I would tell the executive director how impressed I am with his direction of a community of 160+ senior residents Plus the supervision of 60+ employees. This is especially evident during this period of a pandemic. Keep up the good and appreciated work!

Everything is great, I am happy. I think [name removed] is the greatest. She has made it so that we feel protected and have a real friend and has made it so nice for us. I have made wonderful friends here. What more can I ask for.

This community has gone beyond my expectations. The staff is amazing and [name removed] the Director is so caring and genuinely concerned about the residents needs. The apartments are spacious, grounds are beautiful and the food is superb. I would highly recommend this community to anyone that is looking to have their loved one move into a senior living community.

My mom lived at Atria Marina Place for several years. She enjoyed her life there. When she lived at home she isolated herself and had very little stimulation. We also worried about her diet. The meals she prepared were anything but healthy. When we moved her to Marina she thrived. She became involved in the activities and made many friends. She also enjoyed the food and actually gained weight. I highly recommend Marina Place!

Mom passed last summer but my siblings and I are were always so glad that her last few years were at Atria.

My Mom has lived in the Atria for the past five years which have been a fulfilling living experience. Although there has been a turnover in staff over the years the one constant has been friendly, attentive, and caring employees. There is a wide variety of activities available in and out of the building which has kept my Mom socially and intellectually engaged. Since Covid I have been very satisfied with the protocols instituted by [name removed], the administrator and his staff in making sure the Atria is a safe home for all its residents. Most importantly my Mom is happy living at the Atria

The tour was spectacular! The facility is gorgeous. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. A perfect location for independent seniors.

Housekeeping staff is great. Always have a smile and are eager to please. Very thorough in cleaning my room. On Mondays, when they clean my room, I go for breakfast in the lovely dining room and they clean my room perfectly with no supervision.

The grounds are spectacular, the building is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, the food is great, always a variety of activities offered, most importantly my mother feels at home! I would recommend Atria Hertlin Place to everyone!

My sister moved into Atria about a year ago. She was living alone before this and wasn't eating well and absolutely wasn't interacting with anyone. She wasn't too thrilled with the idea of moving but after a few days at Atria, it was as if she had been there for years. She takes part in all the activities and is eating better than she ever did. She's a new woman and I am so appreciative of the staff at Atria who have taken her in as if she was family. I don't know what would have happened if she were still alone during this pandemic. I feel lucky that she was in such great hands all these months!

Staff was professional, immaculate and residents seemed very happy.

My elderly parents have lived together at Atria Marina Place for three years in a one bedroom unit. The frontline staff are the best. They truly care about the residents and work to keep them safe and engaged. My parents are always treated with respect. There was a lot of leadership turnover in our first year and half; at times it was disconcerting. [name removed] , Executive Director arrived a year and a half ago. She has pulled together a strong leadership team building on some of the stars on staff and recruiting outside talent for vacancies. [name removed] is committed to running a top notch facility. She is approachable and responsive to concerns. No place is perfect but she is striving for it. During this winter's Covid lockdown, [name removed] communicated with families regularly. The priorities were to keep residents and staff safe. They did and continue to do a GREAT job on this front. The building could use some updating, but the staff are my priority. My greatest concern is the cost. Last year's annual increase was more than 10% which was difficult to accept and concerning for the long-term.

My 1st experience was 16 years ago I moved my mom to Atria (they recently opened). A tough decision that I have never regretted! Now in my own Elder Companion business, “A Caring Heart”, Atria has continued to provide top quality services, a loving and caring residence for our elders. Truly “home sweet home”. During this pandemic Atria has incorporated the highest level of protections for residents, staff, private care and families. I would Not hesitate referring clients to Atria. Frankly I put Atria first in all referrals because it’s where I put my mom and would do the same today with even more confidence!

I’ve lived at the Atria at the Arboretum, Austin, for over two years with my loveable Bichon dog, Chloe. COVID 19 has required us to make many changes but those have kept us safe. My 2-bedroom apartment is slightly larger than those of the competition and quite roomy with large closets. The staff is unfailingly cheerful and helpful. The location can’t be beat. Great happy hours every Friday where I can get together with my friends here. I use the gym regularly and enjoy bridge games on campus. The place is immaculately clean. What a relief not to worry about yard work, gutter cleaning, the disposal breaking down or big electricity and water bills. Come join me!

My wife and I have lived here for over 3 years. Some of my big concerns that I have is the friendliness of staff , the safety offered and the space of each unit per cost. Before moving to Atria Valery Manor we checked out several other senior living facilities. None compare to the size of units and all the units here are single story. It is like home. Again that too is important. My wife recently had back surgery and could never handle stairs or long walks. We are very pleased with our decisions and have no regrets in choosing Atria Valley Manor.

I have been a resident here for several years now. They treat us better than family here. Anything you need, they have it. I discovered a new passion and hobby due to the abundance of arts and craft activities here. I really feel at home here.

After visiting a lot of different communities with my Mother we knew that this was her new home. We saw things more expensive and less expensive however the way she felt when she visited said it all. Everyone was friendly including all the residents that went out of their way to say hello. It's spotless and smells like delicious food when you walk in and fresh linens when you are near the apartments. My mother is truly living a better live because she chose Atria Hertlin Place.

I was very impressed with the whole community. It had a very homey feel and all the staff and residents seemed very happy.

My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year and we are so glad to be here. We are happy that we are enjoying our years without the worry of everyday chores. The staff is very friendly and we enjoy our daily meals with our new friends.

I have limited mobility that made it very difficult for me to stay in my walk-up apartment building. I was so grateful to have found a place in the neighborhood I know and close to my friends and family.
