, & a pastor comes to share the Bible with anyone interested. Various clubs develop to encourage the residents to share their interests with like-minded people, & transportation is provided for off sight shopping opportunities, etc. It has been a joy to see my loved ones adjusting so well to assisted living.!

So far they are doing really well. She says the people are all very nice, and she enjoys them. They have been very helpful. She is very happy with 99% of the staff, I think there has only been maybe one person she didn't really click with. Getting adjusted is really the biggest thing for us. It's very clean, and they are taking good care of her. We are very happy with it.

Moving Mom to memory care was a very emotional experience given that she adamantly refused to go. We chose Atria because she had indicated if ever she had to go, that is where she wanted to go. We mede the decision that the time had come, told her and then moved her. The first few weeks were tough. There were lots of tears. But after that Mom adjusted and now loves her apartment (it is really a studio) at Atria, participates in the activities and is well loved by the staff. Recently I spent a day with Mom attending all of her activities with her and I came away feeling that we, her children, absolutely made the right decision, and that Atria Hacienda was the right place for her. The care givers are incredibly warm and loving, and I was told more than once, "We love your Mom." Recently Mom fell. She called me to tell me, and shortly afterwards one of the attendants, Maria, called me to tell me, as it the protocol. I had met Maria during my day at Atria and so it was like talking to a friend. Mom seems more relaxed and alert now that she is not alone in the house worrying that her kids are going to 'put me in an old folks home.' This is not the 'old folks home' that Mom feared. It is a warm environment, with caring attendants who keep Mom engaged and serve her food that she enjoys eating. My only regret is that we didn't move Mom sooner.
