Atria

The staff at the Atria are very personable and greeted my mother and I. We pulled into the Atria and immediately agreed that this appeared like a great community. We were RIGHT!!!!

The staff here is wonderful and they take excellent care of the residents. The facility itself is nice, clean and well maintained. The residents here seem content and happy. Overall we have had a good experience here.

All of the staff members at the Atria Palm Desert were very nice and very friendly. The only issue we had with them was that they were not really equipped to handle the level of care that my loved one needed.

I would like to say without the tremendous assistance given to us by Ed at A Place for Mom, not to mention the wonderful staff at Atria Las Posas, Jane, Angela, Colleen, the dining staff (who reads the menu to mom) and Jeri the bus driver just to name a few this review would not be possible. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to make the difficult decision to relocate our 85 year old mother quickly. We told Ed what our monthly budget was and Ed got right on the task at hand. He arranged tours of all the appropriate facilities in our town and kept in contact with us the whole time. The staff and well appointed studio apartment at Atria Las Posas was the perfect fit for mom. The anticipated stress and strain in relocating mom became non-existent. Though mom has early onset dementia and advanced macular degeneration she is thriving wonderfully and is finally receiving the best of care. She is never in her apartment as there are so many activities to attend. Before she arrived at Atria, mom was a shell of herself but I can now happily say "Life" was put back into her. I know I speak for my family when I say we cant thank A Place for Mom and Atria Las Posas for their professionalism, guidance and support in this transition.

Atria Kew Gardens is a warm and friendly place for a loved one to live. They have a variety of activities to ensure residents feel alive and vibrant.

I have found the staff friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful with excellent furnishing in the common areas. The restaurant is very comfortable and the food is excellent. If you don't like the choices for that day there are items that are served on order. The residents at Atria look genuinely happy to be there and have welcomed my mother with open arms. Now for a side note: Hopefully this will be fixed quickly but it has been since New Years Eve that the Television system has been down. Unfortunately this was really poor planning on someones part. Especially this time of year when the weather is poor TV may be some peoples cherished entertainment. It is now the 8th and my mother still does not have cable.

Atria Golden Creek is a beautiful facility with friendly, caring staff and excellent amenities and services. The community offers seniors an elegant lifestyle and the level of security and safety provides family members with true peace of mind.

My mother in law has been here for about six weeks, she doesn't complain about the food, nor staff. We are really happy with everything here and things are great. The place is clean and the up keep of the facility is spot on.

Things are going pretty good. One of the things we are worried about is money. This facility is great and everything, but we are worried about the fact that they don't take Medicaid. In the future, we may have to find a facility that does.

We have loved our experience at Atria at Marina Place - and my mother absolutely loves it. She is using the respite furniture until her furniture is delivered - and it has worked out well.

At Atria Great Neck I really like the dining room and the dining menu. I like the friendliness of the staff in the dining room and health center. My criticism is the welcoming was not very personal. They didn't check on him enough and get him involved in the activities in the beginning. Otherwise it's a nice facility.

Atria Vintage Hills is nice. It is a good place. It is expensive there. I think they could do more with the money they have. It is the most expensive place I looked into but it was closest to my house. I like that the people that are working there really seem to be there for a reason. They are really nice to their residents. I think their food is good. My mother doesn't like it but she doesn't like anything. One thing I really disagree with is they lock the door at 7:30 pm. So if we take her out to dinner we have to wait for someone to let us in. I think they should have somebody at the front desk all the time. I am very pleased with how friendly the staff is. They are stretched a little thin but when come they are helpful.

The staff made the adjustment of moving into a retirement community easier. They are very compassionate and helpful and answered all of our questions. This is a nice, clean facility, the activities are fun and appropriate and the food is decent.

I'm quite pleased with Atria Valley Manor. I have no complaints. The activities seem really good. I wish she would participate in them more because I think she would really like them. Overall I am just very pleased with the experience here.

We were very pleased to find Atria Collwood when it became necessary to move mom to a more affordable assisted living facility. The staff, premises, food, private rooms & the activities offered at Atria Collwood are all top notch & everyone is very friendly. It's really a lovely place & we feel fortunate that mom was able to move in. We wished we'd known about Atria Collwood sooner!

She has just been there for about a month now and the first month was very good. The housekeeping seems to slip a little bit, but I think it's resolved now, but that's the only thing that has kept it down. The care is tremendous. I am not dissatisfied at all. The people are very congenial. Everyone talks to her and says hi and makes her feel welcomed.

We had so many wonderful options to look at. This was a really nice place. I liked that they had three meals a day, and the rooms were all so lovely.

The whole experience was very nice with Atria Hacienda. They were very accommodating towards us and the staff members helped us in during the move-in transition for my loved one. We have no complaints about them.

I was immediately impressed with this place. Starting with fresh flowers when you walk in and the comfortable and clean patio chairs in front. The seniors all seemed to be having a good time and genuinely happy to be there. The staff was what sold me on this place, with their sincere desire to help my dad whether we chose them or not. It's definitely a little pricey but the peace of mind is worth it.

Every last person is so friendly, but also professional! They give you privacy, but check on you, to see if something is wrong. It is truly wonderful here. And the food is good.
