This is a great place. They have protocols that truly protect the resident from COVID. They provide great communication. It is a loving community of support. I would definitely recommend this place.

A completely different style of Senior Living! My loved one is very happy here.

Atria Hertlin Place has been home to my grandmother for the past 2 years. She was hesitant to move in but after adjusting she feels like this is her home. The staff is attentive, the community is well kept and on a beautiful piece of property that makes you feel like you are in the country. The food is tasty and my grandma feels like she's eating a home cooked meal. Everyone treats us like family and there is no where else I would want her to be. In addition, The management team worked diligently during COVID to keep my grandma and the entire community safe and healthy. This has been the BEST decision we made!

I can't say enough about Atria at Willow Glen! I was so concerned about putting my grandmother into a facility but I am very pleased with the staff, programs offered, and level of care that she receives at Atria. The staff is wonderful about communicating with me and answering my many, many questions. Thank you, Atria!!!

We placed mom here a year ago. The first few months were difficult as mom had difficulty adjusting with her dementia. Thank goodness we had the staff in the memory care to rely on for information and guidance. She finally adjusted before the lockdown and we were able to spend quality time with her enjoying all the activities Atria has to offer. We enjoyed the Friday afternoon happy hours the most. Since Covid, we are blessed to be able to connect on FaceTime. We are fortunate to have found this facility before all this happened in the world. It has been a trying time for us all, but I know that my mom has the best care. I have never feared for her heath, welfare, or safety during this time. Memory care placement is difficult for all families, but Atria has made it bearable. We are grateful for all that they do.

Atria Engagement Staff recently enabled my centenarian father to virtually attend and participate in his college homecoming. Atria staff handled all of the computer needs and set-up beautifully. My father had a wonderful couple of weeks getting prepared for the homecoming and he was a big hit with his fraternity brothers when he was asked to say a few words during a Zoom session. Thank you for making this all possible, Atria!

I have either spoken with someone or actually was able to visit every assisted living and many small board & care facilities in the SCV for possible placement of my FIL during this crazy COVID time. I can say that the staff at Atria Senior Living was so responsive, respectful and friendly that I’ve continued to keep in contact with them for future needs. The facility is beautiful, grand and so neat & clean. Super impressive right when you walk in the lobby. Unfortunately, due to COVID, i could not get a full tour but they were kind enough to give me a virtual tour. [name removed] has been an absolute sweetheart in checking up on how things are going with my FIL, not just as a salesperson but as one who is truly concerned about a person. I am thankful to have been able to get to know them through our very fluid situation of life in dealing with Alzheimer’s dementia.

Atria Bell Court Gardens is a fabulous community with great food, amazing service, and filled with wonderful people. My grandmother thoroughly enjoyed her time Atria, while always having fun and making plenty of friends along the way. With such a variety of activities going on there is always something to do that you enjoy. Also a special thanks to the staff for always being attentive and willing to go above and beyond for their residents!

I needed to move my family member to another Atria community due to a decline in my family member's health. The Newport Terrace team guided me along the way. They were very honest and communicated with me on time. They provided me with resources and supported me every step of the move process. I would recommend anyone to live in this community. They care about the seniors, their families and their employees. We will surely miss everyone at Newport Terrace.

I really like it here, it was a good move for me. I've made a lot of friends, not lonely anymore and I can live as independently as I want while knowing others are around and I can enjoy different activities and playing games. I love my afternoon group chats, and enjoy the services and weekly housekeeping and my view from my studio in independent living is beautiful - it's really a good place to live. That's so simple to tell people who might be interested.

Since my earliest day as a resident at Atria I have been grateful that they have made me feel at home in an interesting and caring place. The staff seem everywhere with engaging smiles and a helping attitude. I quickly became involved in a number or interesting and challenging activities. When the virus hit us many residents were challenged emotionally and socially by the necessary quarantine and other measures needed to protect us. The Engage Life team stood up to the challenge, offering us daily, a host of in-room and on-line activities that provided the residents a bulwark against social and mental deprivation.

I have lived her for 6 years almost 7, I moved in with my husband and the care staff has taken such good care of us, what can I say and the community is spotless they keep it so clean for us, and love the activities especially bingo my favorite. We go on daily walks and have friends we've met here and the management is stellar, top notch. I really don't' have anything bad to say about it, we're happy here - I must be I've been here for almost 7 years now.

Atria is a safe and happy place for the residents to live! The daily schedules provide social integration for all with parties, clubs, lectures and outings with travel provided! The staff is what makes it feel like home! The administration is always available and the Engaged Life Department are uniquely kind and encouraging social opportunities!

I have experienced Atria Bell Court several times at the wonderful events they host. This community hits all of the marks from their fantastic food to their friendly and professional staff. Everytime I see any of their residents, they all look happy and they will tell you how much they love living there. I can't wait until I'm old enough to live there!!

Atria Westchase is a lovely and friendly assisted living facility. The staff and administrators work hard taking care of the residents and making them feel that they are home. The administrators are all caring and have positive attitudes which trickles down to the staff. The staff are all kind, caring and hard-working individuals who work hard to care for the residents. They appear to enjoy working together especially in sometimes very difficult circumstances. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful environment for my 94 year old father. My father has dementia and has had several falls and the staff are very attentive to his needs. He can be a difficult patient and very stubborn. The staff are experienced with his kind of situation and keep me informed of his care and maintain regular contact with me as needed. The facility is very clean with a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The compound outside is well managed with beautiful foliage. I cannot express our gratitude to Atria Westchase for their professionalism and care regarding my father’s care. This gives us a sense of comfort knowing he’s in very capable hands in the twilight of his life.

I love this atria community! The staff are exceptional - they are caring, professional, authentic and go above and beyond. The grounds are beautiful and condos feel like they are nestled in a park. Best of all, the residents have a strong sense of community. I highly recommend Atria Willow Glen!

This too late in coming but I wanted to thank you and the incredible staff at Atria del Sol. You took care of my father, served him fabulous meals, offered a wide variety of entertainment and every single one of you are professionals. [name removed] will always be close in my heart as well as several of the residents, [names removed] what a fun group of people. I loved coming on Saturdays and playing the horse races with Daddy and getting to know everyone. We appreciate everything you and your staff have done for our family, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
