Atria

We've been very happy with how things have gone at Atria Canyon Creek so far. It's a very nice looking place, and they keep everything looking clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly, and do a great job looking out for the residents. I really appreciated the effort they put into making Mom feel welcome and helping her settle in when she moved in. They're definitely worth a look if you're looking into senior living options in the area.

We're very happy with everything at Atria Crossroads Place! They've been excellent about communication, which is a welcome change from the facility our loved one was at previously. They always keep us in the loop when it comes to care, activity schedules, and things like that. And their activity schedule for their memory care residents is great, they've got plenty going on to keep everyone active and entertained. They also do a really good job with the food, they've got a top notch chef and it always looks delicious! They have very reasonable rates, and an all inclusive pricing structure, which is much easier to work with.

Overall our experience with Atria Crossroads Place has been a good one. My loved one is in their memory care unit, and they seem to be taking great care of him. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and the facility is always clean and well kept. They also do a good job with the food!

The Atria on Roslyn Harbor is just an incredible place to be. It's the most beautiful place. It's just wonderful. Great place to be and I think every place should be like this. Beautiful settings. It's like living at a five star hotel property, with first class service, linen, and just luxurious and fabulous. Location, Staff, Cleanliness, Services, Activities, lush beautiful and greed garden. Just incredible!

The residents and staff are very friendly to each other. People smile there. It's a positive environment. I get a true sense of caring from the staff. A family friend stays there. She likes it a lot. They've pretty much blown me away, on doing everything they said they would do. Moving in, and day to day support have been well coordinated. They have encouraged her meet other people, and made sure that people join her to eat. It's been a really great experience all of the way.

There wouldn't be one thing in particular I like about the place, because every area; the environment, the cleanliness, the staff, the activities, each one out does each other. At other places, nothing really came up to the standard of this place. Every corner is safe. Every time you ask for something, there's a face that's smiling. They are really very, very capable, efficient, and well trained, in both care and hospitality.

Things are working out pretty well. The staff is friendly, and the community is kept clean. They are attentive and responsive. They do a pretty good job with activities as well. I haven't had any complaints about the food either. So far things are good.

It is rather expensive but the number of staff employed and attending to my grandmother makes it easy to understand why. <br />It kind of seemed like the activities that they have did not engage my grandmother as much as I would have hoped. For instance, one activity was blowing up balloons. Baptist Bible study is great but I would like to see an alternative activity in that time slot for residents who do not wish to participate, my grandmother is Catholic and is not interested in this activity. On the old side, which was assisted living, they had activities but they weren't engaging. It probably is hard to find activities that everyone with different levels of ability could enjoy, but I think they could do more. <br />I always feel welcome when I go. It would've nice to be invited to dine with my grandmother during visits that line up with meal time. I feel awkward asking but would sometimes like to eat with her. <br/> She just moved over to memory care. Memory care has been a Godsend, my grandmother is not a cheerful person by nature but she has adjusted beautifully. I recommend looking into placing a loved one in the care of Atria Tucker , it is a very safe, warm, and pristine place to call home.

The facility is beautiful. The staff is fantastic. They are really lovely people, very interested. If you have any unhappiness they are all over it. They want to know what is going on, how can we make it better. Care is very focused and kind. I like the location, because it is near me, and easy on, easy off I95. She doesn't need much care; she is independent, but when she does need something, they are very responsive. The other residents are very vibrant and interesting. There are artists, creative people, school principals. They talk about more than their grandkids. They play bridge, have lectures, do exercise. She has physical therapy. They play tennis with noodles and balloons. It costs a fortune, for a little studio, partly because of the location. Food is excellent. You get two meals a day, and you can choose which two meals you want on any day. They also have full efficiency kitchens with ranges.

Things have gone well with Atria Bethlehem so far, I'd give them top marks across the board. It's a clean, up-to-date, new facility. The staff were all friendly and professional, and they seem to do a great job looking out for their residents. I was also impressed by the quality of the food.

Overall I think they've done an excellent job at Atria Tamalpais Creek. It's a very nice looking community, and the staff all seem very friendly. My loved one is still having some trouble adjusting to the community, but they are really making and effort to help him settle in and get comfortable. Really my only complaint would be that the community has always seemed a little short staffed.

The cost is expensive, but you get what you pay for. I like that the food is good, and the place is clean. I get help with bathing and dressing, and medication, and that's handled very well. The location is close to my daughter and to my doctor. We go to exercise every morning. They provide transportation to shopping. Every afternoon they have some activity. Yesterday we went to an Oktoberfest party, and they had a German band. I'm really happy here; I recommend it.

We used Atria Ann Arbor for a brief respite stay for my loved one, and overall I thought they did an excellent job. It was a very nice looking facility, and the staff all seemed very friendly. He seemed to have enjoyed himself, and had no complaints after the respite stay was complete!

I toured here when I was looking around for a place. I loved it here. This would have been my first pick, but they were too expensive for us. It was really nice though.

Our loved one was only here for a brief respite stay, but they were absolutely wonderful with him while he was here! It was a nice looking, pleasant, warm feeling community, and the staff all seemed very friendly! Our daughter visited during his stay and she was also impressed!

Both of our parents are residents at Atria. The continuum of care was a feature that we knew we would need to exercise, and the staff at Atria made it as gentle as possible to move into the Life Guidance (memory care) unit. The facilities, services and responsiveness to needs are very high quality. It is a great relief not only to have our parents in a safe environment but one in which we trust.

Tour on Tuesday September 16 received all important documents. Nice independent living community will be on my consideration list after visiting remainder of your suggestions.

My experience with Atria Tarzana has been good. I was there while going through the transition proves of my loved one. The staff there is friendly, caring, and accommodating. The food is just fine. It's made to accommodate the residents, therefore the food is according. They offer lots of activities to the residents, and provide transportation to and from. They will also transport the residents to their doctor appointments and other places within a 10 mile radius.

We looked at a lot of places and they were all very nice. We were able to choose based on which place fit the personality of our loved one, and also the one we chose was one that she already had friends at. This was nice though, a beautiful facility.
