The people here are great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and it just like one large family. Keep very busy with all the good activities and love the concerts we have. Overall I think we are in the best senior living place in Raleigh.

This is a nice community and everybody is very nice and friendly. They keep the community very clean.everything looks nice and very neat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are many activities offered for the residents. The food is good, they do sever well balanced meals. Her apartment is very nice looking. This is a good community and I would recommend it.

My mother in law has not made the transition to Atria Westchase easy as she would have liked to say with us longer. I know we made the right decision as she is getting better care than we could give her. The community is very clean and well maintained. The staff we met when we first looked at this community have been there for many years and this speaks highly of the management and how the employees are treated. The staff have been very attentive and keep us updated about her care. I did have a chance to try to food and it was good.

Very nice place but the corporate office is difficult to work with. The first month they overcharged double even though I pointed out the error in enough time to adjust the invoice. Corporate office deducted the over charge amount from the bank and then it took a week and many telephone calls for them to return the monies. I would suggest not taking advantage of the bank draft option. I learned my lesson and canceled the bank draft option. Very clean and wonderful staff on site. They really care about the residents.

I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly. The rooms, hallways and eating areas are cheerful and clean. Maintenance folks have helped my dad set up his TV and computer and make sure he can see the Angels baseball games. My mom (who really isn't aware exactly where she is most of the time) seems comfortable and at ease.

I really love this community, everything is working out very well. The community landscaping is beautiful, but they are under staffed in the cleaning department. The staff is great and very helpful when I need them. There are not many activities at this community beside a dog park. The food is great, I enjoy the meals. It has really been a great experience for me and I would recommend this community.

My parents are here. It's a beautiful facility. Lobby area looks more like hotel than assisted living. It's recently renovated, high ceilings, brick walls. Several options on menu for meals in dining room, in addition to pub (pub food/drinks) and bistro (yogurt, juice, fresh cut fruit, muffins). There are also full salon, transportation, entertainment, theater room. The only issue my parents have is being forced to sit with different folks for each meal. You are seated by hostess each time you enter dining room. I guess that is the social aspect, but my parents are quiet and would rather go to eat and not chat with different residents constantly. I also noticed the day their room was supposed to be cleaned, it wasn't cleaned. I looked at shower, sink, toilet, floor. NOT cleaned. My parents being elderly don't notice cleanliness. They have been at other assisted living and this is definitely the best.

Clean, spacious rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Everything is going well for my father and I am happy with my choice to move him here. The community is very well-kept it looks great. The staff here is wonderful they are very friendly and helpful. I have been a few times to have dinner with him and the food is great. They were very accommodating to us it was a smooth process. So I would recommend this community.

I am so happy with Regency. My mom is in the Memory Care. She is always clean, well-fed, spoken to and guided gently. It takes a kind heart and patience to work in Memory Care, and I have seen only that.

We love living here the few weeks we have been it. It has met and exceeded our anticipations. The apt. is wonderful and the staff have all been so nice. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

My Dad is happy living there! That is all that counts. However, the food is very good when we eat together in the dining room.

It was a big adjustment in the beginning, but I think things are going better now. He likes the food, and the people that live there are pretty friendly as well. There have been just minor maintenance issues, but nothing major, and I think those will get addressed pretty quickly.

Things are going okay with my mother at Atria El Camino Gardens. She is slowly adjusting. The staff has been very helpful and patient. They try quite a bit to fit her needs. It has been a pretty good experience. I would recommend this community. The food can be hit or miss, but they do aim to please. The young kids who serve the food try to help, they're very patient. She doesn't take advantage of many of the activities.

We looked at several places while looking for a place for my mother-in-law and Atria ended up being at the top of our list. When we went and toured, the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were extremely fortunate that they had availability to move her in immediately. We were also fortunate that she got a room that had just been re-done, new carpet, everything was brand new. The community is refurbishing rooms as they become available. They are very genuine. They have an ambassador program where they pair a current resident with a new resident, so they have an instant friend and someone to show them around. She is making friends. She has a group of ladies that all sit together at meals. Of course she would rather be at home, but this is what has to be for now and she is liking it. My husband is also impressed with the food there, he ate while visiting her.

So far, things are going pretty well at Atria Hacienda. The staff is friendly and attentive and they really seem to care. The facility itself was clean and seemed to be well maintained. The residents seem happy, content and well taken care of.

Things are going very well since moving my mother to Atria Park of Glen Ellyn. She is doing well there and really enjoys it. Everybody there is very helpful. The initial set up there was easy, which made it nice for the family. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped tremendously. They do a lot of activities and keep the residents involved and active, unlike a hospital would. The food is very good and my mom enjoys every meal.

Every one is extremely helpful and cheerful. The food is excellent and all the residents are very friendly. It is more pricy then most but then one pays for service. With time I will know more about their medical care.

The Atria's staff are truly exceptional. They are helpful, attentive, courteous, friendly, cheerful, caring and address all of your needs without hesitation. Atria is nicely decorated.....has adequate parking.....and many of the dining room choices are tasty and attractively plated. Security is a priority right down to checking in and out with every visit. There is a gym but maybe they could use a few more exercise classes. When looking for a senior residence, I would definitely include them in my search.

Atria cutter mill is a welcoming place, staff is kind and friendly, doctors seem like they care. My mother likes it here.
