My husband and I moved into our beautiful two bedroom apartment in [date removed]. Over the past year, Atria staff have led the residents through a very disruptive COVID challenge with grace, thoughtfulness, and efficiency. We are now back to "normal," with delicious food, competent service, and a resort-like environment. We are very glad we live here.

My grandparents and I came to tour the community. We fell in love with the community and were welcomed from the moment we walked in to the moment we left by staff and other residents. Truly a beautiful and warm environment.

My grandmother has lived here for 5 years, and it has enriched her life in ways that words can't describe. The community is incredible. The staff is second to none. They kept her safe during the pandemic. [Name removed] in particular has always made sure my grandmother lives each day to its fullest.

I fell and broke my leg. The doctors said I needed help 24 hours per day. My daughter works close by Kinghaven so I moved in [date removed]. Covid-19 was still in force. I like my apartment. The food is good and all the workers are great.

Everything is so good here. I love living here. It is perfect. The staff is great - we love them.

I would tell others that it is a wonderful location, and place. My friend feels like she is in a resort everyday. Some of the activities, available are bingo, movie nights, shopping trips, wine chair exercises, and cheese, and more for the residents to choose from.

Atria Las Posas is the perfect place to call home! Our mom was very uneasy about moving into senior living but she agreed to take a tour. The Sales Director put all her fears to rest. She was lucky to get an apartment with a wonderful balcony that she loves. The staff is well trained and so helpful. They take care of everything for her. She loves the food. The other residents are so nice and mom has made many friends. The communication and safety measures through these uncertain Covid times have been remarkable. The entire staff and residents deserve so much praise! We love the Atria family and you will too!

[name removed] at the front office that showed us around and talked us through everything has been amazing and a god send. She does a great job at explaining things and really helping you to understand your options. The apartments are good size for what she needs, I was able to see the assisted living apartments fully furnished as well and able to see the layouts available. When you walk in, everybody looks so happy and it feels like a family. We are excited for our loved one to move in.

This community is Beautiful place and has a wonderful setting. they take great care of my loved one and she is very happy there. My loved one who is very particular feels safe and happy there. She feels that the staff listen which is very important.

The staff members at Atria are very attentive and very good about being helpful for our loved one. They also do what they say and follow through with their promises. Also the apartments are very spacious and very suiting to our loved ones liking. As far as improvements the meals and dining experience could certainly use some working on. Given what our loved one says the food quality is not the best and there tends to be long service time.

We chose Atria Las Posas based on the price point this was recommended to us and they are a much more experienced company with care. The room sizes at the facility are decent. I am happy and my mom is happy as well which is important. I would definitely recommend to others looking based on the price right now.

I'd live there myself if I could! All the people were absolutely lovely. They called me back immediately when I had any questions. My friend loved the food. The activities were wonderful as well. There were always fun things going on every time I was there. It reminded me of my dorm freshman year, except everyone was older. It is pretty expensive, but everything is great. It's clean. Its a gorgeous building with a great view from the roof. There's a gym, a beauty salon, a little bar downstairs with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, and a grill that's open whenever you want. Everything is just wonderful.

I think this the best place to live. The community is very neat and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. the food and activities are great also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

This is a great community. My mother loves it. This is a terrific option for a community. The staff are also terrific and they communicate well with us.

It is an excellent place to put your loved one. It feels safe and secure there. They know what they are doing. The biggest thing that stands out with the staff is the friendliness and they were able to answer all questions to put our minds at ease.

My wife and I became residents at Atria San Juan in 2012. We were warmly received from the outset and included in many enjoyable activities by a number of residents. Such activities included wine and cheese afternoons, happy hours on the patio, bible study classes, first rate movies, picnics at the beach, and tours of the local areas to name just a few. The staff, from the Executive Director to the Activities Director and her Assistant, Marketing Director, Chef, Servers, Housekeepers, Nursing Staff, and Maintenance, provided superb support and made us feel very much at home. The meals and dining service were superb. After a few months, my wife moved to dementia care in Assisted Living where she received excellent care for several months before moving away to a private home care unit. I also moved away to a private apartment at that time, but continued to visit my dear friends at Atria San Juan frequently. My experiences there were most enjoyable, as well as memorable.

This was one of the hardest decisions to move Mom out of her house of 54 years into an independent facility. The Sales Director [name removed] ,truly held our hand EVERY step on the way!She helped us navigate through the process of showing Mom the beautiful amenities that the facility has to offer as well as the beautiful individual apartments.
