They are doing a very good job. They are on top of her medicines. It is the best place for her, I think a perfect fit. We are very happy with them.

They are just so accommodating and friendly. They are always checking up on my mom which is very important. They had an unbelievably awesome holiday party there recently which was truly beyond belief. The staff there is not only kind towards my mother, but very loving towards her. Their director, Kim, does a very very good. The meals are also wonderful. They use fresh food and that is very important.

We toured this community. It was nice, they had really nice food. It was the best deal of all the places we have seen, it had the best amenities of all and the best value for the cost.

My initial meetings with them was very good. They were very informative, and not at all pushy. Generally they were very pleasant. The only negative I can even think of is this: We moved in on a weekend, and when we got in there, there wasn't any sort of welcome package, or a person to greet you and welcome you to the place, and things like that. That may be different if you move in during the week, I'm not sure. Other than that it has been a very pleasant experience and we would certainly recommend Sunnyvale.

We absolutely love it here. The memory unit is so nice, its spacious and secure. The Atria has done many renovations so it looks brand new and beautiful. The staff are very attentive. They do a wonderful job at integrating everybody in activities, so it was very easy for mom to make friends! She is really enjoying it!

So far everything has gone very well at Atria Tucker, in terms of the services they provide. It's a nice looking place, and the aide staff are all very friendly and caring. Some of the senior staff seem a bit overworked, but they do an excellent job regardless. They also do a great job with the food, I haven't ever been disappointed. The only issue I've had is a bit of confusion with the billing. I gave them a check, which they cashed, but they also charged my bank account.

We toured here and Fran was very good. They showed us around, and it was clean and the staff was friendly. My only concern was the level of socialization and interaction with the other residents. It didn't seem to be a good match for her socially, a great place though, just not quite the right fit.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was the second Atria community we toured, and I was very impressed with both of them! The staff are all very friendly and professional, and the facility is clean and well kept. We actually ended up selecting the other Atria community just due to distance from family members, but this place was definitely our second choice!

Things have gone very well at Atria of Forest Hills! I feel like they do a great job introducing new residents to the community. They set Mom and the other new people up with a few residents who had been at the community a while, so the new people all got to know each other and also got introduced to the long term residents. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff take great care of everyone who lives here!

Atria is a hidden gem in a wonderful location. The staff are genuine and very knowledgeable about their trade.

So far everything has gone well with Atria of Forest Hills! It's a nice looking, clean facility, the staff are very friendly, and they seem to take great care of the people who live here. They are definitely worth a look for families looking into senior care in the area!

We chose Atria Hacienda after looking at several different places based on the fact that the staff was incredibly frienldy, responsive, communicated immediately every time (and we did talk a lot). They were by far the best place of all the ones we checked out. Unfortunately mom ended up not staying there as she passed away before we could get her in, but from the limited experience we had we would highly recommend Atria Hacienda.

Our loved one seems pleased. He is eating well, and they come and vacuum and clean up for him. We are pretty happy with it. They seem to be doing a very good job.

The moment I walked in there I had a great feeling, and it has even far surpassed my expectations. The residents are always smiling. All the staff is friendly and thoughtful. My mom was angry and resistant at first, but now she is smiling and loving it. She's a happy and things couldn't be better!

They go way out of their way to help mom. I really cannot think of anything they can do to improve.

The care givers, including med techs, are exceptional!!! Sheri at the front desk is beyond exceptional!!! Ashley, the nurse is excellent! The food could be better. Plus, the menu choices should always include something that those on a more restricted diet could eat...ie. healthy choice.

Though moving Mom into memory care at Atria was traumatic, it has turned out to be the best possible place for her. She is busy with activities every day, and she gets to watch her beloved Classic movies in a comfortable in house movie theate. I spent a day with her recently attending her activities--chair exercises, current events, movie--and was highly impressed with the attention given to all of the residents. The staff are exceptional. They are kind, loving and funny. It brings joy to here Mom start laughing in the middle of a phone conversation because one of the staff is 'making faces at me.' Mom loves her 'apartment' now and is very proud, surrounded there with furniture, possessions and photographs from home.

I found that the Atria would be a good fit for my Mom because it is a place that will benefit her both emotionally and physically. Each time I went there all of the residents seemed to be in good spirits. I would just show up unannounced to catch them off guard. It was very nice to see the residents and staff always in such good spirits. Walking into this not knowing what to expect, it has exceeded my expectations.

A cut above American House Riverview Senior Living, much more attractive/higher end, Mom really likes nicer things, immaculate condition, I had a very comfortable feeling there, top notch, Mother as much as she is resistant, she is very set. I would add library out trips as well.

My experience is only positive, your staff is wonderful and very helpful and friendly and most of the residence are very nice.The food has been well papered, in other words I made only one mistake, I did not do this earlier . IF i have any complaint, it is overpriced!
