My parents have resided @ the community for over a year and everything has been wonderful. The times right now are challenging but they have done a fabulous job managing the situation with clear weekly communication. I hope all of the restrictions start the ease as it is such a nice community with outstanding food and staff.

I moved into Atria in December 2019 and have enjoyed my life here completely. The staff has been wonderful and helpful at all times. The food is delicious . One of my grandsons when he visited had lunch in the dining room and announced that this was his favorite restaurant. The building is kept in beautiful condition and our rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis. The administration has worked hard to keep us all safe during this pandemic and their efforts have been successful.

I found myself in need of placing my 93 year old mother into an assistive living facility in May. Her needs eliminated most of the facilities in this area and I found myself choosing between two places. I was in need of making a move from the hospital into the facility in a very short time span. Both places responded to my inquiry quickly. The prices were close and both places had a room available immediately. I was not able to visit either facility inside because of COVID restrictions, although I toured them on line and drove by to inspect the outside of the facilities. Two things ended up being the deciding factors. First, Atria offered to waive a community fee as part of a corporate promotion. The other facility said one was forth coming but was not yet authorized. Secondly, my daughter had been to Atria with her daughter on several occasions because of Girl Scout activities at Atria. My daughter had nothing but positive things to say about the facility and how it was run. Atria help me co-ordinate moms move quickly and add some extra benefit by allowing her to move into a furnished room until I could arrange to move furniture from her house to the facility. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and kind. The communication between them and myself is great , an A+ . The activities director is excellent in managing the kinds of visits that can be held due to COVID. I will add my mother really did not wish to make the move from her house to Atria. I told her it was temporary so she could regain her health and I could see what kind of in home help could be arranged and the cost of that help. The cost of the in home help made that not feasible. Plus I would be having to manage the help. I know the work it takes to do this as we do it for a disabled grand daughter. Atria has proven to be an outstanding choice. My mom is happy to be there and understands how well they are taking care of her. That in itself has been a great relieve. I do not have to second guess my decision

My parents moved into this beautiful facility, the staff is exceptional, caring and compassionate, meals are great, they accommodate my parents special requests and the facility is immaculate!! Thank you Atria Foster Square for taking such great care of my parents.

Beautiful park like setting, friendly and engaged employees, the residents all seem very happy with the activities and overall aspects of the community. I have worked in the industry for 5 years and this is my overall favorite community. Highly recommend!

We chose Atria Larson Place because we liked the memory care program the best. It is a locked, one floor unit, but residents were able to go to the other floors for activities. They have only had 1 case of the Coronovirus. They did really well with the pandemic. I would want others to know the staff and administrator are wonderful, they have gone above and beyond. They seem to really understand the residents and is are knowledgeable. The caregivers seem to be very caring. I feel comfortable having my sister here, she is very happy here and being well taken care of.

I have been a resident of Campana del Rio in Tucson, AZ for 21/2 years and have been very happy here. The staff and residents are all very friendly! Staff are exceptionally accommodating and helpful consistently. I've made some great friends while being here. The activities and food are great, varied and enjoyed by myself and collogues. The only thing I don't like are the yearly raises.

Atria has a pleasant and attractive ambiance. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. There is a congenial atmosphere among residents. A lovely place to live.

[name removed] has made this transition seamless and has been so helpful in answering all our questions. I highly recommend Atria Park to others. All the other staff ..[names removed] and support staff have also been so helpful and welcoming!

Moving during COVID-19 no fun. But the staff supported us through it all. The constant updates on how things are going puts us at ease. We talk to Dad on the phone daily, but the Zoom visits are very fun. We feel better knowing that he is not alone at home.

Toured a bunch of places looking for a place for my mom. This was the best for location and for what we are looking for. It was important to my mom for it to feel at home and she did right away.

We really liked how this community was top shelf, the rooms they provided to the residents were newer and very modern looking. The community and rooms were not run down at all. The food they served is good, they offered good portion sizes

I can't say enough good things about Sierra Pointe. Through all of the Covid craziness their teams have been incredible to say the least . On a dime they had to change the way they due business to follow all the Public Safety and Department of Health Rules. The management made this transition as easy as they possibly could for their residents and family. They helped with technology need so people to talk with their families etc. they immediately put into place temperature checks , PPE, in home dining etc. I don't think if had family in any other Senior Community we would have allowed them to stay. We were so comfortable with their safety standards , how they handled keeping the seniors active in their homes with games, art project and more. The staff has been so pleasant and we know the pressure they are under but it never showed. All that said, these are not normal times and they made it work and work well. Our family has been there for seven years now and we wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Sierra Pointe and staff for all you do!

I have finally found a place for my parents to call home after months of searching. They are thrilled to be moving in.

Everyone at Atria Park of St.Joseph’s are professionals at what they do. So grateful that my parents have been protected from Covid-19 virus during these unprecedented times, by the hard work, caring and smiles of the Atria team. Our family is assured that we have made the right choice and have the best of care now and in the future.

3 days ago- from my father, [name removed]: "For nearly two years my wife and I have been residents of Atria Park of St. Joseph's. During this short span we have had three directors - 1 being interim. That director was very instrumental in organizing and handling our evacuation to Orlando during the 2019 hurricane predicament. No one has had to face such a dynamic challenge as our present director: [name removed]. COVID-19!! [name removed] is so concerned about us the residents and staff. Being an enormously talented leader who looks further down the road, she leads us in a very personable, professional manner. Through her constant communication with residents, staff, and family members, she keeps us well informed of where we are, actions taken, and what to expect in the future. She is assertive when necessary, very honest, dedicated, and possesses a positive attitude that has built a culture of mutual trust in all of us. [name removed]'s primary focus is in the well-being of all the residents and staff of Atria Park of St. Joseph's. We are blessed.

My grandmother's experience at Atria Maplewood Place has been very rewarding and pleasant. This is the happiest I have seen her since my grandfather passed away. She has made some friends that could last the rest of her or their lifetime. She is happy living her independent life in the privacy of her own apartment when she prefers. The positive changes that I have witnessed are an increase in her weight due to the constant and variety of nourishment that they provide, a positive attitude, her aches and pains have diminished dramatically due to improved eating habits and patterns including weight gain which has also made her stronger and independent (not using her cane as much). This is a place with an amazing staff from the wait staff all the way to the top administrators located in Malden MA. I am happy, we as a family decided that Maplewood Place is the best fit for my active 84 year old grandmother, especially after Covid-19 hit. Although it was difficult to physically be with her during quarantine. The reception staff jumped through loops and got very creative with keeping the families up to date and arranging some private visits once they were able to. During such a frustrating time in everyone’s life Maplewood Place really made the process seamless of which kept all of us at ease. Thank you to all of the staff for being patient and eager to please and especially for taking care of our families! I would highly recommend it.
