Atria Park of St. Joseph's is a high quality assisted living and memory care facility. The facility is pristine and the staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. [name removed], the Resident Services Director, goes above and beyond to make your stay everything you expect.

I rarely ever write reviews but do love giving credit when due. My mom is in good hands at Atria. The nurses and staff truly care about her wellbeing. It’s been hard not being able to see her because of covid but I am grateful for the rules they have set in place to keep her and her neighbors safe. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom!

My mother recently relocated to Atria Las Posas and we couldn't be happier with the experience. [names removed] and the entire ALP team made the move easy from start to finish. They proposed the ideal living situation and package of services to fit my mom's current needs and budget, even going as far as to provide additional furnishings for mom's room, which she had lacked previously. Further the staff all made it a point to stop by and welcome her on the first day and provide orientation on schedules, classes and amenities which ALP offers. High marks for [name removed]and his team and recommend them highly for those needing similar living care or on behalf of loved ones. Thank you [names removed]!

I toured Atria Sugar Land as a place for my 92 year old father to move when he decided he needed more care. The facility was attractive, clean, and has a homey atmosphere. The staff was very kind, compassionate and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The rates were within our price range. The programs and activities available were diverse. The care provided was adequate for my father's needs and could be increased if he needed more. I highly recommend Atria.

I recently moved my parents from an assisted living facility in their hometown to the Atria Sugar Land so they could be closer to me. I have considered this move for almost two years, but they weren’t ready to leave their hometown. When COVID-19 came along, they finally agreed to the move. During those two years, I toured (multiple times) most of the Assisted Living facilities in Sugar Land. The Atria stood out because the residents seemed so happy. I was able to observe them in activities and during entertainment. Residents were laughing and enjoying themselves and the staff was encouraging and upbeat. There was a warmth to the Atria that I did not see or feel at other facilities. When my parents agreed to the move, I reviewed the various facilities again, for both the Covid statistics and for changes that had been made for the residents due to Covid. Most importantly, there were no resident Covid cases at the Atria, but there had been at some other facilities. They take great precautions here to keep everyone safe. Although activities are scaled back for their protection, there are still plenty of things to do. The food is excellent. The employees are friendly and caring. Anything that I have requested to be done has been accomplished quickly, and with a genuine attitude of wanting to help. There is a sense of peace here and my parents seem relaxed and happy. I am so glad we chose Atria Sugar Land!

The people in black suits are nice and helpful the staff gives us showers and what I like the black suits and the big chief helping passing out food and I have no complaints about this place, one thing I like is all the activity papers we get an be as simple as drawing to brain teasers learning about countries that we never though off and I loved my virtual birthday it was incredible balloons and cake everything was amazing and plenty of exercise and pictures on how to do them and information on the community updates.

My grandparents live at Atria Golden Creek. they enjoy the innovative Activities, delightful culinary cuisine, and the responsive and friendly staff. Knowing my Grandparents are Safe & taken care of during this COVID -19 crisis means the world to me and my family.

My parents have been living at Atria Sugar Land for 3 years now. The staff there are great. They are always very professional and friendly and they treat the residents very well. At this point for us, some of them feel like extended family. Atria Sugar Land has done a wonderful job during the Covid-19 pandemic! They have had plenty of PPE for the staff and residents the entire time and they have had strict protocols in place to keep everyone safe. As a result, they have not had any Covid outbreaks within the facility. Despite the lockdown, they found creative ways to keep residents and families connected and to provide some activities for the residents even when they could not leave their apartments. Prior to Covid, there were always several activities and exercise sessions every day for residents to participate in, musicians and singers coming in to entertain, large gatherings for the residents and families around holidays, etc. Our family looks forward to those things starting up again as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. I would highly recommend to other families that they consider Atria Sugar Land for their loved ones.

We love Atria Sugar Land and couldn't be happier with the care and services they provide. The care staff know our loved ones so well and treat them with respect and dignity, no matter what. To give an example, when they do some of their games, they know my father's favorite things and purchase those to provide as prizes for him. I assume they do this for others as well. During Covid, they have taken immeasurable steps to ensure the safety of our loved ones. It has been such a relief to know that they are working so hard to keep our loved ones safe. I also appreciate the great communication, with everyone from the med staff, to the Director. They will contact me with any questions or concerns about care and I can contact them any time I have questions or concerns. Above all, I love the family atmosphere they provide. The employees truly care about the residents, like family. I realize that the cost is more than some of the other facilities, but I feel sure it's because they're paying their staff higher wages to compensate them. I don't know how else they'd be able to attract such wonderful personnel. I am often skittish about recommending things to people because I cannot ensure that their experience will be a similar one to mine; however, I have no qualms about recommending Atria Sugar Land. If you're looking for a small, personal, intimate community for your loved one, where they cater to the needs of each of their residents, Atria Sugar Land is the place for your loved one.

5 Stars across the board! My 91-year old mother-in-law moved into Atria in the arboretum area in early June. The Atria team has made it the best possible under the difficult COVID19 pandemic. Great care and very responsive. [name removed] took the time to meet with tenants to get their feedback after he started. He and team are very tenant-focused and have gone above & beyond. We look forward to the many amazing activities that are offered to resume once things return to the new normal.

Atria Park of Tucker has been a blessings to me and my family. They took over taking care of my dad when I could no longer take care of him. I've put off for a couple of years putting my dad in assisted living but at 96 when he started having problems that I could not handle I realized it was time. The staff at Atria are always helpful and very friendly. This facility is close to my home so I'm able to take my dad out for errands...just to give him a change scenery. I was reluctant to put my dad in assisted living during the COVID pandemic because I was afraid that I might never see him again, but Atria stepped up and with taking extra steps of precaution I am able to take him out. There is a nurse on staff, they make sure he gets his meds, they prepare his meals, helps him dress...My dad looks better since Atria took over than when I was taking care of him! Everyone I meet always seems happy and glad to be there, whether they are staff or residents. My dad even talks about how hard they work and how nice everyone is! I'm glad Atria was there for me and my dad when we needed help.

Management and staff has helped me take good care of my mom. She enjoys it here and participate in the many activities they offer. Director does a wonderful job of keeping Residents and family informed.

My best friend has been living in this community for 2 years and has received the best of care. She feels totally at home and enjoys a friendly family environment. The staff is very attentive and caring she considers them her extended family. She enjoys the social environment and the different daily activities.

Communications to keep me in the loop of actions, responses, medical needs and status have been great. They excel in handling tough situations with grace and patience.
